Went there once for service on my 150cc Kymco and spent $90 on oilchanges and carburetor flush/clean. That didn't help the problem I had; it shutting down while I drive. Ok, no problem. Not their fault. Went there again after it wouldn't turn on at all. Spent $130 for repair and labor. I drive out, literally 30 seconds down the road it shuts down. Turns on if I'm lucky, but keeps shutting down every 20 to 30 seconds. Told me they "test drove" it. I was also told I'd be notified about how much the total of money the repair and service was going to be BEFORE it was done. But they didn't. Really nice people, but I feel I been "gotten" and keep getting the runaround just to come back and spend more money. Such a shame too, it was the only place I found that would mess with mopeds/scooters. edit/response: I can't bring it back because I sold it that day. I didn't want to invest more in it. But if you do stand by that promise to fix until it works, I'll definitely be back if I have future troubles with future bikes. I liked that you guys didn't overprice and were super nice. Thanks for responding to me btw.

Took my 2020 Maddog 150cc scooter to Jacks w/carborator issue they found what the problem was within 24hr and I was back on the road. These guys are very Is knowledgeable and know what their doing and are very helpful. I can't say enough about Jacks Motorcycles. 😉 ***** …

Wonderful, after a long exhausting search for Chinese dirt bike parts, I found Jack's and they are the only one for milesssss that does, they didn't have what I needed on hand but was able to order and receive it in about 3-4 days. Amazon couldn't even beat that!! I will be going here for everything I need! Price is a little bit higher but again that fast was worth it.

Nice location. A good line of SCOOTERS to choose from. They had a good understanding of their products. Did not try and over sell me. What a relief..also a good place for any repairs you may need. Also a good amount of parts on hand. So no long term waiting for the parts to come in.

Also they sell and service some really nice scooters and motorcycles. Their inventory looked very polished. I highly recommend to anyone

I rented a U-Haul from them on Memorial Day weekend. I had no clue how busy that weekend was for U-hauls and all of town was sold out. Jack's had a cancellation that morning and even though it was booked by another customer just 2.5 hours later they let me rent anyways. I got some of the best and friendliest service I could have asked for and I will 100% go here for all of my future U-haul needs. You can not do better then Jack's.

My wife and I tried about 7 different motorcycle/ATV dealerships before we went to Jack's. I wish we would have stopped by first. The staff is laid back and they are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. We walked out with our first Jonway Scooter a week later. Chuck is one of the friendliest people I've ever met and the buying process was a breeze. We haven't had any problems with our scooter so far. I would recommend Jack's to anybody looking for a quality, budget-friendly scooter!

On a scale of 1 to be 10, id give them an 11. By far the nicest, best experience I've ever had. Not only am I thrilled with my scooter , but they made the whole process worth while. Mike and Chuck, who work there, are two of the sweetest, most genuwine men I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. As a female, so many times I run into "sleeze bags" for lack of a better word, who try to take advantage of the fact that Im a woman by over selling because they know I have no idea what I'm talking about as far as mechanics. As unpleasant as those situations are, it is the exact opposite at Jacks. They care about their customers on a personal level and it would be a much better world if every one did business like they do. Thank you guys for such great customer service and for restoring my faith in mechanics and sales men all together :)
