I loved my experience shopping here. As a person who experiences a rough nights sleep due to back issues it was important to me to find what I needed. Not only for myself but for my boyfriend also. The selection was phenomenal and the manager Kurt was more than patient with my indecisiveness on a mattress. Kurt also showed me an adjustable base which I’ve never seen one of these before. I even left the store feeling better. Kurt was even engaging genuinely with my daughter while I signed my delivery paperwork! All around great experience . Let’s say I walked out with the best bed, top quality for a phenomenal purchase price. Thanks so much Kurt for reminding me how important a good nights sleep is, we can’t wait to throw this old mattress out and enjoy a great nights rest! 10/10 highly Recommend this location!!! Not to mention they have 0% interest financing !!!!

Mr. B greeted us with a smile and was so super knowledgeable about all the options. Not once did we feel pressured. He answered all of our questions and was an absolute delight to work with. I went into Mattress Firm this afternoon, Kurt greeted me immediately, made me feel welcome and no pressure. As a matter of fact, he took me to the least expensive Mattress first. I had an emergency that I was dealing with. I told Kurt what I was looking for and had to take delivery and set up in 2 days or Less than an hour later I had picked out my Mattress and adjustable base and he had me a set up appointment within the 2 day window. He really understood what and why I needed this Mattress setup. Thank you Kurt for your help today. I will be a repeat customer. Jerry

Visited the store today (11/19/22). Kurt was very knowledgeable, and he demonstrated and detailed the differences between each mattress we selected. He was patient, personable, and kind, which really goes a long way when you're spending thousands of dollars.We left the store with a clear understanding of what we purchased, how it works, and a mattress we know we're going to love for many years to come. Of all the places we went to in search of the "right" mattress, our choice was Mattress Firm. Why? Kurt! He didn't try to sell us something. He wanted us to find what was more than just settling. He has great patience and knowledge and personable skills. Even after my husband found what was a great fit for him, it wasn't for me, Kurt pointed us in the direction of what maybe he was hoping would be perfect. Going back and forth to a few options, we finally found the perfect match...es. Yes, we got two (one would be for could be guess). Or maybe for the person who couldn't take anymore snoring from the other...lol. Kurt went above and beyond in talking to us and truly listening to help us to get what we needed and wanted. He made sure we were well taking care of and explained things in great detail others didnt from different mattress places. I will say, the "only" drawback for not getting a 5 star rating was the cost of the framing warranty....keep in mind this is NO reflection of Kurt's professional 5 Star performance rating he gets from us. This would be strictly for the store's computer system not allowing for the better cost associated and assignment for that warranty.
