This is absolutely the best bike repair shop I’ve ever visited. Eric was so helpful and kind. During my lower 48 state ride I got some bad gas in Mission SD, which fouled my plugs. Empire Cycle had the plugs I needed in stock and Eric allow me to use his spark plug socket so I could replaced the plugs just outside his shop. He would have gladly done it but the shop is so busy he couldn’t get to it right away and I had a schedule to keep. Jen was fantastic and John was friendly too. If you need work done this is the shop. I wouldn’t be surprised if if everyone in the twin cities takes their bikes to Empire Cycle.

I use to use empire cycle and referred them to EVERYONE has Eric is a great mechanic and an honest guy. Was super excited they were moving to st micheal until I learned they are ONLY working on American Vtwin motors (aka Harley) now super disappointed he decided to go that route

Pretty alright customer service, nice guys, etc. Mid-size motorcycle repair shop. Got new pegs put in the zx6r & they worked out fine. It is located in a scenic rural working-class neighborhood close to the ol' workplace, the house & Orono High School. Occasionally difficult A parent, Robert, has no complaints with a couple hundred bucks of work on an 80's Honda. A sibling, Rick, has also gotten some work done there, on a 90's Yamaha Virago motorcycle. Thanks to Eric at Empire Cycle for getting that work order done for me

I was excited that Empire moved into a bigger building in St. Michael that was closer to me since I used to drive 30+ minutes to their Corcoran location. I called Empire to get a rear tire replaced on my motorcycle, but was told by Eric that they only work on domestic bikes now. And if they want me to take a look at it I will have to remove the tire myself and bring it in. Even through they had worked on my Kawasaki three times in the last 5 years. Once to replace a tire, another to replace the windshield, handlebars and mirrors and a third time to install heated handgrips. I am disappointed that I cannot recommend them to anyone who does not have a domestic bike.

Picked up my little 550 last week from Eric, and it's running like new. Carb cleaned, fork seals and new chain and sprockets. Good service and competitive pricing. Will be bringing it back for tires in the near future. Doesn't matter if it's a little putz around bike or a Harley, looks like they work in them all.

I spent a lot of time researching for a place to bring the motor from my 95 flhtc. It ran great when I pulled it out of the bike but had some gasket weeping I came across Empire cycle on line and read lots of great reviews. Eventually I brought my motor there to have it broken down, gone through and rebuilt. Initially I spoke with an employee by the name of John.he was very friendly, informative and thorough.they called me after tear down and gave me a complete overview of what was needed I picked up my motor today. It looks great! Very clean and ready for me to reinstall. The service was great and the pricing very fair. I would refer anybody I know to go there for service and I plan to give them any return business I may have for other issues that I can not or do not want to do on my own.

Good honest service, very competitive tire prices. They know their bikes and will not push anything you don't need. I'll be back when I need anything and recommend them to my friends. Just had another tire put on, Michelin Pilot, same price as on Amazon and the best mounting $$$ I can find. Great place

They have preformed general service and maintenance on my Harley-Davidson and installed after-market components for me as well. I have been extremely satisfied with the work that they have performed and their commitment to quality. They are able to diagnose problems quickly and make repairs in an expedient manner. I will continue to use Empire Cycle and have recommended them to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle repair shop.

Their customer service is top-notch, and that's a lot to say for business these days. I had some small work done last year. They threw new rubber on a wheel, and even with a Shop full of bikes, I was in out the door in about half an hour. Six months later I went to get rubber on a front wheel and John remembered me by name when I walked through the door. The guy obviously cares about his customers. Their labor is fair priced, fast and efficient. What more can you ask for.

I've been using Empire Cycle for a few years now. They have great tire prices, and their labor rate is reasonable. Erick and Adam really know their stuff. I've recommended to a few friends who have also been very happy with the service and price. And, if you do a While-You-Wait service, Detour 19 is right next door and has good food and drink at reasonable prices. Loretto is a nice little small town on the outside edge of the city.

Eric and the crew at Empire cycle couldn't have done a better job on my 2004 Honda VTX 1300. This bike had been stored and not ridden for over 8 years!!! I took the bike in and they went over the whole bike, inspected everything, brought all the maintenance up to date, rebuilt my carb, put on new tires, put in a new battery, installed new spark plugs, and performed other minor tasks needed to get my bike running, literally, like new! These guys are honest, do great work at a very reasonable price, and will get your bike back to you in a very timely manner. They will be my go to crew from now on. Thanks guys!

There are numerous shops closer to me. but I find it worth my time to bring my bike to Empire Cycle. Best kept secret that only me and a thousand of my closest friends know about........

I love the fact that this is a small local shop and I always like to support those. But the icing on the cake is the guys at Empire are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a Yamaha certified tech and a Honda tech as well, I believe. This is a fantastic shop!

I was recommended to check out Empire Cycle from a Harley purist.He told me his shop would not work on any other brand.Well let me tell you Scooter enthusiasts Empire is as good as it gets! This shop is a Team,they keep the bikes moving through while offering realistic pricing.I saved money and received better service.The were Hogs Japanese Italian German etc represented an there for a good reason. The hard working young buck shop in the west metro. Straightforward, no BS, excellent service at very competitive rates. If you want honest reasonably priced service, they are well worth the trip and wait (unfortunately popularity means you may have to wait a week or two or more to get a service appointment).

I recommend this shop to everyone I know with a bike. I have been bringing my motorcycle here for a couple of years, very helpful. I have never had an issue with this shop, I have had front and rear tire replaced on different occasions, oil change, front fork seals replaced, various little things.

These two fellas who run this shop are are incredible and provide learned skills and excellent/honest customer service of which is hard to find and days gone by it seems to me. I ride a Harley Davidson 2003 Road King and needed new tires last spring. I generally would take it to the harley davidson dealership but after getting a quote i felt the cost of tires and labor was pretty spendy and dealership driven. I found the O.E.M. tires at a great price and they were shipped at no charge. My son rides a kawasaki ZX-14R and has had Empire do some major service work for him which was quality and very reasonable labor. He expressed to me that they he observed many Harley motorcycles and gave me their card as i needed the tires changed,new ones mounted,balanced and proper knowledge with the belt drive and all. I called and they set-up an appointment for me as i wanted to ride there with the new tires strapped to the back seat and have the work done and ride home, with-out having to drop it off. I arrived at the scheduled time and they said it would be about an hour or so. They referred me to an awesome place in town to grab some lunch and when i came back the mechanic came out and expressed it would be about another 20 minutes to keep me informed (nice). He completed and parked my motorcycle out front where i left it and upon paying up he expressed he checked my brake pad thickness and brake fluid levels and they were both in good condition and order. The labor cost and bill was "very fair" and reasonable and the courtesy and professionalism was a great piece of mind. I will definitely return and have and will refer fellow owners to this quality business, which is very personal and friendly. P.S. Here's a real kicker which blew me away: The O.E.M. Dunlop tires which i purchased and brought with me... They had them in stock in the front of the store and a couple bucks cheaper than i got them for. I will be back and won't have to strap the next set on my seat... :) They have my business!! Empire Motorcycle Rocks

Needed new tires and stopped in. They explained differences between Michelin & Dunlop. I liked what they said about the Michelins and scheduled an install. BTW, their prices were a few dollars cheaper than Dennis Kirk or even Amazon. Bike was done on time and rode it home. Wow! What a difference! These guys were right. My bike handles the curves like nothing before. I can lean until my heals touch the road. High speeds are much smoother. The guys at Empire are no nonsense and no BS guys. Straight forward not trying to upsell. Love my commander II tires and the great service.

These guys have their stuff together. They said it would be done in 45 minutes and it was done in 45 minutes. They even informed me of my chain condition which the last shop failed to tell me about when they adjusted the chain. One of the only five star shops I ha e ever been to.

This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere but don't let it fool you. There are many people bringing their motorcycles there for minor all the way to major repairs, including rebuilding engines. The people working there are not only knowledgeable but they are so nice and friendly.
