I went out on a limb and bought a little Kayo KMB 60 dirt bike for the kids, knowing it was a Chinese bike, because St Boni Motorsports was selling them. About a month after buying it while riding up north the engine blew up. I talked to the service manager, JB, and he assured me they would take care of it. They ended up putting a whole new motor in the bike, it took less than a month to have the motor shipped and installed. I got a service receipt for $0.00. Thank you JB and thank you St Boni Motorsports for standing behind the products you sell

I loved my experience here. The salesman named Dave was great to me. He set my appointment up last minute for me on a Saturday to buy a 2023 Kawasaki 450 KX. It was the only day I could make it down after my phone call with him on what I wanted to purchase from their inventory. I liked that he squeezed me so easily on a day that worked for me even though they were booked for appointments. I felt like a valued customer by how I was treated throughout my entire purchase experience. Dave also got me a good deal on the bike which I thought was solid of him to do. When I showed up to pick up my new bike the sales floor was clean, organized and well stocked from recreational toys to gear needed to go with the toys. Even stocked parts for your recreational toys. They also had snacks and drinks on the sales floor for customers to have during their shopping experience. I appreciated Dave walking me through the entire bike and the manual with me. He didn’t just want to get the sale done and send me on my way. He actually took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about the bike through and through. When it came time to load the bike, it was a breeze because Dave and the deliver guy helped me load as well as showing me how to strap the bike in. Dave stayed in contact with me after my purchase to make sure that I’m highly satisfied. I do recommend St Boni Motorsports for your recreational toy needs. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

UPDATE FOUR YEARS LATER: It was time to trade in the bikes we bought below. I called over and Jason, Doug and Jake are all still there. During the "Great Resignation" when everyone is hiring, only strong leadership and culture keeps your employees happy. Trailered the bikes over and after an inspection and test drive left with a more than fair price. Next up we are in the market for some watercraft. The first place we will be visiting is St. Boni Motor Sports!! Happy employees mean you'll have a great experience! We have purchased bikes at several other dealerships. Last Saturday we picked up a new KX 100 for my son. While there I decided to buy a dirt bike for myself. They got both bikes ready to roll in about an hour. Pricing, Service, Knowledge were all fantastic. Best bike buying experience in 17 years! Check them out. Ask for Jason, Doug or Jake.

Bought a Can Am Outlander 570 from Bryce and boss Doug. Wanted to buy local and made a deal better than I could anywhere else and arranged a "mid-next week" delivery. I had a few days to start building some second thoughts and turned into "That Guy" by requesting a small change on the deal. They were both patient and accommodating to the point I now felt better about it. Doug is very personable, professional, and no pressure. He is fun, helpful and tries (and succeeds) in trying to make the experience an event like they do presenting your new car to you. All the numbers were what they said they were vs. where we all expect some last second fee we didn't know was coming. Bryce took care of the details and did a great job going over all the aspects of the machine to enable a good break in and good future care - important since people generally don't treat these machines with care. The guys behind the parts desk have always been very helpful and I have tune-ups done there which have been expensive (like all dealers are vs. the independents) but good experiences. All aspects of this purchase were excellent and I will buy there again and highly recommend them.

Was shopping for a 4seat side by side Jason turned a bad situation into a great experience he contacted me and he was a man of his word. Jake who took over for Jason did a good job helping us out on loading our new machine Bruce also worked well with us on our purchase with great customer service and information. So end result is if I get another one I will call Jason first he is good at customer service and has good communication. Parts has also been very helpful and has good customer service. This Dealership deserves a 5 star I am a Kawasaki person and they have the best warranty in this industry. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a ATV OR UTV. Brought my sled in for some maintenance. Got it back and still needed an issue addressed that wasn’t fixed the first go around(intermittent issue that wouldn’t happen consistently so no fault of theirs as it ran fine when they had it). Ryan and Rick took care of me and got it in and out quick and resolved the issue. Absolutely worth the drive. They know the products and spent a ton of time with us helping to make the right decision on a watercraft for us. They had a large inventory and had just what we wanted. We purchased a Spark Trixx and then decided to also get a second machine. From pre-sales to delivery everything was great. Bought a can am Outlander 850 mx xt this summer. Soooooooo glad I bought this over a Polaris. Lots more foot room, back set is way more comfortable and drivers seat is more comfortable. I purchased a couple of wind screens through St. Boni on-line for my snowmobiles. Then I realized that additional side shields were produced for one of the wind screens. I called and left a message that night after hours hoping to add to my order. Charlie B. sent an email back the next morning explaining that the items I wanted were discontinued, however he searched and found them at another dealer in Washington. I typically hold off on writing a review until I get several interactions with the business, this has been my 4th interaction with them and they make ordering parts and accessories a breeze. They treat returning customers well from my experience. They have permanently earned my business at this point for all my needs when it comes to accessorizing or just needing to get some replacement items. I've had great experiences with the sales and parts staff over the past several years although several poor experiences with their service staff and service work. I've had my snowmobile in for repairs several times and on at least three occasions, they made repairs that didn't fix the issue and they also, at least twice, misdiagnosed the cause of an issue. Also, the service reps had given me time frames for repairs and most of the time have not been even close to completing the repairs when told. In short, I've been very frustrated with their service department regarding subpar repair efforts and lack of expertise. Their sales and parts departments although have been great! I recommend buying a snowmobile here but not having it repaired here.

Excellent service from 1st call to completion. Curt was helpful on the phone, called me back promptly and got us going. Went to drop off our boat, he gave me an accurate estimate for the work I was looking to have done, and the price was exactly what he said it would be. The service was 2nd to none, brought in at around 11am, was on the water by 6! (Replaced a wear ring and impeller on a jet boat) there is a seadoo dealer 15 minutes from me, but you better believe I'll be making the 1hr plus trip anytime I need work done, well worth the trip! Very satisfied!

Within 60 secs Im talking to someone and getting info on what I came in for. I like how the salesman made me feel. Positive and we talk like we been friends.

I am a long time loyal customer, I've been using them since at least 2003. The employees are VERY knowledgeable. The parts guys know what I am describing, and get it right. They do what they say they'll do, and parts come in on time if they need to order it. I asked for a part that I figured there's no way they'd have in stock, it was a rare part, but nope, there it was in the back! The sales guys are friendly and low pressure. I bring my kids in all the time just to walk around the store, and sit on/in vehicles. The sales people talk to us and smile, but I don't get any heavy-handed sales pitches or anything. A sales guy tapped my shoulder the other day and asked "Is that your son trying to go out to the parking lot?" WHAAAA?!?! I took off after him and got him. That's the kind of friendly people they have, they care, and "get it". The service guys are the best, they tell you when they can get it in, and they have some of the best mechanics in the industry. There are at least two ex-racers/race mechanics back there, who have built some serious horsepower, and know what works. They pricing is fair, and done on time with a smile. I like how I can walk in, it's a casual atmosphere where they learn your name, and they honestly care that I'm satisfied.

Stopped in today to check out a new side by side. Now given the timing of today, in this so called Era of people, I don't know if I'm making an acceptable review. These guys were all super busy and running around with their heads cut off. So busy in fact I didn't even get any attention and I was there for about 10 minutes. With being short staffed I'm sure and many of people "out of work" or as I call it, milking the government, I can understand why we didn't get any help. I am going to return next weekend and give this another shot and see what comes of it when i don't have my kids. Im excited cause I want a new side by side. Hope they can lend a hand.

Sarah in parts was fantastic!! I wanted to add a cruise control to my F3 base Spyder. 2 other places had no interest in seeing if that could be done. One place said “it’s never been done on a base model.” When I called Sarah she said she’d look into it. After researching it, she called me and said “it can be done! I have been a customer since 2010. Last year I needed tires on my motorcycle. I told them I was down to the cords. They came and picked up my bike and brought it back to my home the next day with new tires. I can't say enough about the staff and service. Wonderful people and they recognize me each time I'm in. Purchases a new 15 XRS renegade here on Spring pre order. Very up front about costs and best quote around. Very detailed setup staff explained everything about the sled. Purchased almost all the Skidoo accessories I wanted immediately since had a good discount on with sled purchase. Had a few issues with belt life first year riding, whole service and parts staff worked with me on solutions in house. I can be a difficult demanding person sometimes and expect the best. They where really able to work with me and give options with fair prices to dial in sled for performance and longevity. Applied a few of those and a few from my own research and vastly improved belt life. Plus it's in a nice area, close to cities but out of it feel. Rock on!

My original review was 4 stars, but after talking with Jason, I am pretty confident in their customer satisfaction to up it to a 5. I have yet to purchase anything from here at the moment. Original review with 4 stars: Good place to view fun toys. Not the most helpful employees. When I asked one employee, he mentioned the 2017 Kawasaki SX-R would potentially be up for demo in Spring if they didn't all sell out. Went to the boat show and found out they would be receiving 8 more depending on if they needed more. Then other employees have no clue as to whether there will be a demo day or not (haven't heard anything). Will continue to check in, but kind of disappointed they don't have any idea. I haven't purchased anything from here.

Great Dealership... I bought my son a Yamaha Raptor 90 back in 2013 and the Dealership was wonderful to work with. JB in the parts dept order up custom LED lights for the front. Rick and the guys in service wired up the Raptor on / off switch for LEDs and a tail light. These guys are great to work with on all sides. I recently bought another Raptor 90 for my other son and they are doing the install on this one as well. A+ in my book and will return with my family for years.
