Went to the Pennsville Location 2 weeks ago to get a new mattress and box spring and was greeted by Dylan who was so helpful and knowledgeable with all the option they have. He got me a great deal on a mattress and base within in my price range and I love my new mattress and cooling pillows. Best sales experience and salesmen. I will definitely be going back in the future. If you go ask for Dylan.

We had a wonderful salesman named Dylan in me and purchased Imagine that we have been looking for. Unfortunately when the delivery was planned in two days time in the morning when one of us could be there, we received the text next day that the delivery would be in the afternoon instead this was a bit of an inconvenience but we managed to have someone there. The managers never showed up no did we receive any kind of a phone call text or email when we try to track the delivery they try to show that it never left the distribution place. We had confirmed with the delivery people by phone and by text to evening before so this is quite surprising and extremely inconvenient thought that it may come the next morning but that wasn’t the case when we called our sales person they could not figure out what happened delivery people have not notified them either it was a problem with the delivery. The salesman offered another delivery time which was not going to be convenient so we ended up canceling the order. It is unfortunate in this day and time that there’s such a problem with trucking and delivery it’s hard to know who to blame for what happened but it’s so weird our experience with his company

What a pleasant experience!! I was shopping next door and as I was walking back to my car I looked in the store window. There were sale signs throughout the store so I decided to stop in to see what they were offering. As I walked around I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady named Holly. She asked if I needed help with anything or if I had any questions. I explained that I was just looking but not ready to commit to purchasing anything. She was very patient with me as I tested a couple of mattresses. Always polite, never pushy as she explained the different styles and firmness of them helping me to decide what would give me the most sleep comfort. She didn’t steer me in the direction of the high end merchandise, she let me, the customer, make up my own mind. Of course I ended up purchasing a package that fit my budget and on my own terms. The entire process was smooth and did not take a long time to complete. I can’t wait to sleep on my new mattress which will be delivered in a couple of days. Thank you Holly and Mattress Firm!!!

We went into the pennsville location on Sunday. We were greeted with a very pleasant sales man Dylan. We wanted to get a new mattress and Dylan was extremely helpful and gave us a few options and at the end we knew right away we wanted a tempur pedic. I had called to see if there was a mattress in the store that I wanted to purchase. It was in fact there so the girl sent me a link to my email so I could pay for it because I couldn't get there for a little bit. Doing it that way guaranteed it was going to be held for us. When my husband and myself got there we were met with very friendly staff. I signed a paper while my husband drove around the back to get it loaded. We were in and out rather quickly and smoothly. Definitely recommend them!

It was ok, just I don't walk so well and the salesman had me walking from one side of the store and all around, Plus someone there smelled like they dumped an entire bottle of perfume on themselves, set my allergies off terrible! I told the salesman it stunk in there he said it was his district manager! There was nothing he could do about it! WAKE UP PEOPLE! If someone can smell you as soon as you walk in, there is no need to get any closer and in most cases they turn tale and run!

Good place. Just make sure you try before you buy and it takes a few weeks for your new bed to feel like the showroom model. The ones on the floor are "broken in". They are a little pricey, but there is no feeling like a good night sleep! I can tell you.
