Needed a new tire put on and they had it done within 30 minutes

Took my bike for a simple carb rebuilt and jet, was quoted around 300 and was told 600 the day it was done. Got it back and still ran bad but in a different rev range. Took it back and they said they'll give me a break on the cost this time cause it wasn't their fault. It wasn't mine either so not sure why I'd pay more. Ended up having it an additional week and it runs fine now and they didn't charge me. They put too big of jets in it. Overall, almost a month and only about 4 hours of labor on it. At least it's running right and I'm happy with it. I'm broke now but it's fine I guess.

Great local shop. Was racing back to MD to try to beat Hurricane Laura back home. Needed a new back tire on my motorcycle. Got me in first thing in the morning, in and out in 1 hour. Awesome service!

At first glance, skeptical. After talking with "pops", SOLD me. He knows his bikes. Understanding with all that is going on in todays world. The man is backed up. But they are very professional and when the works gets done. Its done. Very reasonable priced.

They dont try to bust your head and is very thorough and fair. As a 1st time bike owner they have really taught me sum things and have fine tooth combed my bike to ensure safety. Definitely will return

I own a 2003 Buell firebolt xb9r, it's engine is Harley. Couldn't get the simplest of items (brakepads) in stock from Harley, but this local shop had them in stock and gave me a great deal. They are always able to get me the parts I need for affordable prices. They are one of my favorite small businesses.

I called the guys mid week and told them of the problem I was having. I was able to take my 84 GW in on Friday afternoon. They took care of my brake problem, replace a bad bulb and looked into my throttle. Like others have posted on here, their customer service is of a thing of the past. I look forward to having Duwayne and Ed to take care of my vintage bike from here on out. Tommy P

Been using Cycle Works for 3 years now on both of my motorcycles...Prices are reasonable and they will work on bikes 10 years or older unlike the dealerships.....I had them do a Valve clearance check on my Ninja recently and was very happy with the work.......Highly reccomended....

I couldn’t get service from Harley Davidson on my old softail but Ed and Dwayne took care of it. I got new tires, oil, plugs, etc. Now it runs like a dream! Thanks guys!

Took four weeks, calling every week, to get my cycle picked up out of a public space. In the meantime racked up some tickets. Had a new starter put on my cycle and the next time I rode the starter clutch died. Seemed like an honest busy man, but certainly didn't go the extra mile to do good work.
