Funny enough, I thought I was at the Mattress Firm. I had been looking online for a bed for our spare bedroom. My husband has cancer and will be coming home after spending almost 3 months in the hospital. We wanted to get him a bed that he can adjust and be comfortable in , he has multiple incisions, a g tube and the need for extra support for his joints. They asked if I had the time, they would like to show me what would be comparable. Immediately they took me to a bed that met all our needs. They were very compassionate and considerate of our situation. Rob and Don went above and beyond to get me not only what I needed but also meeting a timeline for delivery. I am so grateful, I went into “ the wrong store” only to find it was the right store with the right sales associates. I will not forget this experience and will direct anyone and ever that needs a new bed to these gentlemen. So much bad going on in the world right now and an experience like this lets you know there is still kindness and compassionate good people out there.

I would never recommend this place. We bought a bed back in February 2021. We still have not received our replacement mattress. They botched this deal all the way from start and it is not even finished. The manager seems crooked. He made a deal to deliver mattresses and bases and gave us one mattress that is not even the right one. He sold us two twin xl for a king and claimed they would not move apart and that is all they do. It makes it difficult for marital obligations. still no replacement base or mattress almost a year later. To make it worse i stopped in there to price check Denver mattress and should have purchased my bed there as it was not a two beds but one. PLLLEeEEaaasssseee do not buy a bad from this place and if you do do not fall for twin xl SCAM. This was my first brand new bed purchase and would not ever recommend this place ever. In an update Mattress hub has contacted me and is going to make this right so i will up to three stars pending receipt of a new non split mattress with extra cost of course. I have received the mattress we purchased and man is it nice. Best sleep ever. Anyone going here should check out the iplush from quillbed.

We returned to a place where we bought an expensive bed not too long ago and because of crazy federal laws, cannot return the mattress for the "lifetime guarantee." I wanted to write a review to share my experience. I felt they were very helpful when it came to answering all of our questions and helping us selecting the right bed for us. There was a certain bed I was looking for that was VERY expensive so wanted to make sure I shopped every store in town until I found the right price with a good warranty. I n my opinion they had the best warranty return policy and financing options. The bed itself is very good and I sleep through the night with no pain. We ended up buying the Serta icomfort. The sales guy was great the delivery was wonderful and the bed is fantastic! Yes it was hard the first couple of nights but it will loosen up as time goes on just like the one at the showroom floor. We wanted a bed that would last LONGER then 10 years and I think we finally found it! Thank you guys for all the help! We LOVE OUR BED!!!!
