Brian MahoneyThe shopping experience, mattress selection and my interaction with Crystal was superb. I have had my hybrid premium 3 mattress for almost 3 months and love every night. Sleep on this mattress. I also purchased a mattress, protector and sheet set. I sleep very cool at night despite my initial thought that the mattress protector would be too hot. It is not.
I have also had my mattress replaced under warranty for a mild manufacturing problem on the edge of a mattress. Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with and I was replacement delivery within 5 days of my call to customer service .
I highly recommend this product and especially working with Crystal at the Christiana mall store!

The delivery process is quick as we are getting the mattress delivered a little over a week after purchase. Thanks Shane!
The PigeonsThe store itself I like a ton. I got a purple bed many years ago and wanted a pillow - seen the prices online and wished I could go to a store to get a feel for them in person and this place had everything I was looking for to test out so I was able to be certain of my purchase.
Ended up buying a sheet set as well that's pretty awesome

Andrew NashCould not be any happier with my experience at the Purple store at the mall. Doug, the regular salesperson I dealt with, was a pleasure to work with. He asked discovery questions to figure out my needs, paired me up with the right mattress, and helped to educate me on the products while not being too pushy. He stuck with me throughout my journey and even when I was ready to pull the trigger and he was off that day, his manager, Shane, sent me an updated invoice to get me squared away. They followed up afterwards to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase.
Great experience, and my back is already thanking me for investing in a better bed. Go see the folks at the Christiana Mall!

Jamie CoyleWent into the purple store to try out the selection of beds they have. Shane immediately came to greet me and was super helpful and informative. He was such a nice guy! He went through and had us test each bed along with the pillows. Everything in there from the decor, to the plants, to the smell was wonderful! They have a great showroom and it was so warm and welcoming. I know where I will be shopping when it’s time for an upgrade!
