I have been using GrimmSpeed products ever since I started building my 2007 Forester XT, and the quality has been nothing less than exceptional for everything that I have received. The reason for this post, however is the customer service that I recently received. I was having an issue with my GrimmSpeed lower radiator hose leaking within a few weeks of installing it, and I reached out to see if I could just purchase the lower hose instead of the set. Marissa in customer support asked for my address, and then emailed me at the end of the day saying that she had one shipped to me free of charge! Not only was this going above and beyond, but her responsiveness and communication was stellar as well. Thank you for providing awesome products and even better customer support. I am definitely a GrimmSpeed customer for life!

Great service had all of my car parts in 3 days during the middle of the pandemic. Always answered any questions I had and helped me out with choosing parts for my builds. Deffently recommend if you want quality parts.

Im lucky enough to live within 15 minutes of this magical place! I'm also lucky enough to have a fair amount of their products on my Subi. The products alone are beyond fantastic. What is more is the customer service I have received both in person and over the phone. It ranges from the general questions about a build, to help trouble shooting an install. They love cars, and care about people. It's a pretty awesome combo. Every employee I've talked to from the front of the house to the back is a sincere person proud of what they are doing for a living and it certainly shows in the work and the attitudes of the employees.

It's been a while since I purchased the EBCS from GrimmSpeed, but it's still going strong, and I was thoroughly impressed with the checkout process and customer service. I have always had a spot in my heart for GS products...just wish there was more support and options for the Mazdaspeed3/6 platform from them.

I attached a recent pic, but products NOT shown are my Grimmspeed Limited Downpipe, double thickness exhaust gaskets, Turbo heatshield...and you might be able to see my EBCS in the pic! I also wanted to mention that their Customer Service is really exemplary and they really stand behind their products. I had to make a warranty claim on my heatshield and after email a couple pic, they rushed a new replacement to me right away! Orderd a intercooler a few months ago after I cracked my old one. They were Amazing with the help. At the time all aftermarket intercoolers for subarus were on backorder for every company (including grimmspeed) but they were still able to get me one in a almost a week compared to a few months waiting time for other companies. Part was delivered in perfect condition and works perfectly

It was the same person I had emailed a question too. Owen was able to walk me through making the adjustment, knew the technical aspects of the problem, and was able to make the change for me on-the-fly. He had my order changed, boxed, and shipped in less than an hour. Quality that matches its sleek looks! So far i haven’t been let down by a Grimmspeed product and the main reason for that is the craftsmanship and time they put in to every item. I own quite a few of their products (3port EBCS, Downpipe, UpPipe, Intake, tons of gaskets, master brake brace, and of course dress up parts like Shroud, belt cover and oil cap), I’ve even ditched my Cobb intake set up and EBCS for GS!

I have the grimmspeed tmic and charge pipe for my wrx and both products have held up well. Both perform optimally. I have always bought grimmspeed products even for my tC. Made in America, great quality and the welding they do is superb. I haven’t needed the customer service which is probably a good thing but I am sure they are just as great as their products. Would recommend grimmspeed to anyone looking for mods.

Purchased the Grimmspeed Hood Struts for a 2004 Subaru Forester XT. They are well madeexhibiting excellent fit and finishand easy to install. I no longer have to work around the stock hood prop rod. The hood now opens at 45 and 90 degree angles for easy access to all parts of the engine (from the top) without any interference from the prop rod and hood near the firewall. This is the first product I've purchased from Grimmspeed. Based on my experience with the Hood Struts, I will purchase additional products from Grimmspeed as I continue to modify my Forester.

Picked up the humble rumble catback exhaust and the oops I splurged a little stage 3 package for the FA20 WRX. Grimmspeed's customer service is as excellent as their parts' quality. Perfect fitment and easy wrenching made install a breeze. This package + the pro tune will unleash your smiles/gal. Just needs a little corn on the Cobb to wash it all down. P.S. You get lots of stickers!

$25 for color matched Cherry Blossom “pink” spray paint and $10 for clear protective coat plus shipping and handling. Very expensive for something that rubbed right off after drying for over 24hrs. Perfect color but way too expensive for it to rub right off.

I recently purchased and installed the limited catted downpipe for my 2013 wrx that had a spt catback, but was otherwise stock. I also had to purchase the 3" downpipe to stock catback adapter. The pieces seem to have been well made other than a slightly bad weld on the inside of the bottom of the downpipe. I just had to file it a little because the adapter wasn't fitting in it. Installation was easy other than removing one of the bolts from the turbo to the downpipe. Grimmspeed includes all of the bolts and gaskets that you need. I was worried that the downpipe would make the car too loud for highway driving, but honestly there's not much of a difference, which is a good thing to me. After getting a stage 2 tune, the car feels noticeably quicker, more responsive, and the turbo is more audible. I'd definitely recommend a downpipe as a first mod, and grimmspeed offers a quality option at a competitive price.
