I’ve dealt with many dealers throughout my life and I have to say that Moto Union is outstanding. The establishment is beautiful full of motorcycles and accesories. I have not bought a bike from here yet, but they do take care of my BMW GSA like they sold it to me. The service department is clean and upfront. Derek has been communicating well with me throughout my bikes visit. I’ll keep coming back here. They offer motorcycle pick up, delivery, service and storage. I had the chance to use all these services and I’ll have my motorcycle delivered at my house for 2022 riding season.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sales team never gets pushy and is really there to aid your search for a bike/parts/gear. They want to make sure what you are paying for is exactly what you want. Went in not knowing a bike I've been looking at was back in stock and rode the bike home later that day. This is my second Ducati from Moto Union. This is one of the cleanest and most organized showroom I’ve seen. Jake was an awesome guy and very informative. Take his time to explain all the features of the bike and answer any questions I have. Everyone was super friendly. Couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.

All I have to say is this dealership is one of the best to purchase bikes from. All the pricing is fair and spelled out for you and no pressure to buy the same day. First time I came in curious to see bikes they have and Stewart was patient with me and got all my questions answered. At my own pace I was able to find the bike i was looking for. They truly go out of their way to get you that perfect bike. 5/5 would purchase a bike from them again.

Worked with Jake during my purchase of my used Goldwing. Communication was great and transaction was quick. Jake even came in early the morning I needed to pick up my bike and helped me during the loading and tie down. Everyone there were friendly and easy to work with. Great place!!

Very good service all around. Shout out to Jake for being so knowledgeable about other brands of bikes, as I bought a used Japanese Dual Sport from their Ducati dealership. Also answered the phone exactly at 9am at opening hour...the service at several other businesses in that area same day was horrible, this staff was on top of everything.

Fantastic experience here. Ask for Jake - he went out of his way to make sure we got the bikes and the deal we were happy with. Originally went in to buy a Royal Enfield INT650, ended up getting that and a Himalayan. Can’t recommend highly enough.Will definitely be back when it’s time for a Hypermotard.

Overall good 1st time purchase experience. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't swarmed as soon as I entered the door. When I did make my decision to trade/purchase a motorcycle, the transaction was handled well. I like it when the staff has good knowledge of the products they sell/service and are riders themselves. My trade was assessed fairly and was initially done sight unseen. Jake in sales and Stewart processing the paperwork made things go smoothly. Parts department also provided some things I needed. We'll have to wait and see what the future holds for other purchases.

The professionalism, friendliness and organizing of priorities is a rare experience from other dealerships and brands. Premium brands with premium service sets them apart from everyone else. 34 years of motorcycles behind me and this was the best experience so far. As far as the Ducati goes, this bike brings out the kid in you. It’s a unbelievable machine and I highly recommend one.

I bought my new BMW 850 GSA from Moto Union about a year ago. I am very happy with the bike and all the staff their. From Stuart who sold me the bike to Derrick at parts and service. I am new to BMW so I always have some stupid questions to ask. They always take the time to answer them. Derrick especially I was there yesterday to ask a question about my chain, he came out to my bike and told me what I needed to know. I just wanted to thank them and say if you are looking for a BMW I would highly recommend them!!!

Now, bare in mind that he did not need to help in any way since they were not the original selling dealer, but Ross went out of his way to find the actual technician that worked (modified the whole motor) on this particular motorcycle and put me in contact with him. This shop is great! They did a desmo service on my 2014 Multistrada Pikes Peak for a fair price and in a timely manner. Special shout out to Derrick at the service desk who was very patient and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to thank the technician who in addition to doing a great job with the service noticed the crash bars were not installed correctly and fixed that. Would definitely recommend!

Always good service and some awesome bikes are always in the showroom. Plenty of accessories and gear on the shelf too. I went in to get fitted for a suit and figured I'd have to order one and wait. I walked out with a shiny new suit that day. They are also at track day events and offer specials on gear rentals. The staff is also very responsive to emails, even for somewhat random questions. Always helpful when I need it.

I had a great experience getting assistance with an install of a recall part on my MV Agusta. I called three MV dealers prior and none of them were able to give me any information regarding the install. When I called Moto Union, Joe was extremely helpful. He was able to give me the detailed instructions I needed for the install, and also emailed me the MV service bulletin specifically for the part. Excellent customer service! They are the go to dealer for MV owners.

Joe owns and runs an awesome shop! He always calls back, and will do whatever it takes to help you. Sometimes you wonder why your going to a local motorcycle shop because they don't treat you well, like back in the day, when we didn't have a choice. Now we do have a choice, and Moto Union demonstrates why you go to these shops, cause they take care of you.

My first time going to that store for service and it was an excellent experience. Rode my bike from Chicago to their store and it was very worth it. My Diavel gear indicator needed to be re-program and they completed that very quick in a couple of hrs. Definitely going back there whenever I need service.

Just stopped in to check it out (wearing my Harley jacket). It was right around closing time on a Saturday. I was welcomed and we were told not to rush and they would stay as long as we wanted. Spoke with Ross and he never bashed Harley and was very knowledgeable on Harleys as well as the models in the showroom. I would highly recommend him.

The guys at Moto Union are all great. Friendly, welcoming, and super into motorcycles. I first met them as a new motorcyclist, with a Ducati 900SS, and they immediately made me feel part of the family. I got involved with their associated club, the Wisconsin Desmo Owners, and spent a ton of time hanging out with the Moto Union crew. It's obvious that they work with bikes because they love them. Eventually, I decided that the SS wasn't meeting my needs, and I couldn't imagine buying from anyone else. I swapped for an ST3, and the whole business side felt totally casual. Like working with friends. Buy your next bike from these guys. I can't recommend them enough.

Moto Union is the best dealership I have been to thus far. Staff there is great and all seem to have a passion for the bikes the sell and service. This place is full of a bunch of racers, last time I was in there I spent 2 hours talking about racing and building SV650s, and saw the coolest aprillia racebike I have ever seen. I have come in for tires to be put on as well as getting a bearing off a triple tree and both times I was able to get that job done within 20 minutes of me dropping by. Furthermore, when I ask questions on how to fix problems on my Ducati myself, I have always been given great information on how to do so, what to look out for, what tools I need etc. Unfortunately I am now living in Chicago and have to deal with Chicago Motorcworks which sucks in comparison to Moto Union. Seriously, if you want anything done Ducati related its worth the 2 hour trip.
