1) This place doesn't sell Yamaha motorcycles...which I didn't know before calling them yesterday...but, they were the closest place to me, so thought I'd give them a shot. 2) My Yamaha FJ-09 needed three parts. In calling them, they didn't have any of them (in calling them, and finding out they don't sell Yamaha, I instantly realized such was a distinct possibility)...but, Tim suggested I bring in duplicates of the parts I needed, and they'd try to help me. 3) I partially disabled my bike, to get copies of the parts I needed, and brought them in. Why do I point these three things out before anything else? Because the customer service at ATV Cycle Sports is excellent, as evidenced before I even arrived. Most other places would have either just wanted me to order the parts, or would have told me to check someplace else. Before I continue, I apologize for not remembering the name of the person who helped me (Tim was with another customer when I arrived)...but, I have to say, he went "above & beyond" in trying to help me. In the end, it turned out they actually did have one of the parts. To start with the first part - a bolt to hold a cowling piece to the gas tank - it turned out, another customer had ordered the same bolt, but never picked it up. As such, it became "unaccounted for store inventory"...that person's loss, my gain. As for the other two parts, not only were identical parts (from other 'manufacturers') found...but, one of them was of an even better, easier-to-use, design than Yamaha's version. So, I bought two of them - one for the one that was needed, and the other to replace the other one (which is, technically, still 'good'). It may have taken longer to figure out what would 'work' (since most of the parts aren't Yamaha)...but, this crew was more than willing to take the time to help find alternative parts. Now, THAT'S what I call "excellent customer service". In a time where most have not only lost the ability, and others don't even seem to know what the words mean, it's a HUGE 'plus' to not only find a place that knows/understands what customer service is all about, but also puts it into practice in the best possible way. Thank you, again...now, I can finally ride. 🤙🏼

Great service! I called motorcycle tire center to install tires on my kids crf50 dirtbike..they gave me some story of why they couldn't put them on. I had the new tires and tubes ready to go. I called ATV Cycle Sports and they said yeah bring them down...should take about 40 minutes. They were literally done in 40 min. That was my first time doing business with ATV Cycle. Thank you!

Went by to get a VIN inspection done for my dirt bikes. They didn't make any money off of the visit but they were still super friendly and helpful. If I were looking for an ATV/SxS I'd definitely come back based on that experience.

These guys rock...known all these guys since they opened. Have bought multiple bikes and parts with great service. The service department is the best I know of and very knowledgeable on all types of toys. Just bought a side by side from them and that experience went very easy

Went riding with Steve out of this shop with a bunch of guys on a bachelor party. A little pricey but let me tell you I will never forget the day we had. Awesome riding, decent rental bikes and an great time. He charged us for a flat tire which I think was dumb but what ever... The shop is quite impressive.

Changing my review to a 5 star I got a call by the owner Mike from ATV cycle and he apologized for the bad experience that I had, and was gracious enough to refund me with a credit store which made me really happy . came back a couple of days after to redeem my credit store and was treated really nice and friendly. I am definitely coming back for every single part I need. Thank you very much to everyone at atv cycle.

I was needing a certain kind wheel for my YXZ that I was looking for that had been discontinued, I found ATV Cycle Sports on web and they had the wheels in stock, Great customer service and they went out of their way to box them up and ship them to me in Louisiana! Wow, what can I say that hasn't already been said, Steve and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and will take that extra step to satisfy their customers. The go to place in Clark County for all your ATV needs and wants. Steve stand's behind his products, but if you are in a big hurry you may not be happy, he believes in QUALITY not quantity and expediency. If you haven't visited his shop, you are missing it.

Great honest guys. I have bought many things for my yfz 450 there. Never at any point did I feel like I was being pressured or sold on something I didn't need. In fact there were upgrades I asked about and was told I didn't need those upgrades yet as I am a newcomer to this sport and the yfz 450 is plenty fast in its stock form. That really surprised me. I use to sell cars for a living. So that blew my mind. Because all salesman know you always want to up sell and they didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance. Instead they educated me about my bike for quite a while and continue to do so every time I step in. Thanks for having integrity and the willingness to share your immense amounts of knowledge.

ATV cycle is second to none!!! This is the Must Go To Shop for atv's in town! Steve is not youre regular Dealership owner or should i say "Stealership". He is truely passionate about his business, he's not just about the money. Everything is very affordable and reasonably priced. He is honest and gives all his customers the best service.
