Excellent selection and very excellent customer service. Grant Buchanan was our sales associate. He listened to our needs. He took us through several different options. He did exactly what he's supposed to in regard to showing us the top-of-the-line inventory, but also was sure to show us the store brand versions, as well. Managed to find us a delivery time slot on a busy sales weekend (Labor Day), and had an excellent, friendly demeanor. He told us that Mattress Hub has a manufacturing facility near here in Haven, KS. Based on the fact that it's a local business, and especially due to Grant's performance, we purchased the name brand set. He is an excellent asset and should be looked at for promotion as soon as the opportunity arises.

The Mattress Hub was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist, and I'm so glad she did. The staff at The Mattress Hub was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. They had lots of different kinds of beds in their showroom to try out. The manager of their East location, Brian, was very helpful in guiding us through their many options that fit our needs and answering all of our questions without being pushy. The installers were very courteous. There was one glitch in the installation that originated at the factory (i.e. not Mattress Hub's fault). The installers worked in real time with Brian and their warehouse manager to come up with a 100% solution enabling them to complete the installation on the same day. I have now had the best night's sleep I have had in a long time for 3 nights in a row. I highly recommend The Mattress Hub to anyone looking for a new bed. My thanks to the Mattress Hub!

Zane Howard was our salesman, and he was very knowledgeable about every bed on the floor. He wasn't pushy like most salesman, and I find that rare this day and age. I would highly recommend going to see him at the Rock road store. If you're looking for the perfect bed for you and your partner he is the man to see! My Mother gave me her 1yo Comfort Base VESTA queen bed but didn't include the power supply or DC cord (she's 79yo), so I called Mattress Hub, where she originally purchased the bed, and spoke to Brian! From that 1st phone call, Brian stuck with me for 1-2 weeks via text messaging to make sure I got my new bed working!! He even dug through the stores old mismatched accessories and found a used power supply and the DC cord. I picked it up, met Brian in person (he is just as nice, if not nicer and engaging in person), and low and behold, my bed is in the perfect position (for me) as we speak!! Hallelujah! I can not thank Brian enough for going above and beyond to ensure my (new to me) Comfort Base VESTA bed works like a charm! I highly recommend visiting Brian at Mattress Hub for all your bedding wants and/or needs! He's the BEST!

I had never been mattress shopping (in person) before, and I was a bit skeptical of what was to come. I wanted to avoid the sketchy car-salesman type “deals” that come with these types of purchases. Great experience! Salesman very knowledgeable but not pushy and allowed us time to browse and try without having him stalking us. He offered info on the mattresses we looked out and did not try to force us into anything in particular. He got delivery scheduled and set was delivered on scheduled day as promised. Delivery guys actually called and texted ahead of time because they are able to deliver a couple hours early. The overall process from walking into store, testing out, choosing right fit/purchasing right mattress and delivery was friendly but professional!!! This was actually the 2nd time we met Grant. The 1st time was a few months ago at a different store. Shortly after that we had some life situations we had to fix before purchasing a mattress. We had a delightful experience at the mattress hub store on rock Rd. just south of central In Wichita Kansas today. Brian was a great person to work with! He seemed more like a friend than he did a salesman! We felt like that he cared that we received just what we wanted.Our daughter took us to the store since she had been with her mother-in-law to buy a bed from Brian. He welcomed her back then He listened to us as to what we wanted and then he took us directly to 2 beds that we Tried out, heard about the qualities were about these particular beds . We were pleased that this was made near Wichita in Haven Kansas. We do like to buy locally After lying on each one and listening to Brian explain the details of this particular mattress we were convinced that it was the right one for us. Brian and Grant were excellent to work with. We purchased a king mattress, pillows and a set of sheets. We love the mattress and pillows , but had an issue with the sheets. They replaced the sheets and were very professional and accommodating. We highly recommend doing business with them.

I bought a top of the line adjustable bed yesterday, it is divine. If you don’t have one you’re not living well. It massages also, and can be put in many positions that are comfy. The motor is made in Germany so it’s tight. The delivery guys were polite & even got here early. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It’s set too high right now so I need the guys to come back and bring it down so I don’t have to jump up to get on it ha ha.

We bought our first mattress from Mattress Hub in 2014. We've gone back in the subsequent years when our kids needed to upgrade from toddler beds into their big kids' beds. There is a reason we came back! Between the excellent customer service, affordable pricing, and reliable delivery there is no other reason to go anywhere else. In 2014, we ordered a king size, adjustable base bed. The salesperson (for each bed purchase, actually) never pressured us into a higher priced bed, but helped us find the best that met our needs. My husband was working and I was pregnant, so the delivery guys were awesome when they needed to take everything down a flight of stairs, negotiate a hard right, and set everyhing up. They were great as they moved everything around for pregnant me to get the bed set just right. Mattress Hub has the best prices and the best customer service.

Mark Barrientos was incredibly helpful. I went in and said I was looking but didn’t have a huge budget. He walked me through which ones he had available for me, letting me know how they differed and what he could do price-wise. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase from him was his chill and professional demeanor along with the cozy store atmosphere. We’d been to what felt like every mattress store in wichita that day. Since you really can’t remember exactly how each mattress feels from one store to the other, the experience in the store is hugely important. Mark was very knowledgeable about all the beds, and listened to our concerns, and suggested which mattress would fit our needs the best. I fell in love with the first mattress he showed us, but he did show us other mattresses, but I found the first one to be perfect fit our needs. I’ve been to about 4 other mattress stores, and all tried pressure techniques, which I didn’t appreciate at all. Mark took his time to listen, and suggest- really listened , which I appreciate. They first of all have no return policy as written, and they take money out of your account when they see fit. They take money twice a month, as not told at the beginning. These people are and were very rude over the phone, and I had to keep calling them because they kept messing up our account. These beds are way over priced and very uncomfortable! We certainly did not receive the bed we asked for!
