NoHora is awesome. She was very polite and took the extra time to answer our questions. We went to a different mattress place first, then to Mattress Firm to see what was available. NoHora sealed the deal. She was so nice. My memory is bad. She would tell us something about one mattress then we would try a different one and come back to the first mattress. I would ask the same question and she didn't make me feel bad for asking again. Needless to say we purchased a mattress from her. We've not tried it yet. But we are excited about it. She is awesome. Great product. Only issue is the sales lady on our first order did not explain originally foundations come in different heights. We had no idea. Our new bed is a foundation bed and the lady ordered us a regular 9 inch size, much too high. I’m unable to climb in. We reordered a low profile but it cannot be delivered before January 20. I’m having surgery the 19th so this is cutting it close.

Nohora was awesome. I ordered online which l thought was the biggest mistake of my life until l spoke to Nohora. Definitely do not order online. Online they kept changing my delivery date. I ordered a month in advance. So l was expecting to have my delivery. I didn't know what to do so l called any Mattress Firm hoping to get some help. Nohora was so helpful she transferred my order to pickup so l can get the delivery next day at the warehouse.Thanks Nohora my family and l didn't have to sleep on air mattresses because of you. Now that's good customer service going beyond for your customers.

Our sales representative was Nohora Urrea Talarico she was very very helpful! We was in 3 different times checking out different mattresses each time very patient and answered all of our questions. We explained what was wrong with our mattress that we had that we bought from Mattress firm i asked if we could get a warranty claim on it. She explained the process to us. We put in for the warranty got it so we tried different mattresses the 2nd time we was there. Explained the benefits of each mattresses . We had 3 mattresses we was undecided on went back 3 time narrowed down to 2 she again explained the benefits. 3 time we went with our warranty letter she did appropriate paper work we decided on the mattresse we wanted. I want to thank Nohora for being fun and joking around each time with a great attitude doing her job . It was the most pleasant buying experience I ever had! The deliver drivers were very professional and very nice guys . Work very hard getting the bed frame set up and asking me how where I wanted it. .there again the delivery driver went above and beyond . Oh not to mention they were early and very motivated . Cautious of the walls and furniture brining the mattress and frame in. The whole experience from buying , getting the warranty and delivery was a awesome experience. Don't hesitate to buy your bedding needs from mattress Firm!

We had a great experience purchasing a mattress at this Mattress Firm location. The salesperson was super nice and wasn't pushy at all. We told him we were looking for a good mattress for a guest bedroom, so we didn't need a top of the line mattress. Just something nice for guests. He laid out our options without a lot of fluff making it easy for us to make our purchasing decision. It was close to the end of the business day when we went in, but he didn't try to rush through the sale. There were problems with the payment going through on their computer, but he very patiently worked through them even though it was keeping him late. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location.

I have had to exchange my mattress but it wasn't because the product wasn't good. I just discovered I am not one for a memory foam mattress. I guess my old body wants a standard mattress. My salesman, Trent who is also the store manager, has been very helpful. They stand behind their guarantee of 120 days to exchange beds. A shout-out for Norho who is extremely easy to work with and she's a wonderful gal. Also snaps to Zach, I have not met you but we have spoken on the phone, you are very good at handling phone calls.

I was visiting from out of town and my need was for an RV. I guess the other two locations didn't consider it high dollar enough to deal with. But Nohora didn't see a dollar sign. The mattress arrived 2 days earlier than we were told it would in the store. We weren't home, so that was almost a problem, but they called and emailed up with a 10 minute notice, so we were able to get back home to meet them. When they arrived, we were expecting a door drop off. They offered to take it it's intended room in the basement so we wouldn't have to. They were quick, efficient, and took the trash with them. 10/10 recommend!
