April 05, 2022 Two years later after getting my 2020 BMW S1000RR M Package, I’m back to this place and picked up my new 2022 BMW GS Adventure 40th Anniversary Edition! And yet again Lewis helped me out big time getting my 2nd bike!! I waited just shy of 3 months after placing the order for it back in January of 2022. It took a lot of patience waiting for the bike to come. Lewis helped me out from the beginning and all the way to the end. He is very professional and answered all the questions that I have, very friendly and pleasant to do business with. He previously helped me get my 2020 BMW S1000RR M Package and fast forward two years later,he helped me again. I can’t recommend this place hard enough to express my gratitude and how truly thankful I am. Thank you so much Lewis for all your help brother! I really appreciate it and I look forward to coming back again for my third bike! Also, I would like to give credit to Ian who also helped me out!! He even stayed late past their closing hours when I took delivery to ensure that I have all my questions answered about my 2022 BMW R1250 GS Adventure. Thank you so much for your assistance bro! Will come back to this amazing place for my third bike!

Wanted to trade my Ducati in for a touring bike. Stopped by and spoke with Ian, who was very knowledgeable about every bike they had and more. We did finally decide on a BMW R1250RT. They had a new one on the showroom at a fair price. They also gave me a good price for my trade in. Lewis, his manager was very fair with all numbers given. The process took as long as any car/bike transaction takes. Smooth in and out of finance with no extra pressured sales. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike. They even rent bikes here too which is awesome.

Quick, easy and no hassle - I was thinking of getting a motorcycle so thought I'd stop by EuroCycle while I was in the area for another appointment. I've always like retro/vintage style bikes, saw one I liked, and being in a hurry for my appointment, they were very accommodating and within a few took my info. Thirty minutes later I got a text letting me know it was all set. Returned after my appointment and drove home my new bike 👍

I purchased a BMW R1250RS from Eurocycle on May 18th. I started the process online with Ian, who was very quick to respond to my emails, and return my calls when requested. Most of the purchase dialogue was done online, so when I decided this was the bike I wanted, I had a payment number in mind, and they made it happen without any tricks or attempted upsells. I also received a very fair price for my trade in, and the trade in process was smooth and without any surprises along the way. Lewis was also very helpful in this process, as well as very accommodating in making this a relatively painless experience. Joe in finance is awesome, explains everything about the finance process in detail, making sure I knew what it was I was signing. I appreciate that. My bike was shipped from another store (Sonoma), and arrived quickly and was ready to go as soon as it was here. I had a million questions and everyone was fantastic and patient with me and my questions. I would also like to thank Nathaniel in service for reaching out to me for my first service and getting me in ASAP. I have already ordered parts, and like everything else, was a smooth experience with my parts here in good time. I can honestly say, this was the easiest motorcycle purchase I have ever been involved with. Not any wasted time during the process, very streamlined and dare I say "easy". I had a great experience and highly recommend this dealer.

Saw this 2012 Zero motorcycle on Craigslist for $895 and called Ben at EuroCycle Las Vegas. It took about 2 days to complete the paperwork and in less than 2 weeks, Ben called with a drop off time and the bike was dropped off in excellent condition at my home. All the electronics seem to work just fine. I am in the process of building a battery pack and will be on the road soon!!!

On Saturday May 29 I decided to take a quick trip to EuroCycle Las Vegas to look around and mull over replacing my motorcycle (Triumph Tiger 800) if something sticks out. I was greeted by Ben in the Used Sales section. Ben was very busy that Saturday, as it was Memorial Day weekend. However, Ben took the time to listen to me and allowed me to look around and sit on a bike if I find one that I might like. I looked around the showroom and I spotted a few that piqued my interest. However, tucked in between a few motorcycles there was a Yamaha Super Tenere, fully loaded. I could hardly believe that this motorcycle was sitting there in such good condition and no one that was there interested in it. When Ben finished up with other customers, he came around to check in on me while I was still considering other options. I inquired about the Super Tenere, and how I would be interested in trading in my motorcycle for it. He started the appraisal paperwork and started the process on allowing me to give it a test ride, while they appraise my motorcycle. As soon as I left the lot, I already knew I wanted the bike. I told Ben, "If we can make something happen, I'd like to leave with this bike today." Even though Ben was getting swamped with other customers, he was very attentive and started processing the sales paperwork. Within a few minutes my paperwork was on the finances desk and pending approval from my bank. Ben kept checking on the status of the bank, in between customers. Though, due to the holiday weekend, the paperwork was left in a pending state up until close. Unfortunately, I did not leave with the Super Tenere that day, both Ben and I were a bit disappointed, but good things come with time! Monday, I got the call that the paperwork went through, and everything was approved. I just picked it up today (Tuesday) and I could not be happier with my experience and purchase. I want to thank Ben for all of the hard work he put in to make this purchase smooth and easy. As I was waiting for paperwork to process, not once did I see Ben not taking care of a customer or running back and forth to the finance office. Ben was professional, easy to talk to, a great multitasker, and a great dude. He understands that personal interaction and actively listening is key to a great experience. I would highly recommend working with Ben if you are in the market for used motorcycle from EuroCycle and I want to thank all of the gentlemen I worked with at EuroCycle for friendly and awesome service. I drove to Las Vegas from AZ to buy a pre-owned bike from a dealer that turned out to be not quite what was advertised. So I went in to EuroCycle the next morning and talked with Ben and told him the story and that I was ready to buy a bike that day if we could get the deal done right away. Ben was awesome and bent over backwards to get everything done and I bought a beautiful brand new 2020 MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR SCS that day! Now the story does not end there! We were in such a hurry to get everything done, that we forgot to go over everything to check it all out and when I got back to AZ, I found that the turn indicators and 4-way hazards were not working. Being a 3-1/2 hr drive from where I live to EuroCycle Las Vegas, I was not looking forward to driving it back. I called service at EuroCycle to see what to do and they are coming to pick it up on Monday to take it back to the shop and make it right!!! Two trips back and forth is 14 hrs of driving! I am so impressed with how EuroCycle has responded to this that they will definitely be my go to dealer for future MC purchases! Hats off to Ben, the Service Department, the owner and everyone at EuroCycle Las Vegas for setting a fine example of Dealer excellence!!! They are certainly a pleasure to do business with! Ben was also incredibly personable and has a wonderful story of how he came to be at EuroCycle Las Vegas and how much he appreciates being there and working with everyone in the team... this made me feel like I was among friends and very relaxed about purchasing my new MC. Man... Ben is one hell of a guy. He's very different. So much energy and a lot of love from him. I was thinking that he's just a funny guy but man he's very great at selling and reassuring me about spending this much money. I can honestly say that Eurocycle is very lucky to have this guy. He speaks highly of his boss and owner and his friend Tyler. My gf is buying a bike as well cause how treated us and told us about his job and eurocycle. So we are both buying Aprilia 660s. The last few years I have been wanting to by a MV Agusta Turismo Veloce. I live in Chicago and normally try to buy local, but our MV dealer here has a very limited supply of MV’s. After seeing the EuroCycles price on the bike and reading their dealer reviews, I decided to take the risk. I filled out the “Get a Quote” form and got a call back in about 20 minutes, even though the dealer was about to close for the day. The lady that spoke with me got some more information and said she would have a sales rep contact me the next day. Sure enough, Ben, contacted me the next day and he happily answered all my questions about buying the bike and having it shipped to Chicago. Ben managed to find me a 2021 MV Turismo Veloce Lusso SCS, still in the crate for an unbelievable price. Over the next couple of weeks Ben and Joseph from finance worked with me on the purchase. The whole buying experience went smoothly even though we were doing it all over email and the phone. Once the payment was made, they took care of getting the registration and tags for IL and arranged the shipping with Haulbikes. The motorcycle was picked up from the dealer on January 14th and arrived at my door on Feb 4th in perfect shape and within a week Ben shipped me the accessories. The whole buying experience was better than expected and a big Thanks to Ben and Joseph for making it happen.

This was my first time getting my bike serviced here, and I can’t say that I’ll be eager to come back. Not only did the check in process take forever (lots of confusion about a part we had ordered separately… asked us the same questions that had been asked when the appointment was made…), but no one seemed to know the status of my bike when I’d call. The manager ended up giving me 10% off parts because the service took longer than anticipated. Definitely not expected but it was a nice gesture… except it wasn’t communicated to the service writer and I had to remind them when I was picking up the bike. On top of that, they didn’t even clean the bike after the service. Now, I know this isn’t the industry standard but… I feel like most dealerships I’ve frequented have always washed my bike after a service. I guess it was for the best, because I did find my muffler was loose while washing and wiping my bike down afterward… hard to say if it was like that before dropping it off, or if the dealership would have caught it if they’d cleaned the bike. Odd the mechanic didn’t notice when swapping the tires? I dunno… I will say the two gals at the counter were very nice and did make me feel welcome. So there’s that.

My only qualm is with the shipping company. It has been almost 2 months since my purchase date and I haven't received my bike yet. I have rented several bikes from EuroCycle Las Vegas and even bought a BMW R1200GSA from them; I’ve been very satisfied! Had a great ride on Triumph Tiger 800 XC (9/29/21) and the next day (today 9/30) I rode the Ducati 1260 Multistrada Enduro. I love both of these bikes! Great service at EuroCycle Las Vegas; yesterday and today Ken helped me get going and checked me back in at the end of day. Great experience! FYI, Vegas has several great rides. This trip I did the Vegas to Oatman to Kingsman and back to Vegas loop on 95 (south) and 93 (North). Highly recommend but watch out for the burros!

Well I bought this Honda CBR and one day later it started having issues. And within a week it just died and won’t start up again. I called them about possibly taking it back or at least fix it and they said no. Very unhappy with it all the way around. People were not friendly to me at all.

I have worked with many different sellers and dealers over the years, and this is one of the best experiences I have had, which is important as a new rider. The sales and finance staff went out of their way to make a difficult transaction work. The service department is responsive, but you must stand firm to ensure everything gets done right, as with any dealer service department. Ask for Ben Faaliga in Sales! Some of the sales staff definitely judge people by there appearances and it shows in lack of client assistance. When some of the sales staff gets frustrated they talk about the customer in front of others. Going through paperwork it felt rushed and things were not explained clearly. Once I was able to get some help. Ian was my go to guy. Ian generally works in the used motorcycle section. Courtney and Miller in service department are spot on and great to work with!!! Can not speak highly enough!

This is an excellent dealer to purchase a motorcycle from. The facility is clean, surprisingly stocked up with new bikes, a nice selection of gear. Had my eye on a particular new bike that was unfortunately sold by the time I went there but luckily Tyler in sales was able to get an alternative color in the model I was looking for. The desk manager was able to get me close to what I was willing to part with my trade for which definitely helped with the buying process. Everyone that I interacted with at Eurocycle was polite and friendly from the gentleman that takes care of the rental bikes, the other salesman on duty, and John in finance. I was a little leary of purchasing something site unseen over the internet, not to mention a vehicle!! The experience was nothing less than 5 stars from start to finish. I was contacted right away By Ben Faaliga after asking about the bike on CycleTrader and the process continued via text after an initial phone call. I was emailed the sales docs and notarization forms the next day from the Finance Manager after sending my down payment via an online submission method. I got those docs signed today and overnighted them back. They informed me that tomorrow the shipping information would be put out and I should expect the bike very soon Zero SR/S with 4 miles on it. I wrapped up the shipping fee into the sale - well worth it, since this electric motorcycle would not make it that far, and i was not to sure about charging stations laong the way.

If you are a fan of all things unusual in the motorcycle world, this place is absolutely amazing. Their selection of European motorcycles blows anything I've ever seen in Arizona out of the water. I did have an issue with my purchase - a used Zero that is it turned out had a battery pack issue within a few days of picking it up. I believe Lewis and his team worked very hard to minimize my inconvenience. I ultimately was able to get a different motorcycle and I couldn't be more pleased. Eurocycle definitely went beyond the call of duty to keep me happy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new motorcycle.

Edit: I was told when I got the bike it would be 2 weeks before I could pick it up because they had a bunch of parts and work they wanted to do to make sure I'd have no issues. It ended up taking over 4 weeks and dealing with the service department was a terrible experience. Overall the sales department was great and they felt pretty bad about the difficulty I was having actually getting the bike and did pretty much everything they could for me but they didn't have a lot of control over service. I would say buying the bike before they finished the service was my own mistake and in the future I would recommend making sure that the bike is ready to ride off the lot before purchasing. Original review: I worked with Ben and had a totally stress-free experience with no surprises. Ben was very patient while I decided on what bike I wanted and never acted like I was wasting his time even though I wasn't sure what I was looking for. He didn't pressure me when I didn't think the first bike was the right choice and was just as friendly when I came back a week later to look at a different one. I absolutely will be coming back here for any future purchase as everyone I worked with was a pleasure.

Just recently moved to Las Vegas and looking for an authorized BMW Motorrad Dealer and I found this place. Brought my motorcycle here for service. The service staff are very nice and friendly. This dealer shop has lots to offer. Not only the service BMW's, but several brands as well! They also sell all sorts of riding accessories and they have a huge showroom of different brands of motorcycle. One I noticed is that they don't carry Ducati bikes here. They should consider having one. But over all experience is great! I will continue to bring my motorcycle here for service or in the future might get a new bike from them.

Awesome Place and Amazing Staff! We were headed to Death Valley for the weekend on a riding/camping trip when my rear brakes locked up. We were able to bleed out some brake fluid and make it to Euro Cycle. The Guys in the Service Department said they would get the repair done quick so we could still do the trip. The bikes were great - Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster and a Moto Guzzi California Cruiser - both excellent. Ran great. He had wonderful suggestions on routes and activities while riding in Las Vegas. I went to Red Rocks, Valley of Fire, and Mt. Charleston - all very worthwhile - especially fun on these wonderful machines. Back in March I purchased a yahama warrior from EuroCycle, their friendly knowledgeable staff made the buying experience absolutely wonderful! I told them the price I needed to get the bike that day from them and they worked with me on it and we were able to make a deal quickly. I had the bike shipped home and when I got it the bike now had a fuel leak from the tank and the battery was no good. I called them and asked them how we can make this right, they told me to bring it to any authorized yahama dealership have them do what they need to and they would take care of me so I did just that. They fixed the leak and gave me a new battery and it's good as new now and they sent me a check for the parts and labor. It really made me feel like they truly cared about their customers! Seeing a picture of a bike that you may like and want to buy after researching some is normal but when the buyer and seller are over 1200 miles apart and a trade is involved the logistical implications greatly increase. When I contacted Todd at EuroCycle though he assured me that we could do "this thing" with little effort on my part. I am paying shipping but when I considered what it would take to drive out there and back it is worth it. They are in contact with people who specialize in handling that part of it too. Except for sending copies of necessary paperwork I have not had to do anything but wait. It does take some time but to be done right I have felt confident all along.

No games were ever played, I never felt pressured on any level. They were up front with what they could do on the price and it was very fair. Finance office visit was quick, all options presented and explained in great detail. When I was ready to ride the bike away, Hollywood took the time to explain all of the bikes features and controls which was very helpful. I would definitely buy here again! The service department however has been a mixed bag. I worked with Jimmy, he was great. Always acted professional, quick to respond to emails and provide quotes. Just what you want in a service advisor. Aprilia requires their bikes to be first serviced at 600 miles. The service indicator lights up on your meter screen and you are forced to go to the dealer to disable it. They charge you 2.25hrs labor to do an oil change, chain lube and clearing the service light. After tax and shop supplies fee this costs over $500. This is an incredibly low value. Yes, the service also "includes" adjusting the chain (mine wasn't adjusted, they claimed it was where it needed to be), checking for codes and ECU updates (no report of any kind regarding this was provided to me after the service), and safety inspection per Aprilia guidelines (again, no report provided, but shouldn't the dealer be making sure the bike is safe after they perform a service anyway?). They also will (without mentioning verbally) charge you for a 4L container of oil, even when the bike only takes 2.3L. I had to point this out and ask if I could keep the leftover clean oil for my next service. On top of everything, when you get your bike back, expect oily handprints to be all over it because they couldn't afford the extra 30 seconds of time it takes to wipe them off. I just expected a lot more for the money. It felt more like a "gotcha" service. I'm not going to knock off a star for the service because the overall sales experience was beyond my expectations. Also because not everyone is going to buy an Aprilia. If you do, be ready for the service.

We've bought at least 4 bikes from RideNow and 1 from Harley previously throughout the years and we will honestly never go back. Just bought a Triumph Street Triple and had a great experience with my salesman, Ben. I am purchasing my motorcycle from out of state so there were some more complicated paperwork hoops to jump through vs an in-person purchase. Nonetheless, Ben cleared up any confusions when they arose. EuroCycle doesn't try to over charge their customers on dealer fees like other dealerships. Personally, I'm only paying the dock fee and shipping on top of msrp. One thing that could use improvement is their finance forms. They are slightly outdated making the paperwork a little more customer un-friendly than necessary. Though to my knowledge this has been something they have been working to improve. In other words I got the same monthly payment which now includes 2 years full warranty, mounted side bags installed & keyed in addition to California sales fees and registration (None of this included in credit union check. Now that was one hell of a great experience. THNKS GUYS, I AM SOLD ON YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, A WONDERFUL EXPEREIENCE. Just one favor, can you guys open a dealership in Southern California?

Tyler Rogers was the sales associate who assisted me at EuroCycle with my purchase of a new MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso. It was a pleasure doing business with him because Tyler is the kind of person who works 'with' you and not 'at' you. When I expressed my interest in that particular bike, he answered my questions and provided me with a demo of that model to use for a test ride. After returning, there was no pressure to buy the bike such as what happens in some car dealerships. Instead, Tyler made sure I was completely satisfied with the bike's features and performance and asked if I had any questions or concerns. From there, I was the one who suggested we move on and draw up a deal including my trade-in bike. Upon my agreeing to purchase, Tyler went over the bike with me in detail and demonstrated the use of some unique features on the bike that I wasn't familiar with. The final paperwork phase went equally as well and I officially became the proud owner!

I haven't bought a bike from Euro but the service I get here has always been great. Johnny is the only tech I let work on my GS. It always runs quieter and smoother after every valve adjustment. He also takes the time to clean up after himself so you would never know the bike has been at the shop even after a major repair where the sub frame needs to come off. Thanks for the great service!

Less then 2 hours later I was out the door with my bike. I had also picked up some parts and the windscreen would not fit in the bags so Robert offered to install the new screen so I can fit the smaller on in the bags to take home. Would have been happy to give Euro Cycle BMW Las Vegas a 5-star review given my experience with their Sales Team, however their Service Department is not up to par. With that, 3 out of 5 at best. I'll start with the Sales Team - Working with John Parsons (Sales) was a great experience. He was a pleasure to work as he went above and beyond in his efforts to help me with all my questions. Following the sale he was a huge help as well, more on that later. David Serrano in the finance department also made for an easy going process. He made sure that I understood all the charges and fees, and took his time working with me and my bank. I thank both of them for their efforts in my sale. Now, the Service Department - I purchased the bike on a promotional deal that came with a set of side panniers which were installed before delivery to me. When I looked at the bike for the first time, the left side pannier had significant scratching on the top lid. As I expressed my dissatisfaction, John P. (Sales) went in back, found another similar pannier and swapped out the lids. Crisis adverted, thanks John! I then proceeded to take the bike for a test ride, the side view mirrors started flopping around as they were not tightened properly. Back to the service department to have those re-tightened. Not that big of a deal, but between that and the pannier lid, it shows their lack of attention to detail and workmanship. After that, the test ride went well and I proceeded to load the bike in the back of my truck and head back to AZ. John P. (Sales) was a huge help with that as well. Made sure we loaded the bike safely and securely. Got the bike home and noticed that one of the power outlet covers had been broken off. This piece is right near the pannier brackets, so I assume this occurred during installation since I've now experienced the carelessness of their service shop mechanics. I tried to contact the Service Department Manager, Blaine Sheffield, but to no avail. I left numerous messages between June through September of 2019 for him but never received a return call. I also contacted John P., who relayed the message asking for him to call (I believe him), but again no call received from Blaine. This is a small piece that is not a major issue, but an issue on a brand new bike nonetheless. Customer care/satisfaction. The lack of attention to detail, workmanship, and management of the Service Department is what has turned me off of Euro Cycle BMW Las Vegas. They off great prices, and their Sales staff is on point, but their Service Department is sub par in my opinion. A simple call back and some resolution to the broken power adapter cap would have avoided a 3 out of 5 star rating.

Just had my BMW in a few months ago for service and I am more than satisfied. Tony got me in quickly and I waited in the showroom. Everyone was helpful as I was just looking at jackets while I waited. When I came to check on how my bike was doing the mechanic just parked it from the test ride. I asked how it was running and he said there was a few adjustments made and it's running great. He also explained about the service done and the next one due. My girlfriend and I rented a Triumph Tiger to tour Death Valley. This was an amazing experience. It was so awesome to be able to pick up a bike and do this trip for such a reasonable price. We wanted the Tiger 800 but they didn't have one so they upgraded us to the 1200 at no additional charge, and with the some bags included we had plenty of storage for an overnight trip. Lash and Toni we're really great to work with. We have zero complaints about the experience and I would love to come back to Vegas and rent from them again for another trip. The bike worked flawlessly, and unfortunately I did drop it once or twice but with the crash protection there was no major damage and with their understanding of these things, there was no issue. Gear selection might leave a little to be desired though, the helmets are ok and they just had jackets to rent. I rented a jacket and actually really liked it, very protective and warm/but vented, great textile touring jacket. They had some full mesh and partial mesh jackets also, but sizing and availability may be limited. Perfect selection for me though, but you may want to double check in advance in case you should bring your own. Really awesome experience, great machine, cool staff, would definitely do this again!

Went in on a whim and fell in love with a 2012 Triumph Tiger 800XC they had just transferred from their Reno store, having ridden a Tiger 800XC before (rented it from Freedom Cycle actually) I told them I wanted it right then and there. Craig, the nicest and most helpful salesman I've ever met, worked out an extremely fair price since it needed it's 24k service and I bought it that night with the 24k service added to the contract. The finance department went smooth and fast, she was an absolute pleasure (sorry I forgot your name!) and they rushed the bike into service so I only had to wait three days to get my bike! The staff here is friendly and well informed, the owner even came out and congratulated me on the purchase, shook my hand and we had a very entertaining discussion about all things Triumph while they whipped up my paperwork in the back. Not the biggest selection on bikes (small showroom) but they have a great used inventory and I will definitely buy my next Triumph here as well!

I rented a bike for a day from these folks just to try it out and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The bike was fantastic but the staff here are top-notch. Tiffany was friendly and professional, made the whole rental side of things a pleasure. Tony seems to wear a lot of hats around the place but he treats these bikes like his children, knows them in and out, and goes out of his way to offer his help and knowledge. And even though I was just renting, the sales staff treated me like I was the only guy in the place and entertained all my questions about the various models in the showroom. Going there is a hit or miss...I've been there and had a great experience but the reason for the 3 stars was my last experience. Went in to look at a HD Low Rider they just got in and they didn't even let me test ride it before going over numbers when I told the sales guy it was ridiculous he said that too many people would come in just for test rides and not buy. I told him I was serious about it but it didn't matter. The rates they offered me without even checking my credit and what they offered on my trade-in was insulting. Same day I went to Harley and bought a brand new Low Rider S where they gave me 25% more for my trade in and I'm paying much less than what Eurocycle wanted me to pay on a pre-owned lower tier bike. Will be on the market for a Royal Einfield soon but Eurocycle will not be the place I'll be buying.

Entire experience with Freedom Cycle and Craig (manager) was, straightforward, efficient, and totally pleasant. Bike was exactly as advertised -- 2013 Bonneville T100 -- and in fantastic shape. Wasn't entirely sure where I wanted to ride, but spoke with Craig for a bit, and based on what I was looking for, he crafted a day trip (roughly 200 miles) through the area that was spot on for me. I forgot my gloves, he loaned me a pair. I was an hour late with my arrival in the morning, he was totally flexible. Picked me up at the hotel, and dropped me at the end of the day. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I unreservedly recommend these guys, and can't wait to come back myself.

I just want to say Ryan was one of the best customer service reps I have experienced in a long time. My friend and I rented tiger 800 adventure bikes and he was sincere and on the ball with everything we asked him. We noticed the bikes were completely serviced and was out of oil but he was sincerely apologetic and fixed the issue with no issues. Eurocycles Las Vegas hands down is the best place in Las Vegas to buy or rent a motorcycle. Back in mid December I bought a bike second hand from them, unfortunately a couple days later the bike started having some mechanical issues and I brought it back to their service department to have it looked at. Their service department took care of everything and ensured that the bike was at 100% before they gave it back to me. Additionally, because it took longer than expected they hooked me up with one of their rental bikes to use while mine was in repair. Went to Eurocycle Las Vegas to test ride a new 2018 Aprilia Touno V4 1100 Factory bike. With a possible trade in of my 2016 Triumph Bonneville T120 also purchased at the same dealer. Long story short. I told them the price I would pay for the bike out the door with my bike as a trade in. I did not want to hassle on a new bike. It was over 100 degrees when I took the bike out for a test ride. I was miserable. I liked the bike but was not sure if the heat was affecting my judgement. I had my bike towed out of the Mojave to LV due to a non-starting issue. The manager, Tony, stayed an hour after closing to allow me secure my bike for service the next morning. He then gave me a ride to a local hotel and made sure that I had a room before departing to his own affairs. In Australia, we're used to really poor service from motorcycle dealers. I mean really really poor. So I wasn't expecting much when I contacted Freedom Cycle Las Vegas to hire a couple of Triumph Tiger 800s to ride around Lake Mead. What I received was service that I would be delighted to receive from any company, anywhere. Kristina was great with communication (I booked over the internet), Craig & Mark were super-friendly when we arrived, the bikes were new and absolutely faultless, full of fuel and ready to go. We received a full walk-through of the bikes after trying on the brand new helmets and jackets we hired, and set off with the maps and comprehensive directions that Freedom Cycle helpfully provided us free of charge. Because the booking process had a couple of VERY minor issues that delayed our departure (not enough to bother us), they offered to give us the bikes overnight for no extra charge. When we returned from our ride, they greeted us like old friends, gave us cold water, then owner Mark Yuill drove us back to our hotel in his own car!! What? How long has this been going on!? We were that impressed, we told our concierge that they should be referring hotel guests to Freedom Cycle. If you have half a brain, you'll bypass the Harley hire places (*yawn*), and get yourself onto a real bike (Triumph), from Freedom Cycles - they really are the best. It is literally like borrowing a bike from your mate. I'll definitely be back - thanks guys!

Rented 3 bikes for 2 days. Getting the bikes was quick and the manager took the time to explain all the buttons on each bike (the start button and the home button for the the on board computer were both included!). One bike had a flat tire during the trip and the bike was replaced asap without hassle (full insurance was purchased from Euro Cycle). Bikes were in good condition (one had less than 2K miles!). Only complaint was no pickup / dropoff service and cab to / from strip was a little pricy.

Amazing. I bought my Triumph Rocket III Roadster there in 2017. I just had to go in for service due to a defective battery. Batteries are generally not covered under warranty by any dealer. I spoke with service manager Tito about this and he had his technician Alam take a look. My battery was turning the bike over slowly and had failed to start the bike the week before. The battery passed the test on their machine but, Alam wasn't satisfied and didn't feel right leaving a customer with an excuse instead of fixing the problem. Alam and Tito decided to replace the battery at no charge and now the bike turns over as it should. This is the 3rd service in the last year and a half with this dealer and each time I came in, they dropped what they were doing and got me in right away, with great results.

I rented their Triumph 1200 Explorer for a day trip from Vegas to the Grand Canyon and back (552 miles/894 km). The bike was in impeccable condition, tire pressure was spot on, etc. The rental agreement was very transparent and the jacket and helmet I rented were in good condition. I forgot to bring my gloves so they sold me a pair of gloves at their cost which was a nice gesture as they don't rent gloves. When I delivered the bike Tiffany gave it a look over, checked the mileage, etc. and my damage deposit was refunded on the spot which was appreciated. Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to renting from them again with a buddy next year. FYI to anyone renting the Explorer 1200. The only crappy thing about the bike is the windscreen as the buffeting over 60mph (100kmh) is brutal and the helmet was very noisy as well. When I crossed into Arizona the speed limit is 75mph (120kmh) so I ended up settling into a routine of putting the bike on cruise control, folding my arm across the tank and resting my chin on my elbow while steering with one arm. The roads are mostly straight or with long gentle turns so no concerns unless something were to cross your path. It goes without saying you need to maintain your wits when on a bike. Bottom line is I loved the bike, the motor is a torque-laden beast and all it needs is a better windscreen.

Smoked my rear tire blasting through Death Valley, they hooked me up with some new Michelin’s, accommodating me when other shops I called wouldn’t. Probably would still be limping around town with cords showing if it wasn’t for them.

Rode the bike home and on day 3 the battery tanked after paying for a pricey service inspection before I bought it. (Hello battery test?) $100 bill for a new one. Also software updates had to be done a week later as it seems the $600 service doesn’t include that?!? No response from them as of yet. They have stopped responding to my emails. Draw your own conclusions. January 2019. 2nd key finally arrived! Kudos for the extra effort that took. Now I’m just out the $100 for a replacement battery on the trip home. They won’t accept my visa bill as proof. Odd...I trusted them when I bought it.

Rented the Triumph triple R and drove it for a day to the Valley of Fire! Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful on the itinerary and information. Very affordable rental and bike in great condition. Had a wonderful experience! Would rent again!

Great place to work with I have a 2015 k 1600 bike had to be towed in while on a trip, the fuel pump failed an I had to leave the bike there for three weeks, due to circumstances, when I came to get the bike it was ready and my gear was with the bike, they offered to deliver to me 400 miles and I chose to pickup the bike. Pretty good People here Kevin is a great guy
