I needed to order a comforter. Tried to order on line but they ship with fedex.. Fedex, have delivered 4 of my packages to another house and they will not do anything about it. So far they have just closed my case. I’m out about $500 dollars and they won’t open my case and look for the packages. I wanted the grey comforter so called the store in Wichita. The sales person said I could order and could pick it up at their store. So he helped me order.

There was no pressure to make a quick decision and really allowed us to take our time and decide on the best option for us. The guys delivering the mattress were on time and very friendly. Fast, friendly, low stress. The mattress wasn't in stock, but free delivery made up for it a little. Too bad delivery was set for three weeks in the future. Haul off fee was outrageous at $80, so I will spend three dollars in gas and $12 dump fee

Very pleasant experience. The store was well kept and Adam was extremely helpful. Narrowed down our mattress choice to three based upon our issue with our current mattress. Was impressed that of the three choices, they varied in price and were not all at the top of our budget. Unfortunately, he had to order the mattress which will take about a week, but thought he may be able to get it earlier. Let's see what you can do Adam.

I highly recommend Mattress Firm. We purchased a mattress a couple of months ago and because I have back issues my husband let me choose the mattress. In the end it was too soft for my husband, so we needed to exchange it. I called and spoke with Adam about our problem and told him we would be coming back to choose a different mattress. Honestly, I was ready for a fight about returning the mattress we had purchased. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Adam took excellent care of us and helped us choose a different mattress that would work for both of us. He is very knowledgeable about all of his product and puts in the time and effort to make sure you a satisfied with your purchase. The next time we need a new mattress I will definitely be returning to Mattress Firm.

The store manager that I spoke with over the phone was not very helpful, but the warehouse rep was very kind and personable with my return. My husband and I needed a bed delivered same day as purchase, we tried many other stores but no one was able to same day deliver. All stores said they were a week out on delivery. We met David when we arrived at the Mattress firm store, he was so polite and helpful. His main concern was getting us the right bed, once we decided on a bed David called the warehouse for delivery only to find out because of the holiday weekend they were unable to do same day delivery. David did not stop there after making many calls to management to see if he could get help he finally offered to comp the price of a uhaul so we could could pick up the bed at the warehouse and have it same day. David went above and beyond a rating of 5, I highly recommend purchasing your next bed from David at this Mattress Firm.

Adam was knowledgeable, asked all the questions that needed to be asked in order to assist us in making the best decision on what type of mattress was appropriate for our needs. He also has some medical background which helps when assisting in the needs for a mattress, ie back issues, allergy issues, etc. He also gave us exceptional pillows that met our specifications, at no charge, as well as other special deals to make it affordable for us! He also assisted with taking down and setting up of bed sets! Physically We were not able to do that and he volunteered to come by and take care of our needs! Overall an awesome experience!

Back on February 19th, we went in looking for a new mattress for my daughter. Adam Koontz helped my daughter find the right mattress for her. He had her try several mattress with different level of firmness to find the one that best fit her. She has had some minor back problems in the past some of it was due to the old worn out mattress she had been using. Since then she has had little problems and is sleeping better!
