I just purchased 2023 SkiDoo 600 Renegade Sport from Tousley Motorsports. They do a great job and my lead contact, Jon Osowski, is always very thorough and knowledgeable about the handling and performance of the machines. Also dealt with Nathan in their finance dept who made everything easy and efficient. I took my 15 yr old son out this weekend as he will be the main driver of this sled and he was all grins with how great it performed. 2 yrs ago I bought a Polaris 570 ATV from Tousley through Jon and I have been very happy and would gladly recommend them to others.

Brionna was our service writer and I thought she did a great job keeping us informed about the progress of the repairs. We waited for the service to be done as we had traveled over an hour to the shop. She helped get us in and out pretty quickly. Didn’t try to up sell us on other service. Would have given a 5 star rating other than we were told 1-1 1/2 hours and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours and the tech could have cleaned the glue from old wheel weights off the rims.

I highly recommend Tousley Sports service. This is the 5th or 6th I’ve brought my Seadoo Spark in to Tousley for winterization and I’ve always been impressed with the service I receive there. This year stood out due to the professionalism of Luke Opel who checked me in and then called me a few days later to tell me that they found a spark plug issue that needed attention but that it wouldn’t make sense to do it until I was ready to put it back in the water next season. He didn’t charge me for any of the tech’s time as the issue wasn’t technically resolved. I appreciated that. I also love that you get $50 off if you can come and grab your winterized watercraft within 48 hours.

I was happy to finally get my Polaris XP 1000. The wait was long because of supply parts issues. I spent a great deal of time meeting many of Tousley's staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable Sales and Accessory personnel to help me make the right decisions. Lee and Tim were the two salesmen that helped me finalize the sale. Dustin's talents set me up with the right combination of accessories to complete my snow plowing needs. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this fine company in White Bear Lake. Tousley and JT Cook were extremely nice and professional to work with on our new CanAm Maverick Max X DS Turbo RR. Our 2 yr old SXS burned up and they helped us decipher if it was repairable. We switched manufacturers and since my son bought CanAm, we’re going to go that direction. They were very patient and waited for our insurance company to pay out. Very knowledgeable. Purchased a bike here and first of all what a great place to spend money. They have so many toys a guy could spend a fortune here and never get enough. Was a little annoyed that I made arrangements to pick the bike up the next day and when I showed up the next day they seemed unprepared for me to be there at all. But it was a minor setback and overall I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to shopping here again as soon as possible.

Service my motorcycle for 4000 miles. Gold certified for service by Yamaha. Service was about 2 hours and costed about $200. Hours were posted online as 10-6, but when I arrived at 9:50 for my appointment, they had changed their hours to open at 9am and I wasn't notified. Thought I would wait in the waiting area and work remotely, but internet didn't connect with Chrome. No real work areas so I had to use recliner. Disappointed that they didn't strictly follow the 4000 recommended maintenance even though I gave them my owner's manual. Looked like their selection of bikes for purchase far surpassed anywhere else I've been, but I'll bring my motorcycle elsewhere.

Really great place to buy from! The sales and financing guys are the best. Nick and Moh were my team to buy a great Polaris 570. I love the thing! And almost a year later I'm still getting rewarded for buying a Polaris. Just scored free tickets to Summer Jam to see Tim McGraw and Pitbull. The reason for only a 4 star is a lack of that caring in the service and maintenance area of the establishment. They are usually busy which is understandable but I had an issue with my belt slipping when going through even the slightest bit of water...the guy just said it was a Polaris thing...then told me to hold off on a service when I was told to bring it it sooner when I bought it...no sense of caring.

The spring check on my Spyder which included an oil change went as smoothly as I had hoped. I had to pick up the trike on a Tuesday morning because they're closed Sundays and Mondays. I was in the Twin Cities over the weekend. Since I worked that Tuesday afternoon (I live 150 miles north of the dealership) it was critical to pick up the trike as soon as they opened. In spite of being closed, a representative called me on Monday to inform me that the Spyder was ready for pickup the next day. A simple phone call makes a great difference. My only concern was that when I dropped the trike off, I had to wait a while before someone came to direct me.

This is the address where “The Donut Family” is located. They are in this location from August 5th to August 9th. 10:00am to 6:00pm. The Donut Family have this crazy amazing food like mini donut with variety of flavors or toppings, cheese curds, frozen drinks, lemonade and more. We got a cinnamon roll mini donut, cheese curds and frozen caramel drink! And it is so freaking delicious. The donut is moist and cooked perfectly. The frozen caramel is amazing! This is my favorite one. It’s not that sweet and it is perfect combo to cheese curds! Over all, our experience is GREAT! They staff is kind, nice and well-knowledge about the food they are selling!! Thank you, guys for the amazing food..

I have been looking at used ATV and thought I would look at new product. Tousley had the best options and selections for me. The CFMOTO brand became a new product of interest for me, and because of the service at Tousley, price, product availability, and JT, who walked me through everything, I ended up purchasing a CFORCe 600 touring. Every question we had, JT was knowledgeable and also walked us to a person in the department we were asking about. He made introductions and all contacts were extremely helpful. So a complete win by the entire staff. Online inquiry Best sales rep I’ve had in a long time (JT) he really deserves a shout out. Accessory desk and department. Service department t had everting in boxed, put together, and ready to roll for me. And even the dreaded finance department! We all dislike that part, but everything was as it should be, great conversation, and they even brought in someone from service when I had a question about a part that was I familiar to me on one of the accessories. I have no affiliation with Tousley, with the exception of I now am a long term customer.

Nobody likes to bring their recreational equipment in for maintenance or repair. It's generally expensive, always time-consuming, and our fun is put on hold for the duration of the service. That being said, the Tousley Service Manager, Matt, and his service staff make the experience as pleasant as it possibly can be. The folks are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. I've been a customer for over 25 years and recognize that the whole vibe of the service department seems good under Matt's leadership. The older gent in the parts department, John I think, is top-notch. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about part and product options for my Wings and Reflex. Like just about everyone else, I don't LIKE coming here but when I need to, I know my needs will be well-served.

I would just had to have returned the 'wrong part' that I thought I needed. I highly recommend talking to Steve when you call in there as he is polite and patient and definitely full of knowledge. :)

No response. I submitted a request for an estimate for a repair on my atv to replace a broken shock. I never got a response. I submitted through their contact page so it's not an issue of spam filtering. I also called the next day, no answer in service department, I left message, but no call back. It's too bad, When I first got my atv years ago, I had a really positive experience with them, but now, it seems they do not want any business. Updated. It seems maybe service dept could be hit or miss. As mentioned above my 1st experience with them was very very good. The second not so good. More recently however, I gave them another chance, and glad of it. They were really busy and backed up for weeks, and i wasn't in tremendous hurry, just wanted to get in so they put it on the schedule. They were reluctant because my atv is a little over 20 years old. Like many places they are hesitant to work on machines that too old. I was happy they made exception, one because I had in there before and Service Manager is a fellow veteran.

I have to admit it's been a while since I've gone to Tousley for service. This last time was absolutely outstanding! My mechanic John turned around that bike with a new tire and oil change in record time. Not only that, but he wanted to make sure that the bike was working to my preferences. He actually milled a part to help my small stretch of the hand reach my brake lever with a reasonable amount of force after getting the air out of my brake line. For the women riders out there...this is the place to go. You are treated with respect as a rider and an owner.

I worked at Tousley Motorsports over the summer of 2017. As a college student, I got thrown into my first full time job as a service receptionist. Right when I first started working there, I did see some bad customer service by an employee or two, but the owners, who are extremely awesome and personal, along with their amazing HR, fixed that problem. After we got a new service manager, Jim, I noticed he really tries his hardest to improve things in the service department. Matt, one of the service writers is on top of every single ticket he has open, from what the machine is/what's being done on it, to the exact name of the person that owns it. From reading some of these reviews, I guess a lot of customers don't understand how difficult it is/a long process to get a warranty claim approved or to get in a pretty hefty job. The Tousley technicians are amazing and do some awesome work, trust me, I've seen it first hand. With great salesman that can articulate specifics about the machines Tousley sells, to the service team that tries their best with all that their doing, and to their higher department with such cool owners that take things very seriously about their family owned business. Tousley really is an amazing motorsports company.

The sales staff is pretty good. Their selection is pretty good too. I had a great experience buying a new motorcycle there. I am giving 3 stars because I was impressed by the sales process and the selection- I am NOT impressed with the service department though. Management seems to keep it understaffed and everytime I have had to bring my bike in, its taken a really long time to get any type of work done. I know the techs are busy, but why management keeps service understaffed is beyond me. If it was just a "normal" sales process, I would rate them with 1 star because I am really disgusted with the service department wait times. Steer clear of Tousley Service if you want the service done in a reasonable amount of time.

UPDATE.....I forgot to update my review. We did get a call from Tousley and they fixed the hubby's 4 wheeler. He was super happy. Going from 1 to 4 stars. We will never go back to this establishment. We've had the winch cable replaced more then once and it's broken after one snowfall. Anyone who has a 4 wheeler knows this isn't cheap. The last time it broke, it was supposedly under warranty but the hubby still got charged. He was then told that someone would get back to him. No one has gotten back to him. The hubby has called and emailed several times and we've received no response. Guess what? It broke again. We will not be wasting our time or money going back to a place that can't even return a call or honor a warranty.

Adam the service manager, said it would be done by 6pm. At 3:35, their was a balanced tire on my rim. Cant thank the tech enough. His day was over. They do have quite the variety of new and user motorcycles on the showroom floor. But last time I was there, on a Thursday afternoon, looking at motorcycles, not one sales person even stopped to ask if they could help.. they all walked around as if they had better things to do than to see if I was interested in one or answer any questions... there are two young ladies at the front desk who couldn't bother to acknowledge me as I walked in either. quite odd.

***edit*** I went in to pick up the face shield and I talked to Tim, manager, who actually read my previous review and very much took to heart my dissatisfaction. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure that I had received my face shield (and knew how to care for it--added bonus!), and that the seat bag had been ordered for the same price that I had purchased the original, a $1 difference but it's the thought for sure that counts. It seems like things will go more smoothly from here on out!! Shout out to Steve, who was prompt in returning my calls, and Carl(?) who helped me check out. (Original) Ordered parts here, said they'd arrive within 5 days. I called 9 days later, the guy didn't know where they were, and promised to call me back. Never called. 2 weeks later I called again and they inform me that the piece of luggage was not made anymore, and the face shield was on back order. 'The face shield should be in in a few days at most." 3 weeks after THAT call, they FINALLY call me and say the shield is in. I will NEVER visit this place again, EVER.

I have bought 3 sleds from here, well... 4 now, and their service to the customer is unmatched. No salesmen flocking around you, but very calm, and ready to help. I recently purchased a 2011 Polaris from them (Low miles, 800 rush, great price). After the first snow, I drove it around my house to my front yard, and it stopped running. Apparently the piston rod broke and busted through the case. this would be covered under warranty, but the sled was a year passed that. Thank god we bought it here, because they credited our whole purchase towards a brand new sled, plus gave us $3,000 off. I will continue to shop here exclusively, though the service department could use a good tune up themselves.

Wonderful staffs. Great appearance. Always buy my oil from you guys. The only problem was the experience. Had my motorcycle do an oil plug rethread around the 11th, they said it would be done by the end of next week. That was okay. Then they called back and told me they had to do an oil pan replacement on the 17th and that it would be done around 5 days. I was okay with that. I went into the shop on the 24th to check how my bike was doing, they told me they would have it done on Wednesday. I was okay with that also. I called to check on my bike on the next Wednesday, the 30th, to check on my bike. The guy who answered my question told me that it would be done on friday. Im pretty reasonable so I was okay with that. What i was not okay was how the employee who answered my call was trying to lie to me about how my bike only got the okay for the oil pan change the week before. He tried to use his notes to justify his claims but even on the note, it said that the okay for the oil pan replacement was on the 17th. He also tried to make me sound stupid by saying that he already told me that it'll be done the week after. Its been 2 and a half week since he said that. Not sure if there was an attitude or not because the conversation was via telephone, but I hope it was just a one time thing. Other than that, keep up the good work.

The customer is #1 always. Do you remember when places of business used to operate on that philosophy? Well, at Tousley Motorsports, THEY STILL DO! I purchased a new motorcycle almost 2 months ago, unfortunately there were some issues with the machine that were not able to be resolved. NOT due to lack of trying though. The service department was an enormous help and did absolutely everything in their power to figure out the problem. As frustrating as the situation was, due to the entire staff at Tousley, I was able to maintain a cool head and continue to be patient. I am horrible with names, but, I definitely would like to recognize the fact that EVERYONE went above and beyond to resolve the issue and set things correct with the purchase. In the end, it was determined that getting in to another bike would be the best option. And let me tell you, Jason the owner, was the most stand up guy I have ever had to deal with in any situation. He layed out in detail several different options, and the way in which we would handle each different option . He also reviewed every single option with Johnny O on the sales floor so that there was no questions as far as resolving this ordeal. Johnny O also went far above and beyond by helping hands on to try to fix the issue on my original purchase, and by making the new deal as seamless as possible! Words can not explain how easy Tousley Motorsports made it to handle this and make it right with the customer! From having several different options, to watching my 3 year old son as I shopped and tested all of my options! I would like to specifically thank several people, and apologize if I forget anyone! Blew out a tire about 45 miles south on the Great River Road during the Flood Run. While I was busy with lining up a tow, our new friends were busy finding us a place to get a tire. We ended up at Tousleys who set a tire to the side for us. We got there at 430, they closed at 5. Joe was able to have one of his techs stay over to get us back on the road. The service dept went above and beyond. When the rest of the staff heard of our plight (350 miles from home, 30 miles from hotel, bike only mode of transportation) they treated us like royalty. Ashley made ordering accessories for our Polaris RZR 1000 easy and convenient. They made sure that all of the accessories I wanted would fit prior to ordering. It was much easier ordering through Tousley than ordering from some accessories website where you do not get the personal customer service. Plus, all of the accessory ordering was done via email making it even more convenient that having to stop in and order. We will be back to Tousley for our next toy purchase.

I love my sparks but I think the gti with the plastic hull broke just on waves... and those plastic hulls arent cheap to replace... you probly should just get the 300 anyways...
