My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving and we wanted to stop by to see what mattresses we liked. We had no intention of buying anything today. As soon as we walked in Frankie greeted us and gave us the complete run down of all the mattresses. He helped us narrow down what we liked. Frankie was extremely knowledgeable about each brand of mattresses — we actually ended up buying a mattress!! We are extremely excited for it and I’m so grateful for Frankie’s help.

10000000 stars!!!!!! Of all the retail experiences I had in any store I've been in, this has been by far the best. Without making this review as long as a 10 page term paper-- we had a memory foam mattress when we came in to look for a new option. Frankie heard us out, and helped us to explore another option of mattress. He had us lay on a couple options, asked questions about how we slept and what postions, it all felt very curated to our personal preferences! We bought a new mattress and it was wonderful until it wasn't. Nothing wrong with the mattress but our spines are apparently picky and have expensive taste lol so we came back into the store, unsure if we could still explore any other option since we were a month outside of the trial period. Frankie worked one on one with us, did his best to find a solution, and found us an even better option for a phenomenal deal. We would have paid almost 5k difference but due to a sale going on and some other deals Frankie managed to find, we left only paying an $800 difference!!! Don't forget to pick your jaw up off the floor. Yes, this experience was as great as I'm explaining and honestly I can faithfully say that anyone going into this specific store will get experience on par with mine! We saw a few customers come in and out super quick and you'd think maybe they didn't find something they liked? But no, their experiences were THAT good. The sales persons were able to find their perfect options and work out affordable prices so quick that instead of an all day thing, these people were in and out with huge smiles on their faces. Although Francesco ciraco (frankie) was the best of the best, we also saw Andre running through a sale while we were there too and even he was thorough and friendly! I saw another associate whose name I didn't catch but yes even he seemed very thorough!!! Amazing amazing amazing experience. Thank you so much for working with us Frankie! I went in to Mattress Firm Yonkers to buy a mattress that we wanted delivered to Florida. Frankie went above and beyond to get us an incredible mattress at the price point we wanted. When there was an issue upon delivery, Frankie immediately worked to resolve it and went out of his way to ensure we were happy and taken care of from start to finish. After visiting three mattress stores with great disappointment 😡, my husband and I decided to visit this store. We were greeted nicely by Francesco. Wow! Let me begin by saying he was the first sales rep ever to screen us with a few questions to get an idea of what we were looking for. He showed us some mattresses, we tested some out. We didn’t feel rushed! He was EXTREMELY patient. Super knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t feel comfortable with. When we didn’t understand something and asked for clarifications he offered it, wasn’t bothered at all. If you want excellent customer service I highly recommend you see Francesco! Hands down! After searching with frustration for the best new mattress to help relieve my back pain, I came to realize how important it is to find the best bed/mattress that works for each unique individual. I also discovered that it was much easier to shop for a car than a bed. I visited Mattress Firm in Yonkers NY and found the friendly welcoming staff to be extremely knowledgeable of the mattress selections in the showroom as they directed me to specific beds in the showroom which met my personal sleep needs. I was also quite impressed with how patient they were with me as they answered my many questions and concerns eventually finding the perfect bed to allow pain-free restful sleep. They also have an excellent 'test drive' option if I find the bed is not perfect for me after sleeping on it at home for up to 120 days and were able to help me with my financing needs. I have to say that the managers and sales people in Mattress Firm Yonkers were professional caring people who provided me with a seamless experience finding my perfect mattress. Great place to shop! The sales guys Craig and Charlie were great. Never pushy like the typical sales people. We went in looking to spend a certain amount they never pushed us beyond our price point. They just explained the mattress type and we chose what we like..after all was said and done we spent more than we wanted, but was 100% our choice. And got our item 3 days later. Eric Darko took care of me and let me try several mattresses until I found the right one. He also went above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of owning a mattress, was there close to 2 hrs till I got it right and also getting an adjustable frame for it in which I tried in store and felt awsome, gave us a great price. My pregnant wife (we were expecting twins at the time) and I were treated greatly by Gio and David. They were both extremely knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and accessories. Most importantly they were NOT pushy and were extremely aware of what we were looking for. They both steered us towards the perfect bed for us regardless of their pricing. Meaning they were not trying to sell us the most expensive bed in the showroom but in actuality the bed that was perfect for both of us. They made the experience very easy and comfortable. Our whole experience at Mattress Firm Clearance was very positive. The sales team is knowledgeable and able to work with any budget. David Castro is especially helpful; he was very accommodating with replacing a damaged remote for our adjustable bed frame. He even shipped it to our address (we live in a remote area of the Catskill Mountains) and followed up with a phone call that it was on the way. I would have gladly given this a five star rating, but there was a VIP Setup Service charge of $149, even though I had to set everything up myself. When I asked about this charge, I was told it was because of the large number of items in the delivery and because of the adjustable bed frame, which was heavier than most items. Neither of these explanations really satisfied me, especially when they had previously waived the $99 delivery fee when I placed the order.

I had a good experience so far buying a bed from Jake from the yonkers, NY mattress firm. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because when the bill came two items were slightly higher than discussed so I had to call him back and he adjusted them. I did get the feeling that he knew the items were put in wrong in hopes I wouldn’t notice. So check the bill. Other than that he was quick, efficient, personal and pleasant. I would purchase from him again.

Because it was a holiday weekend, there were a lot of people buying beds. Although I needed very inexpensive beds because I'm in interior design, and I needed them simply for decoration, I was treated with the utmost of care in a very kind and considerate manner. Even though one store did not carry what I was looking for, the workers help track down what I needed another stores. This is 1st class customer service on every level. I had the opportunity to visit several Mattress Firm's in my area on Central Avenue. I'm thankful for their help and I'm hoping to give them a sale. Go buy a bed soon! Sales!
