Holy moly! Lots of inventory. I accompanied my bff who was looking for his 1st m otorcyle helmet. There were so many to choose from! Lots of variety in colors and styles. I actually am a shoe and jacket freak so I spent an hour trying on cool shoes and jackets. There's also lots of dirt bike gear Too! Must see place for anything motorcycle related! Note the black shoe below I almost bought for use on those Sunday drives (Not motor cycling).

Shelves were looking sparce and to then have the prices you had for the lack of selection seemed pretty unreasonable to be asking on average over 200 dollars for a helmet that you don't have multiple varietys to choose from. Store was clean and staff was friendly but i never got asked if i needed help with anything....... hopefully this was just a one time ordeal

Customer service is excellent! I ordered a pair of boots unfortunately they ended up not having the ones i wanted but when they contacted me to tell me this they gave me options on a couple different boots or a full refund. I chose a different pair of boots "got a great deal on them" and they had them drop shipped to my front door. Got em just in time for riding this weekend. You guys are awesome. Highly recommended.

Really like this place, the staff were really nice to me and helped me get the sizes I wanted to try on and even had some good advice for someone just getting into motorcycling and what to look for in gear. Have ordered many many parts from these guys for a old 82 Suzuki KZ650 and they helped with that and had solid prices on the stuff.

I love Bob's, they have a lot of great gear for riding. The sales staff can be a little lazy/lack attention to customers. But sometimes I like being left alone. I wish bobs was bigger and closer to Anoka.

This place has everything you ever need in terms of 4-wheeling or Motocross. I would say that this place is pretty nice just because of their massive inventory. However when I was looking to buy a helmet I did not find an associate that was willing to help. However when I was asking for stuff like a visor then the employees were looking to help. I would definitely go back. These prices are decent but nothing that really stands out

Great selection, prices and staff. Street and motocross riding gear and accessories. Prices on a lot of stuff is less than advertised on their website due to manufacturers requiring that the advertised price be msrp. If you live in Minnesota and ride on two wheels you won't be disappointed.

Great selection and service at this place. Did I mention selection??? Sometimes it's nice to have your new gear same day- rather than buying online and having to wait. Last time I was in I purchased an HJC RPHA 70ST helmet and a bulldog paddock stand. No waiting. No hassle. Fair prices on both.

Store is big, and have lots of stuff. Went in with interest to try on some helmets but they keep them 15 feet up on a wall and the customer service guy was far more interested in talking to another guy about bikes they rode when they were 15 years old, ha ha. I stood by the helmets for several minutes and eventually went to check out jackets. They have several brands and the sizes are not in any particular order. Most of the hangers also didnt match the size of the jacket. I'll be back some other time or order a helmet online.

I have been shopping here for years. Excellent service and pricing is very good as well. Found a helmet online for $180 and it $130 here. Here I got to try it on first. No brainer. Good thing too because it didn't fit well and ended up buying a different one. Glad we bought from here instead of online

Droped off two wheels and tires for my harley. they had best price on tires in the metro and said they could mount and balance in most cases in one day. next day late afternoon they where complete. no damage to rims and new weights from balancing. GREAT JOB!!! Thanks to all Bobs staff i will be back next time i need tires. very pleased.

Went to Harley to look at boots. I wanted the Collins style but those were not in stock. To be fair, they will order them but I don't want to order if I can't try them on first. Impressive selection at Bob's of many different boots. With help (sorry, I don't remember if I got the dude's name) I found a very low profile waterproof breathable boot. I also wanted them comfortable to walk in and we found a pair that work perfectly.

Could have been a 5, but for a couple visits while they where doing a slight remodel inside. I wanted to see a helmet they had on their wall, but I could not reach and no one to help two days in a row. I waited and came back a month later and things where much better. I've purchased a couple helmets and will probably buy my next one there.

Great selection of gear. Helmets, jackets, boots, gloves, goggles, mx protestive gear, etc. I arrived Saturday morning and was offerred help by 2 guys. Neither "hovered" but let me browse. When I needed a different size helmet a guy at the desk got it for me immediately. I appreciate being able to try items on and KNOW it fits. I buy many things online, but I'll buy from Bob's since I get to try it on, use the products features and choose between multiple options before buying.

Great shop for motocrossers. Wide variety if you need to check sizes and try things on. They keep lot's of brands in all sizes in stock. The friendly staff is always willing to help with fitting and style, and if they don't have it will order it for you. Good proces, great service and lot's of choice. Highly recommend.

Bob's is a great place to check out for motorcycle gear. I believe they also have snowmobile stuff in the winter. It's best to call ahead to see if they have something specific, but I usually just enjoy the ride out there on the county roads (C or B2) and wander around looking at all the stuff.

Large selection, but heavily geared toward dirt bike riders (in the middle of the Metro???), and that's not 'me". I went in ready to buy a new helmet because I wanted to try sizes before buying, even if it cost a few bucks more to do so. The guy working the helmet area seemed to be less than enthusiastic for forthcoming with help, and committed the ultimate sin of modern retail: he said "we can order that in for you". Wrong answer... I know you can order it in, but I also know that *I* can order it too and probably spend less and maybe avoid sales tax too. When you say that to a retail customer, you are basically telling them that they wasted their time with you and simply should have purchased it online in the first place. Retailers of America, please quit blaming the internet for your struggles when your own employees are sending your customers to the internet.
