Reviews of Cycle Gear
Evan Jacobs
I’m basically brand new to riding and needed to get a few pieces of gear to start. Went here today and met Ryan who is super friendly and knowledgeable about pretty much everything in the store. He helped me find the right helmet and gloves. And I am one of those people that ask a lot of questions…but Ryan is awesome and gave me great info and advice on everything. I will 100% be coming back here to get some apparel and a few other things. Great store and great people!

Doug was our sales associate and he made this shopping experience easy. He was super knowledgeable and asked me the right questions to narrow my search. We were so happy with his service that we joined the RPM program and are looking forward to return for more accessories!

When I entered the store, I was greeted immediately with a friendly welcome, I like that! Doug, took his time to help me and give me the information I needed to order the amount of coolant I needed for my Harley Vrod muscle! He was wearing a Santa hat which I thought was very festive! The store was clean and organized! My experience in the store, for my first time, was A-1! Keep up the good work Doug!

The manager of the sunset location Greg really helped this weekend warrior.
I have 30 years of riding experience and about zero tooling, on motorcycle 🏍️ plenty on cars.
Greg answered my multiple questions patiently and knowledgeably even though it was Labor Day weekend or the Friday starting the weekend and they were busy. Great job and great looking store with everything a motorcycle guy could want or need.
Thank you Greg and of course Cycle Gear!

I was greeted as I entered the door which is always nice. I was asked if I needed help, which I did and that made the transaction so a lot faster and smoother. I highly recommend to purchase the rewards program because it’s going to save you a lot if you’re planning on making many future purchases in-store or online.

Amazing customer service, Mason was great! As a new rider he answered all of my questions and recommended the best gear for my riding level. I will definitely be coming back here for all my motorcycle gear needs.

excellent customer service. Doug and Greg clearly have a passion for the culture. They took the time to give every little detail attention and left the door open and welcome for me. There service is above and beyond sets the par for hospitality.

Cycle Gear never ceases to fail to give top tier quality customer service. As soon as you walk in they give the utmost respect to all customer. Greg from Cycle Gear Henderson does not simply treat everyone who walks in as a customer, but rather as a guest in his own home who he is willing to share the craft of motorcycles with.
