I came here looking for my very first bike today was immediately greeted and helped by Reese and showed me the bike I was interested in (Ninja 400). So came along Dylion who showed me another which had more to it and was there to help answer my questions he was also the one who was patient and cool throughout the whole process of buying, signing etc. All the staff in that building were super friendly and cool. The owner of the building Moshiko went above and beyond with his customer service and thanks to him I have my bike here home the same day after some confusion from our bank.

Just bought my first bike (yamaha VStar 650 custom) from BBV Powersports. Highly highly highly recommend this shop! I have done a TON of research before heading out to buy my first bike after getting my M endorsement, but Eric and the crew down at BBV walked me through a few various options that would work for me. They made the process super fun and easy and they found me a great bike for my budget, style and riding preferences. Being new to the world of motorcycling, I admit I was a little intimidated about this process... but Eric quickly put me at ease. BBV is a 'mom & pop' shop. No pushy sales people stalking you for commission. Eric and the crew at BBV really wanted me to find the right bike FOR ME and not just push something off the showroom floor they needed to move. I sat on probably 5 different bikes before I found the ONE, got all my questions answered and met some great people at the shop..actually going riding with some of the shop guys this weekend with other 'newbie' riders...name another shop that extends that far to make sure your riding experience is all it can be?!?! In short, the guys at BBV made this process a breeze and they gained a customer for life. Can't recommend BBV enough. Whether you're a seasoned vet looking for a new ride or just a shop for maintenance or a newbie like me, you'll find what you're looking for at BBV. For sure give em a look!

We came here on the recommendation of a Facebook marketplace ad , when we arrived we learned that the bike we wanted had been sold..... NO WORRIES! Every single bike here is desirable and FAIRLY PRICED! China -the best sales rep I've ever dealt with- went above and beyond to work with the finances we have available. We arrived at 10am on a Saturday, broke for an hour to eat lunch and will be riding out at 4pm on our '09 Harley Soft Tail!!! I didn't even realize how much time has passed until just now! China is engaging, attentive and definitely the least slimy of any vehicle salesperson I've met. She explored every avenue, considered every option and against all odds, got us onto the two wheels we have been missing. If you're in possession of extra funds, if you have a passion for putting your knees in the breeze, if you like hanging out and not feeling pressured on anything - come here for a bike. Victory, Triumph, Indian, Honda and our favorite: Harley Davidson ; they have representatives of all the best. Can you tell I'm ecstatic??!

Great selection of used bikes! Incredible staff Eric Jacobsen was awesome! He took his time showing us around the shop, showing us available after market parts and offered to help us customize the the 2016 Victory Vegas 8 Ball that we picked up for a smok'n price! With hundreds of thousands in sales ourselves, we are not easily impressed. However... We were very impressed with Eric and his staff! We didn't feel rushed or hustled whatsoever. We were pleasantly surprised and have plans to do lots of businesses with Eric starting with the purchase a UTV and Waverunners when the weather heats back up. Great experience at BBV buying THE first Ural Gear-Up 2WD! Chris Robinson was an excellent sales rep, not pushy, but knowledgeable and accommodating. He arranged a demo ride on the Ural side-car rig with a minimum of fuss, and made the sales transaction go smoothly. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of BBV, Eric, and he was quite helpful as well. One gets the impression they are a growing local shop in good hands. Dan the tech rep was also quite helpful, and gave me a through orientation to Ural. Highly recommend BBV, just a bit hard to navigate to after you see it from the freeway!

Have to say, BBV Powersports is the way to go. Low credit or no credit at all? No problem. Get yourself a bike with easy financing and insurance and you'll be riding into the daylight. Just purchased the 06 Kawasaki Ninja ZX1400 and I couldn't be happier. What a great experience! I went in to BBV to look at what sport bikes they had for sale, and my dad wanted to see if they had any parts for his Harley. We were on a 32 day / 7000 mile motorcycle trip from Ohio. We had followed Route 66 west from Chicago to the Santa Monica Pier and were heading east to visit various National Parks. As we rode into Las Vegas, I started hearing a noise in the drivetrain on our Honda Goldwing. After doing some gear changing, I was convinced that it was my rear universal joint. Our schedule was extremely tight because we had made hotel reservations for every night on this trip plus, due to the Covid-19, we also had to have reservations to enter the National Parks on certain days. It was IMPERATIVE that we get this bike fixed VERY QUICKLY!!! I immediately got on the phone and called several local bike shops. Nobody was willing to fit us into their schedule. The local Honda Dealer told me that they could look at it in four days!!!! I found BBV Powersports on Google Maps and gave them a call. I explained my situation and they said bring it in and they would look at it... they assured me that they would do everything possible to get the bike fixed as quickly as possible. We arrived there about noon. They IMMEDIATELY looked at the bike, confirmed that it was my rear universal joint, found a replacement part, sent someone to get the new part while they removed the old one. Within 4 hours of talking to them on the phone.... we were leaving with a perfectly repaired motorcycle thus allowing us to stay on our itinerary schedule. The total bill was extremely reasonable as well. When no other shop in the Las Vegas area was wiling to help us, BBV Powersports stepped up and saved us. I would give BBV Powersports a 10 for their willingness to help, workmanship and their pricing!!!!!

...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE...I bought a motorcycle from bbv the first few days I had the bike it left me on the side of the road 4 different times so I take the bike back and tell them that I don't want this bike wanted a different bike but the owner tells me oh just give it a chance. So I did and less than 1000 miles later the bike has malfunctioned again ! So I called them and again say I don't want this bike and they tell me well its been over 30 days so I'm pretty much screwed so now I'm stuck with a broken motorcycle which was my only transportation so I hope nobody makes the same mistake as me and do business with these people also bbv means below book vehicles and when I was in their store I looked up all the bikes I liked and all were priced way over book value ..kinda shady ...kinda greedy

These guys were not just the best price in town but just really went out of there way to give me a great experience. I ride a Honda CTX 700 . My rear tire blew out yesterday. I called at first Motercycle tire center , Powerride sports and two others places because they were closer to me , before calling these guys . the other places qouted me at least 75 dollars more and couldn't promise to help before they closed. which meant i would have to wait till Tuesday. My bike is my only means of transportation. So I called BBV they were so nice and understanding. They said you get it here and they will do it, So i made it right before they close and they rushed around to help and everyone working made me feel so welcome. While i was waiting the people in the office. Showed me around. Answered questions and just very friendly. Seriously like family friendly. After they were done they even cleaned my whole bike. Made it look brand new and put some Gas in it for me because it was low for no charge. I just really enjoyed the whole experience. Ive never walked into a place where the people were so nice and helpful. And not to try to sell or make money but just because they were good people... Almost making me look forward to the next time my bike breaks down. Despite the fact that this place is completely on the other side of town, 30 minutes from my house if traffic is clear. .. I will come here every time i need something for my bike.

So I have an 85 Honda Shadow and most companies denied me service but when I found these guys there was no hesitation they took her in and checked her top to bottom and showed me how to change some of the fluids myself. had my Harley in to 3 different shops for the same issue. spent well over 1200.00 on unnecessary repairs only to have the same issue continue to arise. brought the bike to BBV and within 5 minutes the bike had the correct diagnosis ended up being the fuel pump that 3 other shops checked. they worked with my esp warrenty and got the bike fixed in a timely manner. Had my motorcycle serviced by these guys and I was thoroughly pleased with the service and ultimate result. They know what they are doing and don’t play usual shop games. I hadn’t had a proper service in more than 3 years and 5000 miles and I wasn in and out for less than $500. And there were fork seals to replace so it wasn’t just an oil and wipe down. I haven’t had a horn or turn signals in YEARS! My one complaint is they put a stupid mirror on my ride.

I was traveling to Vegas from Alberta Canda, while in route to Vegas I had a front fork seal failure on my 2017 VStrom 650DL....I attempted to have my bike repaired at a number of shops along the way with no success. I was concerned I was not going to have any success in having my bike repaired. I arrived in Vegas after stops every 100miles along the way to wipe off the leaking oil.... I Called BBV with little hope as everyone I had spoken to priviously had shown little to no interest in assisting me with this repair. I spoke with Justin, explained my circumstances and he was immediately enthusiastic to help.... he and his team were welcoming, knowledgeable and honest about all aspects of the repair. BBV staff went out of their way to repair my bike in a expediated manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my fellow bikers. I was also happy with the responsible cost of the repair! When my bike was returned it was operating in perfect order and had revived a good cleaning at no extra cost! This is what customer service and quality work is all about! BBV Staff, congrats! Hands down the best place for motorcycle service in Vegas. Very reasonable prices. And the customer service is top notch. Anytime during the service if something needs to be done, if it wasn’t part of the original quote they will call before they do anything to get approval, even for the little things. During the service they do an inspection and will tell you things they notice are worn or need to be replaced, but don’t pressure or upsell like other places do. Jony and Dustin told me that they could get me on the bike that I wanted. It won't be a problem they told me. But I got denied after waiting for nearly 2 days because eventhough I make more than enough the buy it, the bank denied me because half of my income is from going to the school with the GI Bill. They can't accept the GI Bill BAH as income. Eventhough it is.....then I was asked if I could use a cosigner. My dad gladly volunteered to cosign for me. They told me I need to prove an extra 1500$ in income from my cosigner. My dad makes well over that with his income and i still got denied for some reason. Then they offered to do in house financing but I would need to cough up a total of 3800 for a down payment. That's over half of what you're asking for the bike itself which is only 6k. So much for the "Support our troops" banner in the showroom. I'm definitely not pleased right now with BBV Powersports. I know this isn't Dustin's or Jony's faults. If what they told me was true then they "did their best". However I feel they could have done more.

Well first off if you noticed I'm in south Dakota but good deal news travels far I guess. I told a friend I wanted a couple quads for the black hills and he sujested that I try BBV coming from that area. Good thing I listened. My first encounter was on the phone with Eric. Finally a sales professional who listens to my needs and didn't just try to cram a deal down my throat. So yeah after calculating the cost of a one way airfare and the rental of a truck and uhaul I still saved over $2700.00 from my local market. So much so I put that money into a cruiser that my wife wasn't expecting might I add. All and all if you need a quality off road trail killer or even a sport bike to blast down the highway I know of one place. First the bike will have been gone thru completely at the shop, second, Eric Jacobsen will take care of you.... compleatly. I just sent a friend to him who is starting a trail guide atv ride thru the hills and he said like me he is going with BBV. If your a local ot must be a no brainer cause if a hick from SD can save a bundle i know you will too.
