I don’t give FIVE STARS so this must be exceptional! Bar none, this is a top notch facility and you will not meet a friendlier more helpful group of folks! From the Greeter at the door to each salesperson that I encountered, they each met me with a “Hello” or “Welcome to Harley-Davison”! This facility is huge with a Huge selection of motor cycles in the store or you can custom build your own! Plenty of seating with tables if you need and an ample customer waiting area with coffee, soda and snacks. The apparel and accessory section is very well stocked with a varied selection - clothes, riding gear, hats, caps, shoes, jewelry, eye wear, helmets bike and garage items for storage. Today people were learning to ride in a large market of area! Very inclusive and something for all! If you’re in the area stop by, order a fine motorcycle or just say hello- they’d love to have you!

Was in town for CVMA Nationals and Bluegrass Harley really took care of us. I called them about an issue I was experiencing regarding my battery and they had me come over right away. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it next day. We had to leave the bike overnight so they paid for an Uber for us to get back to our campsite. Jake (service technician), Steve (service dept), and Lisa (sales) were awesome to work with. The facility is amazing too. Very modern. This is one of the best Harley dealers I’ve ever been to.

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience it was doing business here. First of all their all new state of the art facility is truly spectacular. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly face with a smile. Everything is very well laid out and accessible, and I couldn’t believe how much inventory they had on display. As I walked around I was offered assistance multiple times by the staff and you could really tell that they all enjoy working there. If you’re in the market for one of their legendary motorcycles or just looking for some clothes and accessories you’ll be very well taken care of!

Stopped in on the way out of Louisville. The team greeted me when I arrived and offered assistance. Large selection of motorcycles, apparel, and riding gear. Their pricing for a new Pan America enthusiast edition was very fair, but '21 PAS trade values are low, so we couldn't reach a deal.

I just had a great experience at your location, over the weekend, at a learning how to ride three day training. Instructor, Rollie was incredibly informative, and encouraging. Being brand new to motorcycle culture, in general and highly specifically Harley. And maybe I thought it be a little intimidating to go in there and that folks will probably be standoffish, considering I was using Northface winter gloves as my “riding gloves.” Instead the store’s entire staff, as well of all of the legit biker customers were in readable welcoming and extra friendly to me, and the other class members, as we walked around and took breaks in between training was. Traded in my dad's 2011 ultra classic for a 2021 fatboy. Love the new bike. Chino my sales man was fantastic. I think he was more excited than i was. I love seeing a person who loves what he's doing. Kelly showed me the bike on my way out. She was great. Very knowledgeable. Financing was great too. Was so easy. Parts and service are great. I don't know about mechanics, but they did. I told them what I wanted to do. They walked me thru the entire process. Had the pictures of all my upgrades right there. Asked me specifics about how I wanted the performance. They did the research for me. Having it installed as soon as the parts arrive. I'll update when the work is finished. Thanks again guys and gals.

Fantastic service and great people, I've purchased two bikes from this dealership and every experience has been fantastic. The other Harley Davidson dealership in Louisville is terrible, I can't get anyone there to give me the time of day so I'll stick with Bluegrass.

My bf and I were traveling thru Louisville when he noticed his back tire was balding badly on one side showing the steel treads. We called the Arthur street location where he purchased his bike from and explained our unique situation and after being placed on hold several times were told there was nothing they could do for us. We then called Bluegrass Harley and with our hesitation we’re told come on in and we will take care of you. Not only did they take care of the bike but welcomed me with open arms by allowing me to practice gear shifting on their stationary bike while we waited. Everyone here was so welcoming. This is where we will now spend our HD money at when we are in Louisville.
