We arrived in the area on vacation. Looking forward to a camping/riding week. We arrived at our campground our first afternoon. After getting the Harley out of the toy hauler the throttle froze. We were not going anywhere! We called a couple of places that could not help us and Truth Performance came to the rescue. They came the next morning, picked up the bike, checked it out and found a broken throttle cable in the sheath. They were able to replace it and had us out riding by 4:30! They saved our vacation. The crew were all wonderful, James, Wendy, and Cody were the best! Everyone was helpful, very professional, and found a way to save our week. We appreciate them greatly! My buddy and I were in a trip from Michigan to Maine and he needed a new rear tire. He called the guys at Truth and they got him right in to fix his tire and got us on the road again quickly. They kept us occupied with conversation and a shop tour while we waited. Everyone was friendly and very into motorcycles. They know the motorcycle performance business well!. Cool gang!

Super nice people.. I had new tires, and a state inspection done on my 2016 Road Glide.. Fast scheduling and quality service with Fair pricing. The mechanic came out to tell me about what he had found and repaired.. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely schedule my next service with the Truth Crew! Great Job Guys!! Let me begin by saying that I am no newbie when it comes to the world of Harley-Davidson riding in this area. I have been riding for over 27 years and have had both good and not so good experiences with the local dealerships through all of these many years. Through my recent experience, the simple truth of the matter is that Truth is the go-to place to get parts and service for your late model, Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the greater Burlington area. The staff has decades of combined Harley-Davidson motorcycle experience as well as factory certified training because most of the technicians came directly from the now defunct, Green Mountain Harley-Davidson dealership in the first place. What's really nice is that because this is an independent instead of a franchised dealership, Truth doesn't have that constant pressure on them from the Motor Co to floorplan brand new motorcycles every month or pay them outrageous fees for new, authorized fixtures, or parts, accessories or clothing that customers around here don't want, but they are mandated by the Motor Co to carry anyway. This in turn means that the owners of Truth don't have to pass these undue overhead costs to their customers and so they can afford to do the same high level of highly skilled work for a little less. Truth is one of the few, independent shops that actually has a dynamometer on the premises and dedicated technicians who are extremely well trained and highly educated on how to properly tune Harley-Davidson motorcycles with it. Truth has the talent, experience, and know-how to do all kind of performance work from mild air intake and exhaust changes, to cams and headwork, to the installation of big bore and stroker kits and all the way up to and including ,building monster cubic inch motors with ungodly amounts of torque and horsepower for both street and strip. Truth is also, of course, a full service motorcycle repair and service shop that can handle all routine maintenance and all forms of repair. What's more, they can perform all the factory mandated, routine services on your brand new Harley-Davidson just as well as any dealership can. And by federal law, HD cannot refuse to honor their factory warranty because you didn't go to a their dealership for those overpriced, routine services. So they definitely got you covered and at a better price, too. Truth is quite capable of providing you with almost any part or accessory for your Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Unlike the internet, James and Matt are right there at the parts counter and can help you cipher through all those confusing fitments and unlike a fly-by-night Amazon seller, they can advise and provide you with any other additional parts that you might need that the parts manufacturers, for whatever reason, don't deem necessary to include in their kits. So whether it's a new set of pipes, different handlebar or seat options, or just more bling, they have got you and your motorcycle covered. Yes, they even stock the right oils, filters, batteries, and spark plugs for your bike, too.
