Selecting the mattress went great, but when it came time to pay some of the “deals” the sales man said didn’t play out the exact way he said. Shipping to our house cost $100 when someone of my family who lives two blocks away and only had to pay $50 for shipping two months ago. Also told us that he could write off the extra $50 for box springs and ended up adding it on. Very nice people but need to work on what they say and what they end up doing.

What a refreshing experience! Daniel listened to what we needed and took us directly to the mattresses we were looking for. He didn't try to upsell, and he didn't use tactics. He was friendly and knowledgeable, found our mattresses in stock and didn't hover. Soooo unlike the furniture store we had just come from just down the block! And Mattress Hub's prices were better too! Bonus! Do yourself a favor, go see Daniel and Braden at the West Wichita location! They take the stress out of shopping! Locally owned too!!!!!

My friends had purchased a Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base, but I was concerned about the price of the set. I spoke with Daniel Garcia at The Mattress Hub who was very helpful with explaining the benefits of each level of Tempurpedic quality. With his help I could see the benefits and value offered by the products and this store in particular. They offer a chance to exchange the product if it does not suit you and an extended warranty that no other local outlet can match. I am looking forward to receiving my Tempurpedic products. I got honest information, very professional, not high pressure, just what I needed.

Spent $2000 for a mattress. Owner of shop was great. Day of delivery realized I needed a frame. Called owner he said go to the shop and he would discount a frame. Got there staff said they just sold last one. They would be ordering and said I needed to put a down payment? I am about to ask her why, her phone rings, she takes the call and walks off. The other employee said I would have to wait for her to get off the phone. I told him I don't have to do anything and left. How rude to leave a customer standing. I was very upset at the treatment I received.

He knew exactly what he was doing, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to answer any questions that I had. My fiancé and I found a mattress that we wanted (Keep in mind this was all over the phone due to us living in Missouri and the Mattress Hub being in Kansas) and Don was able to get the exact mattress we were looking for at a better price! He went out of his way to help find the perfect bed. Our mattress is being shipped and we cant wait to get it! After 3 Bed-In-Box mattresses in 10 years I finally went to Mattress Hub at 21st and Maize. Blake helped me find one that is as soft & comfortable as my previous mattresses but will last 8 to 10 years - as opposed to 2 to 3 years like my recent beds - for a few hundred dollars cheaper than the most popular (because of heavy marketing) Bed-In-A-Box mattress. Highly recommended, will recommend my friends stop in and I will happily go back in another 8 to 10 years. 👍

Awesome place to shop! Came in needing to get new beds for the family. I was working with Blake Silsby and couldn't be happier. He was verry knowledgeable and didn't try to car salesmen me... verry low pressure to buy anything and he spent over 45 minutes just walking around with me showing me all the products he thought would meet my needs. Larry Roper was our salesman today. He is very polite, very attentive to our needs, finances, and concerns. He took the time to show us several mattresses, and adjustable bases, explained the differences in all, and didn't push for us to make a choice, or commitment. He also did a lot of number crunching to make sure that our new bed wouldn't be a huge hindrance on our finances each month. We appreciate his patience, his regard for our needs, as well as our finances. Thank you, Larry. Now, hopefully, some of our pain will be eliminated, and we'll be able to wake refreshed, instead of feeling like we just got run over by a slew of semis. I'll update this review about 30 days after the new bed is in our home. **Update** The bed was the right fit for us. I've always had trouble falling asleep. Not anymore. The massage function helps me fall asleep, and helps me wake up in the mornings, and get my old bones loosened up for the day. We have no regrets about our purchase.

Larry Roper was our miracle worker. Bought our mattress and base and loved it. The base stopped working, leaving the head part up. We called TempurPedic customer service as only they could fix the parts or our warranty would be voided. They kept wanting to send us parts so we could fix it ourselves. I called them four times, still sleeping in that stuck position for a week. We're both seventy, bad backs, and I was having leg surgery in a couple of days. Couldn't sleep. Desperate, we walked into The Mattress Hub. Thank God. Larry was there. We explained what had happened. Larry had a new base delivered the very next day! Now that's superior customer service.
