I've been going to Rich since my warranty ran out on my 2017 Road Glide. Since then he's put in a cam, Dyno my bike. Replace my tires, brakes, installed new suspension. He takes very good care of me and my bike. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and all around good person. Hard to find a person you can trust your baby too along with your life. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

Excellent tune on my 117 twincam Road Glide. Rich did a fantastic job, got me in and out within 3 days and at a very reasonable price. He was kind enough to show me the shop dyno and explain how he tunes. Very knowledgeable guy and took the time to answer all my questions. Even though I do all my own work, I will be bringing the bike here moving forward for general maintenance. Highly recommended

Rich is the man! It was difficult to match my floor boards and crash bar accents to the wheels because the accents are anodized. I knew very little about powder coating, he spent some extra time to go through comparing different golds until we found one we thought would look good on my mag wheels. I knew it would come out good, but it’s better and matches better than I could even ask for! A lot of people say they know what they’re doing, but when he tells you he’s got you it’s facts! Killed it!

Hello everyone, I have 2007 Harley VRod night. Front break hoses cracked and need full replacement. Power commander erroring. Went to all Harleys dealers - no one had parts, no one could help. Out of stock. Rich made for me a custom set. No questions, no bs, no stories how hard it is and how expensive it is now because of covid and all this jokes… no blood sucking… Fast, professional and most important- extremely respectful!!!! Ordered parts, next day in 4 hours bike was ready. If you need professional help with proper service -that’s the place.

I left my Victory Highball with R2 Performance for cam work and dyno tune. Rich was very communicative throughout the entire process. Got me in and out within a couple days where it could of been even faster if I had not forgotten to bring something with me. The bike runs beautifully. The shop itself is extremely clean. Even the bay is meticulously organized. With some of the fairest pricing in the valley, a mechanic that is honest, communicative, and well versed in not only Harley but Indian and Victory as well you couldn't ask for a better experience.

I have worked with Rich for quite some time now. I operate a local parts and accessory distribution business for Harleys. As we do not offer any service work we get asked for recommendations daily. Our go to is R2 Performance and not one customer that we have sent has had a bad experience. Whether it be for installation, basic service work, dyno tuning, etc the customer service and hospitality is second to none. Working with R2 Business to business has been an impeccable experience as the communication is on point between the two of us. I myself would use R2 to take care of any of my service work no questions asked. Not all shops are created equal but if you're looking for great customer service, communication, amazing prices, transparency, and hospitality look no further.

Excellent Fu€kin shop!!! I let someone use one of my bikes it came back making all types of noise while not even on , just rolling in neutral. I take it to this magnificent shop as soon as he heard it he told me what he thought it was . A hour later he called me to come back and take a look . The whole inside of the transmission destroyed chunks missing sprockets cracked no salvaging anything . Well 4 days later I’m back in business. I also put the payment for my fxlrs to get some cams done . Stay tune for the next update ! Beyond Satisfied !!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, great prices highly recommended for any work !

Super knowlegable. And great prices. Have had several services done and they are always faster than the HD Dealerships. When you doing upgrades they make sure you get the right parts you need, but also that will work with future upgrade you want. Update 9/27/22 Just got back bike back for some performance mods on my 2021 RGS, cams, 2 into 1 pipes and T Bars. Plus they Dyno tuned the bike. And it is amazing. Never had so much fun on my bike. I went with there recomendations on parts and the bike is amazing, everything works so well together. R2 is the only ones that will ever touch any of my bikes

They did a big bore build on my 2018 road glide 107 to a 124 . The hp , and toqure are amazing excellent workmanship. Completely satisfied. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done . R2performance just installed new transmission and clutch Excellent job replace Replace swing arm bushings and powder coated some parts. You can't find a better shop . They go above and beyond Not only in the professional quality of their work but price but Christ as well. Everything was done in a timely manner Considering parts availability . Jay a good friend, highly recommend R2Performance.My bike is a 2009 Street glide w/120R. I met Mr.Rich. After providing info about bike, engine size, exhaust,throttle body,injecter size etc. He was ready to perform Dyno the next day.After Dyno was performed by Mr. Rich, my bike performed like a totally different bike. Powerful and smooth. The bike can deliver her true potential in every gear, without hesitation. Now I can feel what a 120R can do for sure.I highly recommend this establishment to solve any issue related to Dyno. Mr. Rich is professional and knowledgeable.By now i have tryed a few places through the years. Nothing compares to R2Performance for motorcycles.

Rich was extremely helpful in assisting me choose what options to go with on upgrading my Harley’s performance as well as complete some warranty work. He also had some awesome Christmas specials that you just couldn’t pass up on. Couldn't be more happy with how this turned out. Brought My 14 Fat Bob. They Hooked me up with Cams, A Dyno and wile putting the parts in helped me out and replaced worn out gaskets. Bike runs amazing. Guys are super knowledgeable and kept in contact whole way threw. Had really quick turn around time to get me back on my bike. I’ve been riding Harley’s since high school and have been to countless independent motorcycle shops all around the country. R2performance is by far the best one I’ve ever dealt with in 25 years of riding. Rich is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and hard working (as is Cam). You can leave your bike with them and know it’s going to get done right. Whether it’s a a simple fluids change or complete motor rebuild, you are going to get your bike back complete and correct. They rebuilt a blown twin cam on my Dyna. It runs absolutely perfectly now. Rich stressed the importance of breaking it in correctly and I’m glad I followed his advice. I also had a blown 128” M8 motor in my Road Glide that same week (I know, it was a rough month). It was from a bad build from a different builder. Rich and Cam showed me why it blew and got to solutions right away. They installed a new 131” M8 and a completely new suspension for me. The GP suspensions are tricky to install but they nailed it and the bike is perfect now. We decided to go with some additional upgrades; swing arm, Galfer brakes, Dominator 12” T-bars, the works. I didn’t have to worry about it getting done correctly. Anytime I had a question or wanted to change part of the plan it was never a problem. If you’re looking around to get a Dyno tune, look no further. The Dyno was purchased new and has the up to date software. They don’t do anything half-*ssed at R2. Your bike will be dialed in accurately and completely. R2 is the only shop in town that does a proper Dyno tune. I’ve been recommending R2 to my friends and know they won’t be disappointed one bit. You won’t find a more honest shop that does great work in town that also has great communication and scheduling.

I have a Harley 2019 Road Glide Ultra - I had R2 Performance install a Stage 2 upgrade with S&S 475C Camchest, S&S exhaust, Arlen Ness Stage 2 Air Cleaner, Power Vision & Dyno Tune and oil change. The end results exceeded my expectations not only from a Dyno perspective but the overall performance is off the charts. I was trying to determine how to fully encompass my entire interaction with Rich but I quickly realized that it would take too long so here are some key words: Honest, awesome service, very fair pricing, a perfectionist, open dialog - explains the service in detail, complete updates and follow up... TRUST IS EVERYTHING These guys are awesome!! I had paid Boulder choppers over 5k and after Kenny threatened me with violence because he couldn’t get the bike right I was turned on to these guys by a friend and within 24 hours they had my bike adjusted,serviced and fixed all the leaks that BC told me they could not fix . I heard about R2 Performance from a buddy that had a killer motor for his Road Glide built here. So, I decided to take my 2006 Harley Heritage Softail there for repairs.It needed a primary chain replaced and also had them change the sprocket to one with 3 less teeth while it was open. They also did a oil and trans fluid change and, front brake pads because they were worn down.The work was done quickly and professional and the prices can't be beat. They find and fix the problem with no BS like other shops can do you. They treated me like family to the point where I also had them order me a Memphis Shades Road Warrior fairing for my 2018 Fatbob. It shipped to them quickly and they got it on perfect. I'm going here for all my repairs and upgrades
