Exceptionally clean, and well stocked dealership! Displays here are attractive, and well organized! Attention to detail, and "Shelf Appeal" are evident through out the location. Congratulations is in order for Wild Prairie Harley Davidson, Sales, Parts and Service. Let me explain why. In the past years I have been told about Road-Glides and how great they ride etc. I finally made the decision to purchase a 2022 Road-Glide. I wanted to trade in my current bike which was a 2019 limited. I looked at different options where to sell my current bike. Then on Facebook I was reading many different adds about dealers willing to purchase bikes. I looked up what the current suggested price for the bike might be. Being a Hog Chapter Member at WP, I called Josh the (General Manager at WP) and left a voice mail. Within minutes I received a call back and I explained what I wanted and the deal I wanted to make. Within minutes on the phone, I was offered what I thought my current bike might sell for when purchasing a New 2022 Road-Glide. The deal was done. Thank You Josh, for the great experience. I was then directed to Dave Greer (Finance Manager) and upon a visit the next day we completed all the paperwork. Dave was very informative and a great person to work with. I explained what I wanted and what I was not interested in. The options were explained, as I would expect. I wish all transactions went that great. not the normal pushy, you should buy this also. Thanks Dave I asked for the bike to be ready for delivery in a few days and my goal was met. The service dept did a great job, they also are on the same page as Sales, they delivered a great experience. Parts Dept. I was introduced to Jack, that works in the parts dept. Jack and I got to do the fun stuff, order all the extras that most of us need to make the bike your signature style. Jack ordered what I wanted and keep me informed of their delivery which these days is a job in itself. Great Job Jack. So, if you were to ask me about my experience of selling a bike to a dealer and purchasing another I have to say, give Wild Prairie a call or just stop by. Thanks to Josh, and his whole Wild Prairie Team.

We stopped in to check out the store and talk to the service department. As soon as we walked we were greeted by all the employees that saw us. No pressure sales just some casual conversation and laughter. We browsed the store with no issues, which was awesome. The service department was very helpful and awesome. Passed my MSF test at the end of Harley-Davidson’s Basic Rider course. I highly recommend the one offered by Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson. Fun class, camaraderie with other participants, the dealer provides the bikes (pictured) and our instructors (Scott and Chris also pictured) had a combined 80+ years of riding experience. After the first day I could already feel an improvement in my riding skill on my Wide Glide.

I’ve taken my bikes to Wild Prairie for service a few years now. I currently have two bikes there for winter storage. While doing a 10k service they noticed a possible clearance issue from aftermarket parts that I installed myself. Denny in service invited me in to show me the issues in person. After going over a few different ideas we decided they could alter the parts, repaint them and reinstall them. It’s the extra care like this that makes me continue to return there. OK..If you want to bring your bike to a place that not only takes care of your bike but takes care of you bring it to Wild Prairie Harley. Denny the service manager there is absolutely amazing. You'll honestly think your his best friend after working with him. He communicates well with you and works with whatever you need. I had a hard to diagnose bike but we worked together and got it fixed. Garret was the tech and my bike has never rode better. Love these guys. Then to make matters even better I was talking with the parts man, DJ, told him about some seat issues I had. He pulled me around the counter and showed me exactly what to do to correct these problems. The whole team is great. Make sure you ask for Denny if you have any service problems. Tell them Chad sent you.....

I have two experiences with Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson so far and both were excellent. I took a rider academy course through them and the instructors could not have been more competent, professional, and engaging. The day was fantastic. I honed some old skills, learned new ones, and improved my riding abilities so I will be a better rider. The second experience was with purchasing a rain suit. I needed one so I stopped at Wild Prairie. They did not have a suit in my size so the staff member in the clothing department called around to other Harley-Davidson dealers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, area to find one for me. Once she found one she had the other dealer hold the suit for me so I could stop in to pick it up.

Awesome Store and Team! This week I bought my first Harley at Wild Prairie Harley Davidson in Eden Prairie from Michael Kamrad (MVP salesperson). I found Michael to be knowledgeable, personable, honest, and patient with me. He listened to my needs and certainly went above and beyond to help me find the right bike and answer all my questions. During the sales process I was introduced to leaders in the clothing/apparel, parts, service and finance areas. Everyone was friendly and helpful. David and the entire staff are extremly friendly and want to help get you riding. This purchase was a rather emotional one. My father-in-law passed and I wanted to ride to his funeral and take his ashes on the back of the bike to his final resting place in style. Looked like they had everything under the sun there for Harley-Davidson. I talked to salesman Mike Beck. He was very knowledgeable on bikes an not pushy for sales. Good clothing and sales department. Really friendly staff. Service is super slow. Really no need to make an appointment for them to work on your bike. Won't have it done that day anyways. Made an appointment for tires which they had in stock, 4 days later still isn't done, but did receive a phone call saying that the tech did some looking around and found some stuff wrong with my bike? Odd, but oh well. Other than service, really good store with a good selection of bikes.

Signed up for the MSF Rider Course through Wild Prairie Harley and it was a great opportunity! Before the classes I worked with Nina Serafin at Wild Prairie to select a helmet and learn more about Harley riding boots. I had never ridden a full size street bike and was able to learn the maneuvers and skills to pass the certification at the end of the course for my motorcycle endorsement. A week later I picked up a new Harley from Wild Prairie and had a great experience working with David Greer. This dealership has one of the best atmospheres I have experienced. I called a day ahead to reserve the bike I wanted. Then drove 6 hours to the dealership and it was worth it! Everyone there felt like family. Employees kept coming up to me to compliment me on the bike I was purchasing or to check on me. I am almost positive I talked to everyone working there that day. Know that you are in good hands if you are contacted by anyone there, especially David, Bryce, and/or Nina. We will be coming back with saddle bags stuffed with baked goods to show our appreciation. Shout out to the PARTS DEPT!! John, Steve, DJ. I have dealt with all of them and, to say they rock would be an UNDERSTATEMENT! I have always been treated like i'm part of the family here by all these dudes and, I would NOT go anywhere else for my parts!! I bought my second motorcycle and my first Harley- a 2015 Street CG750. I ordered a back rest after I had taken out the loan, and the loan company said that it wouldn’t give me the extra $400 for the backrest. Instead of telling me that I can’t get one right now, they lowered the cost of the warranty and asked I put more money down. I thought this was awesome- it wasn’t the best discount in the world, but they knew how much I wanted the backrest and made accommodations for me. I left the dealership with the Dealer license plate still on, so they called me back for that (make sure you get them to take that off so you don’t have to come back). While I was there, I told them about my left rear turn signal, because they night I took it home I noticed it was falling off and could see that it had been attached only my super glue before. They looked at it and ordered new parts for me on the spot- free of charge. My bike came with a driver backrest, but I couldn’t take it out because it was bolted down. When I went back to exchange the plate, they loosened it up for me so then I could just pull it out. This was a huge relief to me as well. Everyone here was awesome. I worked with Jeanette, Josh, Teresa, and Aaron. They make you feel comfortable and treat you like family. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I just wanted to share my experience last week at the Eden Prairie store. I don't ride a Harley so my experience with dealers is minimal. However last week I needed a new front tire installed / balanced on a front wheel I brought in from my Boss Hoss bike. Even though it is not something they regularly service they gladly accepted the task. This is a once a year job. Well I was not even home yet and they called me to discuss tire options as the worn tire had been discontinued. In a matter of only a few days they already had the tire and it was mounted / balanced and ready for pickup. I put the wheel back on the bike and rode the fall flood run. Of course the bike saw a few triple digit speeds and the balance was perfect! Just wanted to give credit to the guys there. Thanks, Jeff H.

Demo days and I was interested in seeing what the Road Glide and Street Glide were like in terms of handling and balance. I rode a Road Glide Ultra Touring CVO, and although I liked it on the streets and roadways, it was difficult for me to balance in slow, tight turns or driveways. No new Road Glides in stock, and test rode a Street Glide Special. Really liked the 114 engine and blacked out finish, but a Street Glide Special came in the day before, and with the gun metal gray and black finish and paint on he bike, I got attached to it quickly. Rode it home that night after signing out and absolutely love it! I consider David Greer a friend and he is so knowledgeable about all the features, it made it easy to get into a new ride. Everyone was friendly and helpful in making the transaction easy.

I've been a customer of Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson since 2014. Between my son and I, we've purchased 4 bikes through the dealership. I recently had a breakdown. I just got my bike back. There were some bumps along the way and it took longer that expected due to back ordered parts. But in the end, I'm a happy camper. The manager Josh was great. I'm a Road Captain with the WP HOG chapter and Josh made sure I had a bike available for the various rides I led. When it came down to crunch time, Josh personally took care of delivering parts. Josh really went above and beyond what he needed to, to make sure I was taken care of. And a special shout out to my service tech Alec, who worked late on a Saturday and coming in on Monday (his day off) to make sure I got my bike back. The buying experience can often times be fearful and tedious however that is not the case at this store! Although I didn't purchase a bike when I visited, I have never been more impressed with a Harley Davidson store. I purchased a New bike on May 4th 2019. Salesman was Grant Utz I hope you take the time to read. From the first time I was greeted I never felt pressure to purchase a bike. I already had a bike that I was trying to sell but wanted a fair price for it. I ended up trading it in. The biggest reason for trading instead of continuing to try to sell is because I felt they gave me a fair price for trading it in. There was an issue with getting the bike delivered, and because Grant knew how excited I was to get my new ride, he took it upon himself to personally deliver the bike himself. I have been to 5 other Dealers and I felt everyone we met that day was great to work with. They definitely treated me well and truly followed through on exceptional customer service. Just read through the google reviews posted here. Not sure why, guess I have nothing better to do.... I have purchased two bikes from WP Harley, have done lots of upgrades and of course have purchased a ton of clothing, riding jackets and such. It is interesting to read highly positive reviews and highly negative reviews on the same dealership. I can tell you that my experience has been nothing but positive. They always say "welcome to the family" which sounds like some kind of marketing speak, but I can tell you for a fact that it is not. They really mean it, which sounds weird I know, they are a business, trying to make money. But they feel like if they are simply nice to people they will make money, which is true. I would not buy a bike or get my bike serviced anywhere else, no way. Our bikes are like members of our family (like our kids) so yes they are important. Their prices are fair, not cheap. Like everything Harley. WP Harley is very good, the negative reviews posted here I do not agree with at all. I am a customer of theirs and I think they all (sales, service, parts, clothing) do an excellent job. Well you did continue to earn my business. As you know I just bought my third bike in 2 years from you. Traded one of the others (yes, my wife said I could trade-in her bike over her dead body) and got a 2017 M8 Limited. Bike is freaking awesome. Very happy.

She very kindly and immediately took over and mailed the jacket back to Harley for me. When I didn't receive my refund. Harley Owners Group or HOG chapter from Eden Prairie had a gathering for a motorcycle Ride to Henderson, Minnesota. First Spring Ride that felt like Summer. Before the 4 different groups left we had a Motorcycle Blessing. The chaplain, Curt Quiner and his wife Judi had a service for this HOG chapter, prayed for their lives and for the motorcycle rides for the upcoming months of riding. I was invited to pray with these new friends. Some wanted to know whose Japanese motorcycle was sitting with the Harleys. "That's not a Nap Bike but a BMW! And I ride it!" "Oh, is it the K1600?" A great place to shop! Just like almost all Harley shops you can get clothing and bike parts and just about anything you need and want. I always get a shirt and poker chips When I visit a new one. That's what I did hear. But you can get shot glasses, beer koozies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, chaps, helmets, you name it. They also offer demo rides here too. And there are several events that happened during the summer here as well. We went in March so nothing was really happening. But the staff was helpful and the place was pretty clean!

They did a good job and they did not fleece me although they had the chance since i asked them to check everything. Long wait for the service but true to their prediction for delivery. I wouldn't go there for small stuff given the prices. Very helpful parts department people.
