Purchased two KTM exc-f bikes at one time, one for me and one for my wife....buying was a good experience and seemed knowledgeable about the bikes. We were told about their service package deal...drop the bike off and get it back in 3 days for service. All i have ever gotten was either they are a month out scheduling or if i mention the service contract i get attitude like its a huge inconvenience on them to deal with. I strongly suggest not buying the service package!!!

It was genuinely the most enjoyable dealership experience I’ve ever had. Wayne, the finance dude (if that’s not his official job title, change it ASAP) was also pretty rad. He made the transaction fast, and had very clear answers to any questions I had. He also didn’t try to push additional warranty sales or some of the other things that other dealerships do. I was made aware of my warranty options, but in no way pressured. That was refreshing.

I've purchased 8 bikes from this place since 2015. Honda fury, Indian bobber, Honda Grom, indian FTR, Honda rebel, kayo 90cc (2) kayo 230. All have done great. The sales team has always treated me well, Jamie Bary (JB) has sold me 5 of the 8 bikes she always follows up and kept up to date through the sales and months after making sure everything has went smoothly and that me and my family are enjoying these bikes. Service department is top notch as well. Any maintenance was in and out. Great place, great service.

Great place for parts and service .However I wouldn’t buy a bike here unless you plan on paying in full . They will tell you they will get you approved and very well may but not before hitting your credit with a hard inquiry causing a serious drop in your score . Avoid the sales team and you’ll be fine .

I went back probably three times and bought other stuff for my cycle, even though I'm a mess. They just put up with me and treating me just really well I give him a five-star, for everything they had in the store and how they are. But for putting up with me and I'm serious, I laugh about it but I honestly give them 100% more way more than five stars for putting up with me. They're well worth going back to. Went to look at a bike that was online "in inventory " when we arrived we were told it was not unpacked and was still in a crate. The only way it would be assembled is if we bought it before seeing it. This was comical to me since there were 4 associates in the building sitting in chairs on their cell phones. Only one sales lady approached us and asked if we needed help. We ended up buying a bunch of gear, and I was hoping the customer service would be better than it was a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, during checkout they act like it's an inconvenience to take your money to buy things, they don't engage with you and just keep talking amongst themselves. Very disappointed in this location. Hillview location is much better.

Eric Hall in the parts department has a business card that says he is a parts specialist. He is that and more. I as a customer am a pain in the rear end and yet he takes care of me no matter what questions I ask or what parts I need for my Honda street bike or my KTM dirt bike. Honestly if it were possible I would give this place 6 stars! It was so awesome to go in and see all the great things they have. Everyone was so friendly. Jamie got us started on a bike and as they were doing our credit check I got to meet Dreama. Shes awesome! We were talking about current events going on in the world and I told her about my mask causing my glasses to fog up and she gave me the perfect anti fog spray that I now use all the time!! She definitely helped me out on that one ! Such a great person. And Jamie is a great salesman. I love walking in there. I get treated with so much respect. I love it.

I stopped by CC Powersports in Clarksville today to find a replacement visor for my motorcycle helmet. I was quickly greeted at the Parts area, told the salesman what I was looking for, and he took a few minutes to find me many different types of visors to fit my helmet. Quick buy and I am done. But I couldn’t stop there. I was allowed free reign to check out their awesome assortment of new motorcycles unhandled. I have my eye on one and may be able to purchase in the Spring. Overall I very good shopping experience!

The only reason this business is getting 5 stars is because of two women who went out of their way to help. JB sold me my bike back in February and worked everything with me! Outstanding and knowledgeable. I was in a motorcycle accident about a month ago where I had been ran off the road and have been asking for help with the refund of the paid warranties to get to the lien holder. Called today as a follow up and Wayne was the one I needed to speak with. He was absolutely rude and seemed to care less what I needed because he had customers there to make money off of. Asked one questing before being responded to with “hey everyone just stop and take a breathe this stuff doesn’t happen on a dime. And I wouldn’t be talking to you anyway it would go straight to the credit union” (which I had on the line with me because they hadn’t heard anything either). Finally he just sent us to Mrs. Jackie who was way more pleasing to talk with and actually seemed to care about what was going on. So to these two ladies I absolutely applaud you for being amazing at what you do. And I recommend anyone to them. And I recommend nobody deal with Wayne unless all you care about is him taking your money and you leaving. I get it he is in sales/retail and wants to make money but it should be about more than that. 5 stars for a beautiful collection of bikes and ATVs and for the amazing women who were helpful. So yes I do recommend them just not him.

service took 10 days to get a return call. took 9 days to get a 10k service completed I understand the parts availability and I understand the high volume of desired services but anyone could have seen this coming back in April that's why I allowed a week or more they were not well prepared . What bothers me most is I purchased service agreement which was costly with a stated 72 hours response time at only this dealership - disappointed is not the word but I am stuck with them until contract expires unless I want to pay a second time for the service and take it somewhere else or do it myself. Hindsight is 20 20 if I had to do all over I would not purchase any service agreement with them and I would have researched their service department before purchasing because buying is the easy part they all want your money but maintenance is the expensive and time consuming part and once you paid for it you are no longer important and just another statistic so advice dont pay for anything with CC until you have it especially a service agreement. rated 3 because sales staff for Indian are pretty good and 1st service only took 4 hours even with an appt.

The parts rep, Cat, might be one of the best I've ever experienced in customer service. She's become more of a friend now rather than just an employee that I see at the store. Great company to buy parts from online. I had the wrong part shipped to me, I drove it back to their store as I live 20 minutes from them. The next day they called me, telling me they now have in the correct part and they would gladly stay after hours so I could get it. I do not know what is the deal with everyone on here but C&C is very respectful and honorable. My profession is online reputation and marketing and I feel that the comments on here did not need to be put online. I feel that everything on here could have been fixed in house if you all would have called or emailed them... I recommend calling as they take a long time to answer emails. Everyone needs to understand that Reviews will KILL a companies reputation. There are many factors to reviews that people do not take into effect, one is, the person might just be having a bad day and wants to vent their feelings. Instead of calling and yelling or cursing out the person on the other line, they try to vent online for everyone to see. Its sad that Google's screening is not a little bit tighter on the plain to see slander on this page.

I was a little skeptical when I first arrived to the store because my sales guy was distracted with family visitors who didn't seem to care that I was a customer and they should keep their personal life outside of work and keep business business. HOWEVER..... my sales guy had them leave and we continued to talk about the bike I wanted to purchase. I was ABOUT to walk out but he wasn't distracted when he realized I was serious about buying a bike that day. He took my bike right away to get inspection done and was really fast and made the process easy. Jose the manager was really cool and walked me through the sale process pretty quick and painless! I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for feeling like an unwanted customer when I first arrived by having my sales guys wife there distracting him from focusing on the customer and sitting in my seat at his desk, then giving me dirty looks when he told her she had to leave. They never walk by without asking if they can help in any way. Very knowledgeable. Lots of side by sides and UTV's sitting outside to look at. The showroom is full of Motorcross, street and cruiser bikes. Plus slingshots and 4 wheelers. Lots of accessories also. Like shirts and pads and helmets galore. You can and will find something you want and I won't be held responsible for it....I warned you :) There's a service and parts department too. They do motorcycle course style training too for newbies.

I live 2 hours drive from this place or any other Yamaha PWC dealer. I called 3 times to get pricing, and was always told I would get a return call, but I did not. After several days of trying to call for pricing, I reached Matt who gave me a price that was way over MSRP. It did include sales tax. However it was much much higher than I was quoted at another dealer while on vacation, and the other dealer was including the trailer and a cover, but I would have to add sales tax on. I asked if CC Powersports would be winning to match another dealer quoted price that I had in writing. They said they would get back with me, but did not. I decided to drive over to see the unit. I got there and was shown some similar units, but the one I asked about was still in a crate, so I could not see it. I once again asked about meeting the price quote I had in writing, and they said no. They basically just take MSRP and add their standard fees (Freight, setup, Doc fee) and sales tax on, and that was that. So I left and was going to think it over. I decided I wanted to buy, and I called back to offer $300 less than they were asking, which was still far more than quoted by another dealer that was a 10 hours drive away. I already had a trailer and I knew I would have travel costs to get the other one, and the time, so I thought it would be worth paying a little more for only a 2 hours drive each way. They said they would call me back. I called 2 more times over 2 days and never got an answer on if they could accept my offer, so I went and bought else where. I ended up driving 4 hours to a dealer that had a unit in stock and was willing to do all the paperwork and pricing over the phone. CC Powersports is a nice clean dealer overall with lots of inventory to see, and accessories etc... But they are not very responsive, and not willing to negotiate.

CC Powersports or Clarksville IN has made the ownership of my 2016 Indian Roadmaster a very positive experience. I have nothing but positive things to say from the sales, service and showroom. All of the staff is extremely helpfully any time you are there. My last three motorcycles have been Harley's. I have had issues with the bike, the dealer and Harley warranty . They would not fix the issues straight from the factory . I have never had those issues with CC Powersports. I had to have bypass surgery and was laid up for a couple of months. They came to my house a 100 miles away picked up my bike in order to finish ithe installation of some parts I ordered and do a routine service. They even returned the bike. They also called me three times during my recover just to check and see how I was doing. Very impressed. Gary in sales for Indian is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful when every you are in the store. Cat (Catherine) who does sales for clothing and store accessories goes out of her way to make sure you are helped and satisfied with you Indian experience. John in service has been fantastic to work with. I have had no issues with any of my service or adding of accessories. John was the person that saw my bike was picked up and returned while recovering. Everytime I have gone into the Indian store I have been greeted by Gary and Cat. If they see you anyone that you have had contact with during your purchase or service in the store will speak to you. They have you sign a paper when you purchase your Indian that says we owe you nothing but good service. From my experience they truly mean that. I personally at this point in my ownership of my Indian am completely satisfied with CC Powersports and staff of Clarksville IN and Indian. I would recommend both to anyone.

Initially, I had some issues with CC. Mostly because they were not very friendly when I showed up early and asked for a contact for service. Then, when I was trying to make a deal I was offered a bike above the sales price initially. Secondly, when they tried to make it right by making an offer on another bike saying they were making a deal just for me, trying hard to earn my business, but it was the same deal I could get both on line, or at their other location off the Brooks Road exit. I decided to talk eye to eye with the salesman and let him know we were not able to make a deal on the sport bike. To come clean I told him I was looking for a sport bike because I was not able to look at a "gandpa bike" by my co pilot. Before leaving, my lady and I went over to the Indian side of CC. There we had an entirely different experience. We were greeted by a volunteer vet who knew the bikes and their history. He was excellent. Before we knew it, we were checking out a new Indian Road Master. They allowed us to take a demo ride and we were hooked. But, they didn't have a paint scheme we thought was perfect. So, they told us they had an Ivory over Black just un-crated but not prepped. It was gorgeous. We signed a deal for this bike. But, the approach by the salesman was such that we were ok to no haggle the bike. That, plus they give a vets, like me, a discount and 10% off equipment. This was not offered on the import side. Or, "I'd have to see if they are offering the Vet discount". The way I see it, either you support vets consistently, or you do not. We are looking forward to working with Cat on extras over the years. I'm happy with the outcome. I may have wrapped up a deal on a new FZ10 if the deal plus vet discount was offered. Now we have something that my lady and I have both test driven and we know we can take on long rides, no problem. No, I didn't trade in my Fat Boy. I give 4 stars because the original deals offered, were not really anything special. Vets were more appreciated on the Indian side, which means more to me than the price. CC Should have given the same consideration on both sides of the wall and if they say something is a special deal, it better be something that you cannot get at their other location.

I talked to a salesman named Matt and he walked me around their various models pointing out some of their unique features and models. The RUN has about 400 bikes riding in tight formation and I did not want to risk a tire failure in such a situation. I was at CC Powersports waiting when they opened their doors, and after explaining my rather urgent situation, they took my bike right in and started working on it. Not long after I was on back on the road with a new set of tires, and was able to meet back up with the group by the same evening and therefore I can complete the mission. While I was waiting for the tire service, the friendly staff engaged me in great conversation, plied me with all the free coffee I could drink, and just generally made me feel at home.
