When it was time to purchase my next bike, I walked into Harley Davidson-Louisville. Of course, I was back in heaven. Justin, the salesman, treated me but didn’t put pressure on me. He was just there to answer questions if I had any. Larry, the sales manager, also came over and introduced himself. I felt very welcomed and they were both very helpful when deciding what I wanted. I believe it was 2 days later that I had made my decision and purchased a 2013 FatBob. I rode away feeling very thankful to be back on two wheels again. Thank you Justin and Larry for making this happen with absolutely zero issues. I highly recommend visiting Harley Davidson-Louisville. These guys have now become my friends.

Didn't go I'm the dealership to actually purchase a bike. But man I stopped to talk to James Morgan and bought the bike I always wanted. Matt the GM was great also. I just purchased a 22 street glide special from these guys. Amazing experience! Straight forward, no pressure sales. The whole team was awesome to talk and work with. Matt M (gm) stand up guy. Straight forward and stayed transparent with me the entire time. I was struggling trying to work out how to pick up the bike and he went through every option to make it possible. Matt C, this guys works magic! He went to bat for me with the bank to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. After I purchased the bike he gave me a class on all the ins and outs of it. James, I’ve been talking with James since April to get the right bike. James jumped in and got it for me. Talked with him for about an hour waiting and it felt like we had known each other for years. Nick, I talked to him for almost 2 days in text messages. He was patient and answered every question I asked. Good dude. Even though, he wasn’t my sales person, he still helped with the bike. Bought my first Harley about 3 weeks ago and I love it being in sales I dreaded talking to a sales guy but let me tell you Chuck did a great job no pressure sales and no B.S. I loved the bike but wanted to personalize it just a tad. I bought my fat bob 2021 and in less than a year, I came back to buy some upgrades for my fat bob and saw the 2022 Stree Glide ST Gunship Grey, I would say it was love at first sight. They Larry and Dan found the best option for me and work paperwork in a blink of an eye. I had a great experience here, Aaron was my salesman and he took care of me, he even took a ride with me to show me how to get to the back road cause Im a beginner and didn’t want to get on the hi-way, I was nervous about the bike I was getting but with Aaron’s experience he told me to get the bike I wanted or I would be tired of the 883 really quick cause I’m 6-4 290pds. He was right, I’m so glad I listened to him. The place is amazing.I love my 2020 St. BOB vivid black. And I had never rode a Harley in my life. They moved nextdoor to a larger venue. The store has some interesting murals and a sweet old school Harley on display. It's set right in the town square and a minute walk from the distillery. Definitely a must stop for those Harley Davidson and Jack Daniel enthusiasts.

Took my new Street Glide in for its first service and the guys there were great. Had a concern with something and they had 2 technicians look at it and they were very thorough and put my heart at ease. I will take my motorcycle there every time I have to get it serviced or repaired. I also had put new 14” handlebars on my bike and when I went to go for a ride the next day my check engine light was on I called the service department and they squeezed me in the same day and showed me how to go thru the system and see what the code was and cleared it for me right there on the spot. I have to give Shane in service a big shout out. After having an issue with the anchor bracket on the bike I bought that was damaged and a mishaped with the first repair attempt. He went out of his way to make sure it was fixed properly and keep me well informed of what was going on from day to day. He went as far as providing his personal number and even communicated with me on his days off. He turn what started as a not so good situation into a positive result. On Saturday March, 27 2021 I took my 2019 FLHTK in to have service work done. While I was speaking to Shane Neal in the service department about the service I needed I asked him to look at my fuel tank. I purchased this bike new in 2019 and since then the tank where my legs touch has become very dull and I thought it was a lost cause. I had previous asked many others what could be done to restore the shine. All attempts were in vain. While waiting in the lounge for service to be completed Shane comes and asks me to follow him. He takes me to my bike and introduces me to one of the best detail guys Mark Campbell. He literally brought back the original shine to my paint. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate what he did for my bike. I will never go to another dealership for any work. Today the guys at Louisville Harley Davidson allowed me to test ride a 2020 Live wire and let me tell you, that was the most incredible riding experience I’ve ever had. The Live Wire is like nothing else on the road. It is advanced in every way possible. Not only is it incredibly fast but it’s also incredibly stable as well. You can feel the technology on the bike working with you instead of against you, to keep you going almost effortlessly. Had a great experiance here, told the salesman up front that I wouldn't be buying today and he still treated me like a valued customer. He helped me get a leg over on the models I knew I wanted to and even a few that I didn't, but he knew also fit my criteria. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the salesman picked up on my level of knowledge and experiance (some knowledge, no experiance) and didn't insult my intelligence while also telling me things that I needed to know. Come the spring when I AM in the market to buy a new/used bike, I will be coming back. Customer service goes a long way in sales and these folk have it! Along with their very reasonible pricing on used bikes (for example a 1500 miles bike with good service records and a fresh paint job for about $3k asking price)

Thanks to the service department . The oxygen sensor on my bike went on the blink a short time ago. They didn’t have any in stock so they had to order one. As is typical in the current economy, delivery dates are extended quite long. Shane, the service manager, had some calls made to other dealers to locate a sensor that would work on my bike. A short time later, I’m back on my bike with a new sensor. Thanks Shane for thinking outside the box instead of waiting for the order to arrive. I’m a happy customer.

I don't even know where to begin.. too amazing of an experience. I called at 10am and asked to see a HD xl1200cx Sportster (a bike UNDER 10K). I told them I could see it in the evening and that I had a 2 hour drive. Made the trip. It was literally the best sales experience that I've ever received. And that compliment is not given lightly. It even beats the experience that I had with Tesla. So anyway, I get there and meet Lance Barker (great guy, feels like he's been your friend your entire life). EVERYONE greeted me. I mean EVERY single soul in the building. He gives me the entire tour, while the bike I came to look at was finished getting DETAILED just so I could see it. It's not even a 100% sale for them and they detailed the bike just for me!! After viewing and sitting on other bikes, Lance leads me back to see the bike in a private stall with techs to explain everything about the bike. After the tech experience, I meet with Todd Galloway to discuss some information on insurance, etc. Again, another great guy. Helped my square away insurance by doing it himself. After meeting with Todd Lance and I went to meet Kiefer in clothing. He gave me all of the details on apparel and boots and helmets. Even made small talk to connect with my father who was also present (they connected through Buells). After leaving the clothing department, I met up with Lance again we stopped by the parts counter to meet Mark. Mark explained every single detail about the maintenance requirements. And made sure I understood everything that was needed to maintain the bike. After meeting Mark, we stopped by Tim in parts. Tim explicitly showed me how to take care of the denim finish of the bike I was interested in. He also made sure I understood exactly how to wash and maintain the exterior of the bike. Lastly, we met the Finance Manager David Hall. He is an absolute BLAST. Not only did he give me literally the best deal in the states around (I've been looking for this exact bike and couldn't find 1 for the price he sold this to me for), but he is SO FUN. I am brand new to HD, and he made sure they conducted the welcoming ceremony. After we signed docs, and was welcomed to the HD family, my dad and I were eyeing the LiveWire. The MANAGER came out and said "want to ride it"? To top off being introduced into the HD family, I got to ride a LiveWire. This experience is unreal. If you've read this to the end, do not go ANYWHERE else. This customer service experience is literally unparalleled - and it was on one of the least expensive bikes in the showroom BTW, I bought the bike.

Dealt with Parts and Service department here.... Parts -- Called looking for a filter for my HD (Because bluegrass refuses to stock one). The guy over the phone took down my information, and said he was on the other end of the shop at the moment, but would get back to me asap instead of me waiting on hold. I can respect that. I was only 15 min ride away, so I just drove out. Talked to him in person, and he had my filter! They had some computer problems, and took some time to get me rung up, but he did give me a 10% discount for having to wait on him. The guy seemed very very frustrated, as calls kept coming in, but I appreciate what he did for me. Service -- Swung into the service department to see how booked up they were. I had cash in pocket, and was looking to get new tires on my bike. I stood at the service window waiting... and waiting.... and waiting... There was an employee that was talking to a buddy, but no one came up to offer me any help. This pissed me off, so I walked. Im sure what you did over the weekend is much more important than helping a paying customer at the service counter.

I came into Harley-Davidson of Louisville because I had a 1969 Skittlehead that had a blown o-zark in the carbonator. The really nice yeti looking technician from the back came out with a set of pliers and helped me kick start the front tire to get the motorscooter scootin’ again. I didn’t get his real name but he was eating some pretzels and said his friends call him Alan Snackson. It was a wonderful experience. They weren’t able to convert my Mexican peso currency for the bill so they told me it was on the hizzouse. Great place. Can’t wait to be back.

I've begun collecting Harley Davidson shot glasses due a gf brought me one from her honeymoon. Omw to downtown Louisville, I saw this location and made a conscience decision to stop. I ended up purchasing more than I planned. It was on 12/16 2pm, ugly sweater day. A regular, or an employee that was off, brought in a rare domestic animal (unfortunately I can't remember what). Regardless, we did not feel in danger but rather my 17 ans 19 year old boys loved it. The cashiers were all decked out for the ugly sweater day. They definitely added to our vacation mood.
