how can you not rent it? went in and Sean? (rentals manager) made sure we were taken care of. he explained that we could pay 300 for the day for bikes or for 360 we could rent bikes all year long (4-12 times depends on which bike u get). HOW COULD U NOT SIGN UP. not only did he educate us on the rentals but he made sure we got the same bikes we had at home. even though he really didnt have to he trusted us to get them back before teh store opened. when i tell you this is what customer service is supposed to be im cant emphazise how grateful we were. now im planning my next vacation cause i have a year worth of motorycling to do now. WILL BE BACK YOU NEED TO STOP IN!!!!!!! oh and he made sure to put us on an incredible route (out of vegas to hoover/lake mead then through the statepark on a private road to valley of fire national park, leave the park and 30 min back to vegas, pics dont do it justice.) SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY EVERYTIME

Great service from the guys at Eaglerider at Las Vegas Harley Davidson. The bike I reserved was ready on time, and in perfect working condition. The sign in process was quick, and they even included a helmet. They gave me great advice on my route, and even recommended an area to ride that I had not thought of. What an awesome ride up to Red Rocks Canyon, up through Valley of Fire, and down to Hoover Dam. Made it all in one day. I will definitely rent again from them next time in Vegas. It was also a great way to test ride a different model from the one I own.

I spent a week in Vegas and the street 500 was the best money I spent for the entire trip. I had so much fun I don't even know where to begin. The bike rode so great I am seriously considering buying one soon. I can't imagine not doing this on any vacation I ever take again. I turned in my bike at the last possible minute because I didn't want to get off it.

I rented a Harley from Eaglerider. The website booking, online check-in and walk-through is all super good. When you arrive you can borrow a free helmet and they have free luggage storage. Earlier I also booked a guided tour with Eaglerider which I just as well orchestrated as the self drive options.

I reserved a Harley from Eagle Rider in Las Vegas. When we got there a young lady behind, LeAnn, the counter helped us with the rental. She explained all the details and asked if we had any questions. Since she explained everything I did not. She got us on our way very quickly. She directed us into the back of the building where our Harley was ready and waiting for us. The mechanics went over every function on the bike and sent us on our way. When we returned a week later I got the same service from her. So next time your in Las Vegas and rent a bike from Eagle Rider ask for LeAnn. You will have a great experience. We did.

Great experience! Beautiful Nevada, California and Arizona landscape. The two days were ideal for riding and we had blast! The only issue we had was not having GPS on the bike. I guess in actuality not really a horrible issue to have, however, it’s a feature they should offer. The EagleRider person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the local attractions. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have fun off the beaten path.

Excellent service from pick up to drop off. It was my 1st time taking out a Harley-Davidson so having knowledgable staff at hand to help out was very helpful. A full hand over and explanation of the bike was given and everything was in fantastic condition including the helmets and help planning my route was also appreciated. Will definitely be back again.

We rented 4 bikes for ten days @ Las Vegas Harley , for the most case we didn't have any problems, one bike the check engine light was on for two days , we had a knock in two other's engine when starting in the morning for the 1st time. I did get a flat tire , had to pay $494.00 for the tire and $140.00 for the tow . I didn't get the extra insurance due to the additional cost, so Eaglerider got a brand new tire on a bike that needed a rear tire already , no credit for me for the betterment to them when I asked , they just said no , I didn't purchase the insurance so I was on my own. A little consideration would have been nice seeing that we rented 4 bikes for ten days.

Rants From The Road

An extremely helpful staff that outfitted me with a helmet and jacket (all included). Incredibly scenic routes mapped out and of course the fully equipped Harley-Davidson Street Glide. EagleRider made the day on the bike the best day of my vacation. I’ve rented from them before and will definitely rent from them again.

I had a strange knocking noise I was nervous about restarting it so I took it there on my bike trailer Kevin came right out turned it over new exactly what it was give me a quote and picked it up a week later 200 bucks less than I was quoted Kevin really knows what he's doing you think he used to be a mechanic or something thanks Kevin

Waited 15 minutes in line at rental counter on returning bike only to find out that wasn’t necessary. No signs indicating this anywhere in rental entrance or lobby. Just a heads up for first timers. Everything else was great and very nice customer service.

Rental of 2 motorcycles for the day, my colleague punctured his rear wheel after 1 hour of driving, fortunately for us, we were in a small town, but without a tire repairer. On our first call, the assistance did not trigger anything. The assistance worked after many explanations at the Harley dealership. (Original) Quelle aventure!! Location de 2 motos pour la journée, mon collègue crève sa roue arrière après 1h de route, heureusement pour nous , nous étions dans une petite ville, mais sans réparateur de pneus .
