Being totally new to the bike game these people were totally patient with me and answered a lot of my questions, got my first motorcycle here and everything yet unfortunately for me ended up laying the bike over second day I had it, yet there were totally understanding and was able to cheer me up a lot. when it came to fixing my bike they were totally clean and professional about it had my bike back in no time and with all that I highly recommend business here they have gave me 110 percent satisfaction.

Bought a bike remote, and the team was extremely helpful and patient. They paid for all paperwork to be mailed overnight, and offered to come into the shop outside of open hours to get the bike to the shipping carrier. Greg and Nicole specifically helped a ton.

I just bought the used 2018 Ninja 400 you see pictured and the experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, hands down. The crew at Major Powersports are some of the most down to earth I have met and what’s more, they ride motorcycles passionately! I bought this bike as a track bike and Brandon spent tons of time giving great advice and talking about his own personal experiences. The Major Powersport owner shows trust in her employees to give the customer a great experience. When I asked if I could test ride a few used motorcycles they were more than willing to let me, unlike many dealers here in Vegas. And they are military friendly! They really did give me a good deal on price too, without all the annoying haggling or back and forth from sales to the manager. No tricks. As riders, they even give you a guardian bell when you leave to make sure you’re safe. I look forward to buying my next bike from them and I will be bringing all my bikes to get their service work done here. Was on W. Sahara Ave. , it was a toasty afternoon and I was looking for an auto dealership that had relocated to another part of the city. Frustrated, I stopped in to cool down and regroup, drink some water and research the invisible place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Allowing me that time to relax. In fact, the woman who greeted me took the time to search for this dealership on her own. Very nice of her to do that. Major Power Sports is a Smaller dealership specializing in used machines. Mostly the Sport Bike versions. There were a few Cruiser style bikes available. And apparently they are an authorized dealer for the "Zero Electric" motorcycle brand 👍. The facility is Super clean and well equipped with a full repair shop and parts department👍. If you are shopping for a motorbike, I definitely would recommend you check out the selection before you see a new machine dealer. You may get lucky in Las Vegas 😁🎰. Ride safe everyone, G.

Hands down they are the friendliest dealerships I have ever talked to and understand the balance between pushing a sale or the person just contemplating a bike purchase in the future. Worked 60 hours during the week ending on a Friday. Had to wake early and load up my sons race bike, and all the gear. . . I ran short on time and was unable to install the new tires and tubes for the race. On our way from Phoenix Az., we googled shops open on Saturday along our route and settled on Major Power Sports. We could not locate a dedicated motocross shop anywhere, so I was a bit apprehensive about putting trust in a shop that seemed to service mainly road machines. I was very well cared for in the service department, and equally pleased with the level of service both mechanically and personally. I must say to the owner.. after visiting several other shops in several other states that you sir or madame have a very efficient helpful service team. My tires were changed in just under an hour from drop off and NO pinch flats! Thank you!

Smaller showroom but nice selection. Great customer service. Excellent shop rate for repairs. Authorized Zero Electric Cycle dealer. I got a good price and needed warranty work done too. They got me right in and take good care of me. I will buy one more cycle from them to add to my collection this winter. Working with them to fimd exactly what I want. 11/18/18 Update; I'm looking for a specific cycle and I will wait until they find it for me. They work hard to please! I looked at the "other" stores....I will wait for Major Powersports to find it for me! They rock! They can get you what you want for a fair price without all the added "fees" the others want to charge🤗 Jan 2019 update. They found me the cycle I wanted at the price wanted. Z900 Ninja, like new. Buying a motorcycle shouldn’t have to be a trail it should be an experience you want to look back to and remember the time you bought your first bike or second and with Major Powersports it absolutely is that ; the moment you walk in your immediately greeted to even at busy times someone is always there to help or answer any questions you might have ,from the floor staff to The technicians you’re treated with respect and professionalism, and not like a walking bank account .I bought my first bike a beautiful oceanic blue Kawasaki ninja 650 With Abs and got an amazing deal through financing and let me tell you It was a breeze and I have nothing but great things to say about Major Powersports they prioritize rider safety before anything else id highly recommend them if your looking for your first bike or second please go check them you won’t regret it . FANTASTIC MOTORCYCLE DEALER. I am from the Dallas area, have been in Vegas for quite a while and after going to Carter, Ridenow, and Major Powersports I will always purchase motorcycles from Major Power due to the fact that Joe was such a great salesman, was not hard selling me, or pressuring me to make a purchase, I bought this bike about 3 weeks ago and it is something I have been looking for for a long time. Joe was knowledgeable, attentive, understanding, and follows up regularly. Jelena was also great when helping me out with paperwork, patient, attentive, and always willing to answer questions. and they truly are the lowest prices in town. I've had a chance to deal with this shop several times now, mostly for new tires and maintenance. The technicians are great. I know they have some really good ones. The service manager, Mike always finds a way to get me in on a timely manner and he is very good about communication. Recently I made a purchase of a new bike from Major Powersports. There was a problem with the chain and Mike arranged a pick up from my home. A better quality replacement chain was installed for free and I left there very happy about the purchase and the service. Awesome place to buy a motorcycle. I've been a biker since my first little YZ80, 30 years ago! I've done business with shops/dealers in Arizona, California, and Nevada. I've been through it all, I know all the tricks and hidden charges. Major's has an old school mom and pop vibe that I trust. Pinky is an honest, no pressure salesperson that I connect well with - and there are very few bike shops in the southwest I'd give these compliments to. I can smell big corporate attitudes and greasy sales pitches a mile away, and it always makes me turn right back out the door. I hate being talked to like I'm a noob, or sales people trying to strong-arm me before I'm ready to commit. I'm the kind of guy, show me what you have and what the deal is, I'll research the hell out of it online, read every review on the bike and your shop, and if I decide it's right I'll come back... and that's why I just bought a Triumph Rocket III from Major Powersports!

Went to their bike night event and had a great time! The were very responsible with the event making sure no one was drinking and riding so everyone would get home safe. Had great food and great music. All the employees are super chill and helpful. They have a lot of good prices on parts and bikes. I needed a new tire bad that night and they didn’t have one in stock so they let me keep my bike there and had my bike done for me the next morning shined up and cleaned it was great service! Mike and Anna helped me out a lot and where super friendly. Highly recommend this shop I’ll be going here for all my street bike and dirt bike needs from now on! Support your local small shop!!!

I purchased a 2018 Honda cbr 500r for $7000 cash also purchased an exhaust for $750 with Helmet with 547 mile which i eas told when I went to register the bike it should 18,000 I registered the bike because the mvd said most likely it was a glitch that can be resolved by taking it to a local bike dealer. So I registered it and just found out the bike actually has 18,000 not 547 miles. Now they never disclosed this to me and now are telling me since I registered the bike I'm out of luck . And they said the will buy the bike back for $4000 how convenient of them right completely taking advantage of this situation. Now I have to find a lawyer that can help me fight this case.

If you aren't looking for a Harley please for the love of yourself save yourself the time and just shop here. I was treated with respect. My time was valued. I'm writing this for a family member, Mike Hanson. My experience buying a dirt bike from Major Powersports was very good. The salesman was very patient. He did not try to push me just to make a sale. The mechanic was very thorough on how to maintain the bike. The whole crew was like a family: but what I like most is your money goes to the bike and not to fees, after you pay for the bike like the other dealerships I visited in Las Vegas. He has fixed my mistakes as well as the mistakes of the multiple shops I went to in denver during my 1 year there. Great place to get a bike. I just bought a Hyosung a few days back and loved the customer service, Dalton was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole staff is just awesome. I also really liked that they had the regular sport bikes that every one is looking for but they also have up and coming brands that other dealers dont have. Brands that are actually really good and been around for a while but are just recently making it here to the U.S. And I just have to mention again the excellent customer service because that is so, so, so rare to find here Vegas. Major Powersports will always be my go to when looking for a bike from this point forward. When nobody else would finance me Jelena and the rest of the crew at Major Powersports took down my information got me approved for financing (with my bad credit) and got me on a bike and out the door in less than a week. They took my approval criteria and found me a bike that I loved and that fit into my budget and even got me insured at a great rate before I walked out the door. They checked the bike over, topped off the fluids, and off I went. I'm happy to say I'm back on a bike, helping my credit, and I've got a clean bike to show for it. Edit: 1.5 years later my bike is running strong and the few parts I've needed to replace (oil, chain, clutch kit @ 15,000 miles) they've helped me get at a great price. If you're looking to buy used and/or have bad credit and want a reliable bike this should be your first stop.

Bought my Nightrod from here. Roy and Brandon took care of me. The process did not feel like the typical dealership experience. The whole time I felt like I was hanging out with fellow riders geeking out and talking bikes while I finished up paperwork. Pinky was great and made the finance and paperwork a breeze then the service Manager Mike explained the up keep and maintenance that is necessary over time . I left there feeling extremely Happy with the entire store and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for motorcycle. Five Star isn't enough

Major Powersports hands down might have the best financing Department in Las Vegas. I have bought five motorcycles from them and every single one of them was taken care of by Major Powersports. They have straight-up honest mechanics that actually care about you being safe on your motorcycle. It's also a cool place to come and hang out and chill and talk to the staff about new upcoming bikes. They always have time to sit down and chat with you about motorcycles and things like that. Unlike most dealers that I go to Major Powersports will actually find you any motorcycle you want. For example like if you looking for a bike that has a power commander or a flashed ECU with the full exhaust on it. They will literally go find you a bike with all the modifications on it but then still sell it to you at less than MSRP.😏😏😏 Now with that you have to wait. But good things come to those who wait. Also on a deeper note in times when I went down. Jelena Paul Mike Mikey Yolbo Patrick Joe and Pinky was there for me like family. They helped me with towes when I needed them. They taught me how to work on my bike to save me money. Most importantly they keep me riding in everyway imaginable. Who can say they first bike was a 2015 Kawasaki zx10r 30th anniversary. Your second bike a 2012 Kawasaki zx14r. Your third a 2015 Kawasaki 300. My Fourth the almighty 2016 Kawasaki zx10r krt edtion. My fifth lil foriegn work horse a 2017 hysoung GD250R. The adventures I tell you have just been insane to say the least. To just think about how every dealership just wrote me off wanting %60 of the money down due to my credit. My score when I first started using my credit was like 568 I think. This was my first time establishing credit because I pay for everything with cash. Who knew that would come back to haunt me. I explained to jelena about my situation and she got me approved. My interest rate was about %19.4 and she also got me affordable insurance at the sametime the women is incredible. The best part is say you have a problem with the bike or your insurance or leasing agency. Call Jelena she is right their for you ready to help in anyway she can. But to not limit how much she can help you I must explain to everybody. Buy the gap insurance and the warranty it sucks but that $60 dollars goes so far if you have to make payments. It literally has saved me 3 times. Motorcycle riding is not like a car. Its only a matter of time before somebody runs a stop sign, old lady or man swerves into you or my favorite. The cellphone using Im just going to merge in the same lane with you now person. Yeah I digress protect your investment. Its a miracle we can insure them. But to me there is no better shop to get a bike from then major powersports. Let them know you read this review and if you need help with passing your Nevada DMV test I got you. Im always looking for people to ride with. Bring what you got and let's roll rather you be a 250cc or 1441cc let's hit the road. Also for my new riders who wanna ride but need to learn. I got you covered my best times are Saturday and sunday. I could help monday thru friday but it would be brief. Like 2 hours then back to work for me.
