Reviews of Cyclewise Inc.

We love this shop. I got my first bike here, and since then (2013??) this is my go-to place for both service and gear. (omg, they are SO well stocked with awesome gear!) We moved out of state in 2020 and have found nothing on par with Cyclewise anywhere near where we are. We just visited again on a bike trip - it was great to be able to walk in and see the same level of friendliness and knowledge they've always offered. I'll gladly ride the 150 miles north to bring my business there when I can.

Great sales experience with helpful people. Excellent Service and Parts departments too. Inventory of used bikes has provided a variety of options to explore and the Triumph line is top notch. Andy and Nate do a nice job of explaining products and matching your needs. Overall, a friendly and capable place with which to do motorcycle business.

First timer, Walked in with a wheel and my own tire, closer toward end of the day. walked out 10 minutes later with my tire mounted. Did not make me feel like they were doing me favor, just business. Very nice shop. willing to come back if I need something more serious.

Stopped in just before close to get some gear. My size was not in stock for the chest protector I wanted, but I was allowed to try the ones in stock on, given the information for the gentleman who could set me up with the correct size, and left with a smile feeling satisfied with the plan! Thank you for taking the time to work with me!

I live in Saratoga Springs New York and this dealership is the nearest Triumph dealer to me. 73 miles is nothing when you get treated with such high levels of customer service. I cannot rate this place highly enough. They have done my annual service twice and new tires once and from their pricing, initial conversations, booking and completion it is always faultless service. I just wish they had been able to find me my latest bike because I'd love to do as many deals with them as possible and they set high standards that others dealers can't replicate. Safe to say I'll be heading their way for my new bikes services and tires.

Cyclewise is customer oriented. Communication is excellent. Attitudes are positive. Prices are essentially the same as on-line retailers w/an apparel stock varied across all price ranges and riding demographics. Personally, I love the ability to try on gear before purchasing. They support the motorcycling community as well. I live 250 away and try to take advantage of their offerings when in the area. Highly recommended.

Great work from the crew at cycle wise! On a road trip through the New England states when my triumph Tiger 900 developed a leaking fork seal.called up cyclewise and their service writer,Steven Kallen, said no problem they could fit me in. We ordered the seals and had them overnighted to cyclewise. As soon as ups truck showed up they were on the bike getting her fixed so I could continue my Trip with minimum lost time

Out of all the vehicles/bikes i have ever bought it was the best experience I have ever had. Friendly and accommodating staff. Truly made the transaction super easy. HIGHLY recommend.

I drive 2 hours round trip from Burlington Vermont to do business with Cyclewise. Yes we have a couple of motorcycle dealerships here. The one in particular here that carries Shoei helmets seems like they could care less whether or not they sold you something or not. There's certain people that shouldn't be in customer service and that guy is one of them. I've been there 4-5 times and always the same guy with the same care less attitude. You would think if your choosing to spend your money there and buy a $700 helmet that a little conversation wouldn't hurt.
Cyclewise in general is just a great friendly business that will take the time to make sure that you are taken care of.

I would recommend anyone to do business with them! Bought a 17 Ducati diavel from them and they were a pleasure to deal with and made everything super simple and easy as I live 12 hours away. Went and picked up the bike finally yesterday and they were super friendly and helpful. Even loaded the bike in the back of my van and helped me figure out how to strap it down to make the 12 hour trip back home. Don’t hesitate to do business with them, regardless if you are local or out of state! 10/10.

Stopped by for a battery saturday. First time I've been in! Met a nice lad outside eating his lunch, he walked me in and made sure I got the right one. I was surprised by how many bikes you had! I would guess 30 bikes inside and maybe another 30+ outside. Thanks for the help, I'll definitely be back. The young lad who helped me out is an asset to your company!

Bought my first bike here today, a 2020 Triumph Street Scrambler. Andy was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, patient, fair and was not pushy at all. Easily the best sales experience I’ve had. The pricing was great! Love my bike and am very impressed with cyclewise and Andy.
Showroom and selection were fantastic as well, and the choices of accessories was great. Financing was easy and most of the work was taken care of before I walked in the door.Very helpful and informative staff! Thanks guys!

Folks at Cyclewise are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk and work with. Loved the test ride, excited about a potential future purchase!

Nice little store. One of the only places with bikes in stock and ready to sell these days (most other stores claim covid has delayed production and delivery). Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Average pricing. If you're in the market for a bikes stop in!

Steven always takes perfect care of my motorcycle and is a super nice guy

I recently had the opportunity to do business with this great company. Andy was very responsive to my inquiries, and was a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish my experience was fantastic. I only wish that CycleWise was my local bike shop, as I traveled 3.5 hours to pick up my bike. Great job Andy and staff! Highly recommend stopping here if your looking for a new bike, a used bike, or top of the line equipment!

My experiences with Cyclewise over the past 2 years have been nothing but positive. The entire staff has gone out of their way in sorting out some mechanical problems I was having, as well as helping with some aftermarket parts. They even offered me a loaner bike to go out to get lunch while waiting for service on my bike. I've been to many dealerships over my 35 years of riding, and would rate them the best overall as far as integrity and service. I feel the owners would do anything to keep their customers happy, and the whole place just has a good vibe about it!

Was passing through their area when I filled my tank with some bad gas. The bike would not run. I called Cyclewise. Even though I was riding on a “Brand X” motorcycle, they dropped what they were doing and picked me and the bike up in a van, took us to the shop, drained fuel, replaced with fresh and sent me on my way. Very hospitable and, I thought, very reasonable charge.
Thanks guys!

Recently purchased a 2008 Triumph Rocket III Touring bike and brought it to Cyclewise to perform an 18000 mile service and adjust the clutch. Service was excellent and the bike is running and shifting perfectly. Highly recommend Cyclewise!!!

Visited this shop and purchased a Ducati Sixty2, and found the sales environment relaxed and helpful. Returned to have the 1000km service performed on the bike. Waited while the service tech changed the oil and performed the service. The shop was ready when I arrived for my appointment, and they replaced the plugs for free because I was having trouble with cold idle. Overall very happy with my experience.

Before the July 4th weekend they were very flexible and squeezed me in for my valve adjustment and timing belts on a 1098. Had no problem doing a la carte service for me and got it done even quicker than I had originally expected. Patrick was very helpful and attentive to my needs and they treated me as if I had been a customer for years on my very first visit. Got my bike done and was able to ride with my friends as planned. Couldn’t say more good things about these guys (and gals). Even though I’m hundreds of miles away it was well worth the trip. Thanks again!!

I really like the parts department at Ducati Vermont. They are always friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. I rarely have my bike serviced as I prefer to do my own work, but after picking up my Hayabusa for a sprocket and chain replacement I was happy to notice they washed my bike.... and I mean really washed my bike. I pack on hundreds of miles a week on dusty Vermont gravel roads and my bike is a filthy girl. Literally, the cleanest I have ever seen my bike since it was new.

I’ve ridden for decades, and there are very few shops with the level of professionalism, knowledge and friendliness that Cyclewise has. Andy, Tamara and their crew are all first rate! Their enthusiasm for 2-wheelers helps keep our favorite sport alive.
Brett Beaudry
Great people! Awesome service and a definite return!! Ty so much

Coming off of Harley Davidson ownership since 2007, I have owned 6 HDs, never thought I’d leave Harley Davidson until I met the fine genuine folks at Cyclewise. In the last year I have been exploring the different Adventure bike brands at Cyclewise. Andy is an amazing low pressure personal assistant ! Not a salesman, a genuine, personal assistant making sure you get on the right bike for your needs. Everyone at Cyclewise is genuine, low key, a relaxed environment that just welcomes you to hang out, browse through the many brands, makes and models at your own pace.
I tried two different Triumphs and two Ducati’s
Walked away, did some research and finally decided the 1200XE 2020 Scrambler suited my needs for serious off road riding and found a friendly , genuine Dealership that hasn’t forgotten about true customer service at the same time
Yep Goodby HD!

I came to Cyclewise because I won a raffle and had to spend $50. I found the staff was helpful and friendly. They sell Ducati and Suzuki and had quite a few bikes in stock. I'll say that inventory of the $50 variety was a bit thin, but I'll cut them some slack as it is near the end of the season and I'm sure they're not anxious to carry a lot of merchandise over the winter. I did settle on a nice performance jersey for cool weather conditions. I'd recommend you stop in when you are in the area.

This is a great place! We were vacationing in Vermont recently and my son had a start issue with his Honda Africa Twin. We weren't sure what it was so we called Cyclewise who recommended we drop by so they could take a look. These are the kinds of places you hope to find when you're away from home and have an issue with your vehicle or in this case, motorcycle. These folks were friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They immediately took a look at the problem and resolved it within a matter of minutes. Not only that, but their pricing was very fair. So for those of you who find you need service, even if you're a little further away, go to these folks.

Excellent Service Staff! They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to keeping my 1998 Yamaha Big Bear happy and healthy. Which, of course makes me a very satisfied customer!
Thank You Cyclewise!!

I originally left a bad review due to an issue with Cyclewise with getting my Ducati gas tank fixed, but shortly after I did this they reached out to me in an attempt to make things right and in my mind that makes a company like Cyclewise very respectable. I appreciate Joe, one of the owners, getting ahold of me in an attempt to get things straightened out, and also gave me quite a bit of additional information. I can respect a company that tries their best to make things right. I hope we can do business in the future with Cyclewise. Thanks again.

I've bought 2 Ducati motorcycles here and had the absolute best service. The owner is usually on site and very pleasant to talk to. The people are incredibly honest, and they don't try to upsell you things you don't need.much better experience than experiences at other places.

Great team from Cyclewise at the Touratech DirtDaze adventure bike event at Suicide Six. A huge note of thanks to Andy Duggento and the rest of the team who helped me get replacement connectors for the windshield on my Triumph Tiger Explorer. Andy brought the parts from Cyclewise and they helped me get the shield secured back on the bike for my return ride to Virginia. Another rider who visited their dealership shared a similar good experience with me.

I was touring New England on my 2012 Multistrada when I suddenly had difficulty shifting. I limped into their shop and they put me to the front of the service line. The found the internal spring on the shift selector was broken. They "located" the needed part and made the repair.
They noticed a few other things that needed attention and addressed all issues.
It was a fantastic experience. Thanks
Greg Ranallo
Great crew, helpful and friendly. Bought a Zero SR/S. The only place to get an electric motorcycle! Great selection of bikes and gear.
Ernie Turbyfill
On a trip from Florida to Nova Scotia and my buddies front tire developed bad cupping so we decided to replace. We were across the state line; called Jake to see if they had a tire in stock and we were on our way. Thanks for allowing is to use a bike stand to change the tire! On our way to see the rest of this beautiful country.
Thanks again.
Scott Bougor

Shout out to Joe Boise at Cyclewise. The most incredible experience I have ever had. My friend broke down so we called Joe and he fabricated a fix for us which got us rolling again....and he did it for free! Who does that? Joe did that. Amazing

To all that are in the New Haven area, that ride on two wheels, you should stop by Ducati Vermont -Cycle Wise, for either some good window shopping feeding your dreams for the upcoming season, or just some good conversation about our lifestyle the staff welcome all and enjoy each and everyday . I can’t recall a day that I haven’t left without a smile.
I have been a longtime customer from when they first started in 96 in the Bridport Vermont location when it was just a small family run, shop too where they are today. Ducati Vermont-Cycle Wise, has seen and helped me progress through my carrier as a rider on the street helping me with advise and knowledge , progressing to where I stand now as a competitive racer, all while I state Never losing the personal feeling of a friend , and not treating me like a number.. so again I if you’re in the area and just want good conversation, good advice, good service or just window shopping, feeding your dreams for next season fell free to stop in .
