DJ was EXCELLENT at getting us the perfect bed for my husband and I. He spent a lot of time with us explaining different beds, pros, cons, quality, and adjustments. He was very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and a great resource. It is very obvious that he loves his job and takes pride in getting the right fit for each unique individual. We came on a day that happened to be understaffed but he was able to juggle the customers and make everyone feel welcome and equally important. He is a great salesman that genuinely cares about his customers. If you are shopping for a bed, I guarantee that DJ will get you the perfect one!

Unlike other bed places were they trying pushing you to buy super high price bed there and then the mattress Hub wasn’t like that they just showed you beds and you choose which one you love the most. we were able to get a great bed and stay in our budget. Went out today to buy a mattress and my first stop was Mattress Hub because my mom got her bed from there and I’ve only heard great things. Me and my sister went in and we were greeted straight away by Sheryl. As a first time bed buyer she walked me though all my options. We started our adventure shopping for a new mattress with no clue what mattress we wanted, but with a general idea of features that were important for us. Jared was able to point us in the direction of a few beds and helped us narrow it down to two. The prices here were the best after quick review of the immediate area, looking at the two beds we investigated at Mattress Hub. The atmosphere was superior at Mattress Hub, in both physical appeal of the store (very clean, smelled nice, etc.) and the staff was comfortable to be around and quite knowledgeable about the products.

Today we bought a new mattress for my 17 year old. The manager at the Greenwich location in Wichita was EXTREMELY pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in his customer interaction. We had ordered a Nectar mattress online and the delivery date was weeks out. This mattress was a better value, ($300 LESS) and she was able to physically lie down on it to make sure it felt good to her. Canceled the Nectar! I also bought a super deluxe king size sheet set for myself and discussed returning to replace my old mattress. They also have a FABULOUS satisfaction guarantee. Very satisfied with our 30-45 minutes of shopping today!

My husband and I have been having some back issues. After visiting with a chiropractor, we decided a new mattress would help as well. Sadly we just purchased not even 5 years ago and the pillow top had already had dips and lumps. We walked in the store and were welcomed by Larry. He was awesome. Not pushy, knew when to give you space, very knowledgeable, and the best part is that he didn't just steer us to the most expensive. In fact he spoke very highly of a cheaper brand over a more expensive , same quality mattress. He answered all our questions and worked with us on getting a tempur-pedic in our budget. He sold us on the tempur-pedic over the memory foam because we felt like we were in good hands. We walked away knowing we made the right choice and had no questions or regrets.

Sales associate, DJ was AMAZING! He went above and beyond explaining and answering all of our questions. The deliver people were another story. Please keep in mind that we only order a Twin XL mattress/boxspring to be delivered and each one carried in one part of the mattress and just threw them through our front door causing our front door to hit a table behind it which dented the wood on the table and then left a dent in our wood front door inside. If each one of them would have carried one side this would have been avoidable but neither did that didn’t seem to care of the roughness or damage caused. I pointed this out to them after and they apologized and that was it. I would definitely recommend DJ in the East Wichita location on Greenwich to anyone with questions or concerns as he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE but when it comes to delivery clear everything out of the way and then some. It this was done with a TWIN XL mattress I am worried about when we buy a new King mattress what might happen.

When we went into the store, we really didn't know that much about Tempur-Pedic, but we talked for some time with Larry Roper, the store manager. The guy I talked to 2 days later was as bad as a used car salesman.
