We bought a new Harley from here. From sales, to parts, service, merchandise… the whole experience was awesome. They treated us very well. We added some custom parts to the bike and they had one part on back order for a while. They went above and beyond to get that part in sooner than expected. The bike was shipped here from Montana and even with the snow storm they got it here very quick. Todd, Mike, Christy, Reed and the whole team treated us with respect and like we were family. Started having charging issues on Saturday afternoon near Craig Colorado. Found out that High Country was the only dealer that was open on Sunday within 200 miles. The service department did the best they could to get me going again before the end of the day. Unfortunately the stator they needed would not arrive till Tuesday. We left the bike with them and grabbed a rental car to finish out our trip. When we returned to pick up the bike it was repaired, cleaned, and came in under the provided estimate. I would highly recommend this dealer for the great service I recived from the service and parts departments.

One class act! Great place to do business. Front of the house, and back. The staff is topnotch. They have a great selection of riding gear and an outstanding service department. They actually fit me in for a 45k mile service during their busiest time of year. And even though I didn't purchase my bike there, they still treat me as though I did. Staff here is a lot of fun and very nice, thanks. Manager in the front is awesome and bike sales rocks. Service if you can get on phone is under staffed and last time in forgot to install panels on my bike before leaving. Parts not sure why I bother last time there they said had to order part and would be 2 weeks, called them several times after 20 days and never got an update went in to check on part was told part was on back order and would be another month. Considering how short the bike season is here not sure I have the time to consider parts and service at my local HD. I know being short staff is an issue but I need a little more return on service to spend anymore cash on parts or service here. Front of house 5 stars ! Parts / service you guys are bringing down the average

Everyone I talk to seems to have the same experience. Need to do something about it or it will drive more and more customers away.

I traveled over 4 hours to Cheyenne to visit the dealership and an additional 2 hours down to Frederick, CO to visit that dealership! The entire team in Cheyenne (and Frederick, CO) was very helpful. I just really want to say thank you for the awesome service I received here. I had a new tank put on as well as a big service including 2 new tires. I brought the bike in in Dec.by trailer due to winter conditions as I live 130 miles away. I had many questions and specific details I wanted completed. The service manager kept me informed at every step, when the ordered tank arrived, who they suggested paint it, and whether any issues were found in the service and, of course, every cost involved before proceeding. Each staff member I spoke with was polite, respectful and I couldn't be happier. Polite and respect is not words always found by women to describe a Harley dealer, but it is at High Country. Thanks guys!

Stopped in High Country HD while traveling on vacation from Ohio. Struck up a conversation with parts manager about my bike (2017 Tri-Glide) and how I couldn’t get comfortable on it. He showed me a different seat and freeway pegs that allowed me to stretch out more on the bike. I bought both and they have made a world of difference on the bike. I was at the point of selling it before the changes. Greatly appreciate the help and advice! Great dealership!!

Up front I will say that I do not ride on the street. I do not trust other drivers and see motorcycle crashes regularly as part of my professional life. With that said, I do ride dirt bikes and ATVs. I applied for a job here and the owner was a really cool guy. I was offered the job but did end up turning it down to take my current job. The sales staff I interacted with all seem like great people and I would buy from them if their metric selection were a little better. But it is a Harley shop so I cannot fault them for selling what sells around here. The service guys, on the other hand, are a different story. Slow to call you back and seemed like working on my dirt bike was beneath them. I was not impressed with the attitudes back there. I typically work on my own bikes but know nothing about carburetors so needed some professional help. They got the job done in a few weeks but were far from professional about it. So, I'd definitely buy from these guys but I'd steer clear of their service department.

Sales team gave me exactly what I asked for. Gave them a budget, gave them a list of bikes. They only emailed or texted me when they had something that met my needs or when they had special events. (I verbally agreed to event reminders.) Parts and service also work very hard to get the right parts in quickly and schedule service quickly. I don't write reviews this good very often. I will leave it at that.

As a military member they are one of the best dealerships I've been to, they don't try to take advantage of you and will work with you on anything that they can help with. I recently purchased a used motorcycle from High Country Motorsports in Cheyenne and had an excellent experience. I was driving up from the Denver area to look at a bike and was hoping to be able to complete my purchase in one trip. I arrived a couple hours before closing, and was test riding the bike within 15 minutes of arriving after filling out some basic paperwork. I worked with a salesman named Gabe, he was extremely helpful. I was not pressured or surprised by any sales tactics and he was straightforward with me on the phone about the condition of the bike. When I got to the dealership he brought me back to speak with the service staff to give me a history of the used bike I was looking at and gave me space and time to make my decision. The finance staff was also very helpful and even stayed after closing to help me get on my new ride. I normally buy my toys on Craigslist and am wary of going to dealerships, this dealership changed my mind. I walked away very happy with the price I paid and overall purchase experience and would highly recommend High Country Motorsports in Cheyenne.

Recently retired from the US Coast Guard I moved back to my home state of Wyoming. After a routine inspection after our 1st winter here, I noticed a small pool of coolant coming from my 2017 FLHTK, that was my 30 year retirement gift from the wife. I dropped by HighCountry HD service department for the first time and they Immediately looked up my ride, found that it was under warranty, told me to bring it in anytime, and they would take care of it. I told them that I was concerned of my upcoming surgery from a military injury and that I may not be able to pick up the bike for quite a while. Dustin Young told me to bing it in and not to worry about it that it would be here and ready for me. During my recovery time Dustin and the service crew contacted me with updates on the repair, found a recall repair that needed to be done, and also checked on how I was doing. Later they called me when the repairs were completed and again told me it would be ready when I was. Six months later I finally was cleared to ride and I called to schedule a pick up time. They did a final once over to make sure everything was perfect and I picked it up. Most dealerships would have charged me a storage fee or even let me get on the bike when I wasn’t ready. High Country HD service manager, Dustin Young, cared enough to make sure I was ready to ride safely and didn’t charge me anything extra for taking care of my bike during my recovery. I was treated like family the very first time I met them and that’s the kind of personal customer service that has earned my respect and Loyalty!

I had to be admitted at the VA hospital and upon my release I encountered having to ride my bike back to Colorado in a severe thunderstorm. I had not prepared for the ride back in that type of weather and it was 10 minutes before they closed for the day. They were able to provide rain gear and even bring it to the hospital!!! If I could I'd give these folks 100 stars. While 1500 miles into a 5500 mile trip, my Road Glide took a dump on me just prior to the Wyoming/ Nebraska state line . I called ahead and limped her in about 40 miles. Stacie & Mac in the service department were on my problem as soon as I walked in. Long story short, thanks to Hobart & Triston who double teamed my bike, new lifters, cams, timing chain, and all the "fixins" while my riding brothers and I hung out with the rest of the store crew. A big thank you to James the parts manager for having all the parts in stock, Jamie for getting the other bikes cleaned for my buddy's, and Cheryl the GM for the awesome crew she has here. I know there are names I've forgotten but I failed to get everyone's card. They even got us set up with a great room at a great price for there night because the day light and weather were fading fast when the job was complete. There is no way anyone would read all of the great things I could post about these folks, it would be a novel. Thanks again to ALL of you!
