would really like to thank the team at Yamaha of Las Vegas. I live in Georgia and they have been working remotely to create a pleasant buying experience from across the country. They are super knowledgeable with their products, and made me feel comfortable through out the whole process. Dee Jeffers In the sales department was fantastic to work with, and he knows the inns and outs of these X3’s. He even created a personalized video tutorial on the operations of the machine, and all of the additional accessories that the service team installed on the machine. Day and Dune in the service department worked diligently to make sure all of my accessories were installed before transport arrived for delivery. They were super helpful with the advice and knowledge on the machine and the installation process. They were able to help guid me into making the right decisions for my machine based on my needs here in Georgia. Believe it or not i actually trust them working on my machine more than I would trust the motor sports dealers in my home state. They see a ton of these machines come through and in my home state they may see a handful of machines come through. Experience goes a long way!

I purchased a Can-am Maverick X3 Turbo R. that I have been looking for years… I finally found one in Las Vegas at the BEST PRICE that anyone could find or offer. I felt like I won the lottery with their unbeatable price. I called and talked to Gino Gador in finance… man this gentleman was freaking awesome about explaining all the different options on the purchasing out right or ways of financing. I worked out a deal with Gino on a set price and then started looking for a rental trailer to haul butt to Las Vegas from Reno and pick-up my dream toy. During the 7-hour drive from Reno to Las Vegas I was running late, and I know they close at 6 PM. The best part was that Gino told me to slow down and get here safe and that they would keep the light on for me. I arrived at 7:05 PM and was greeted as I got out of my truck with their team ready to go over the Can-am with me. Walked in to finance and everything was ready and all I had to do is sign. The best part in finance was not there were and no hidden fees or surprises. Gino and Travis went out of their way to help me with financing the warranty items because I was on a trick budge. Both suggested but wasn't pressured about the warranties and trying to sell me on them. I appreciated the Travis and Gino explaining the value in the extended protection plan. After I was down with finance Travis and I walked out side and then he told me congratulations on your new purchase. First Travis walked me around the Can-am going over the checklist and it was in predestine condition. Travis’s team did an awesome job putting it together. I greatly appreciated that Travis explained all the operations aspects on what to do and what not to do. It’s 8:00 PM by now and Travis was still going over the Can-am in detail knowing that this gentleman never once made me feel rushed as its 2 hours past their closing time. Travis and Micah helped me load the Can-am into my trailer then helped tie it down. You don't and will not find that kind of customer service from anywhere else besides Yamaha Of Las Vegas / Can-am Sea-Doo Of Las Vegas. I had the best experience that anyone could ever have making a big purchase like this and feeling comfortable because their TEAM allowed that to happen. Let's list some things that made this purchase enjoyable, Customer service 1,000%, Communication the whole time driving from Reno to Las Vegas, Staying open 2 1/2 hours after closing, making me feel like a valued VIP customer, going over the operations of the Can-am in great detail, no hidden fees, explained valued added on extended warranties, no pressure on purchase price, no back in forth with price... was the best price in the United States, help secure Can-am in trailer. Stopped by today as I broke two bolts attempting to install highway pegs on my bike. Very nice lady at the service desk took the part back to the service department. She said they weren’t sure they could get them out, but they were going to try. Couple of minutes later service tech came out and gave me the part back with buster bolts removed. Attempted to pay and they said don’t bother. Every time I go into this business, they amaze me. I bought my Stryker from Matt years ago. Very satisfied with the bike I purchased. The MT07 I bought had all the right upgrades, akropvic exhaust, short levers, fender delete, you name it the did it. Got a fair price on the bike everyone was helpful. The only demerit I give is for financing they tried to get me on a revolving credit account at first then they said it could be installments at about 17% interest, anyway got financing at another dealership for 7.7% then they pulled the loan from that dealership and made it happen. Liked the bike, buddy was great and Travis did all the right upgrades, financing was a hassle.

I just purchased a 2021 Sea-Doo GTX Limited after my old ski needed a new engine. I was one of the lucky few to be able to get one at the moment. They made the entire process easy, from the time I walked into the shop, till I drove out with my ski. My salesman, Raff, was great, the sales manager and owner were great too. They even helped me find a place that would take my old jet ski. While waiting for the paperwork to be finished, I met the service manager, Day, and had a great conversation with her. I actually am looking forward to my first service! 2021 experience- Had another great experience at Las Vegas Yamaha. Bought my girls an ATV, and couldn't have been easier. 2019 experience-Josh, Travis and Matt went above and beyond with my purchase of a used UTV at Yamaha of Las Vegas. I never felt pressured or pushed, and we were able to agree on a very fair deal. When I arrived to pick up my machine they found a minor issue with a door handle. They wanted to make sure I left happy. Their service and parts techs hopped right on it and had the part and the repair done in no time. We found this location on google since my boyfriend wanted to buy his first motorcycle. When we went there, we had NO IDEAS, what's good for him, what's the difference between all those. But this guy named BUDDY, he help us and treated us really nice, and gave all the information we needed with the good deals!!! after we decided which one were getting, we got there pretty late, was almost closing time but he was patient and so kind like the times. hes amazing and very satisfied also this location ;) if I anyone need a motorcycle, I will highly recommend!! I would like to give my recommendation to Yamaha of Las Vegas and I especially want to point out Rob who helped me purchase my 2019 Can-Am Maverick X3. Upon waking in Rob introduced himself to me, and answered any and all questions that I had. There was zero pressure from Rob to buys machine. Instead he was just focused on helping me make the right decision on what model would suit my needs. The entire sales process was painless, we chatted in his office while going over all the final numbers and paperwork. Rob helped me piece together the off-road toy of my dreams at a fantastic price. I would highly recommended visiting Yamaha of Las a Vegas for any of your off-road, outdoor toy purchases. Lastly be sure to ask for Rob.

It was a waste, they were filthy. Big deal, they were dirty. The big thing is there were rebates and incentives for buying them. The other dealer KEPT the cash incentives for themselves! This is the BEST motorcycle dealership in Las Vegas - bar none! I research every large-ticket item purchase decision to the extreme - for at least a month prior to taking the plunge - so I've been to plenty of other dealerships looking at many motorcycles (through-out the years and recently). My decision - based on all of the input - was either the 2015 Yamaha FZ-07 of FZ-09. I was open to other alternatives, but both of these bikes pretty much sell themselves - especially for the money. I went to Yamaha of Las Vegas because it's close to my home. Larry C. was the main sales person. I can't speak highly enough of his knowledge and sales skills. Matt H. is the man in charge, and was right there on the spot to close the deal with the last minute negotiation items I wanted included with the purchase. Both of these men have a lot of integrity - a trait hard to find these days. No "hard sell' here! They actually listen to their customers. Larry and Matt just want to get you into the right bike for your riding style and experience level. And they want you to come back for all of your motorcycle needs in the future too. Needless to say I bought the FZ-07 - that day! The bike lives up to all of the reviews I've read, and I feel confident I'll enjoy riding it for a long time to come. Here's why I think it's in YOUR best interest to give them a chance to prove themselves: 1. Knowledgeable/Friendly/Flexible Staff. I challenge you to find anyone better! 2. Long-Term Business Relationship. They are interested in a long-term business relationship - not "just a quick sale, never see that person again". 3. Convenient Location. 4. Highly Rated Service Department. I haven't used them yet, but will based on what I've read in reviews, I'll definitely give them a try. I encourage you to give them a chance. I don't think you will be disappointed.
