We have had the best experience here, we will always recommend to friends and family, we were happy with our purchase, sent my parents in to buy a mattress and adjustable base right after we bought our last and then several months after our purchase we tried to move our adjustable base and it didn’t go so well, they sent out their warehouse manager and he was able to get it up and running for us, we were worried about having to buy another base and not being able to financially afford a new one, but for them to offer to come out and look at it was just amazing customer service. We will send everyone we know looking a for a mattress to these guys!

First, the gentlemen at the store were extremely helpful. They listened to what we wanted and showed us a few. They were knowledgeable about the product. Second, the set we wanted was coming from another store (McPherson) so it was planned for delivery two days in the evening. They actually called to ask if they could deliver it earlier than expected. They were polite and had the adjustable frame and mattresses set up in less than half hour. And they removed our old mattresses too. I would definitely recommend working with them for your new bed and/or just mattresses.

We were nervous about buying a new mattress but we needed a new one badly. We stopped in and tried out a bunch of mattresses and found 'the one'. Emil is amazing! No pressure and gave us a great deal. It was Sunday and we had our new mattress the next day delivered. They even took our old one for a small fee. Nick Miller, the General Manager at THE Mattress HUB near Pawnee & Broadway, is by far the best sales person I've had the pleasure dealing with in a long time. I know well how the sales game works as well as the fact that these folks have to work their booties off to make a living. I've been doing A LOT of research and price comparisons and not only did he give me a more than fair price, he also worked an unimaginable deal on the the high-end adjustable base type I NEEDED that will provide the best support my back after my upcoming back surgery. I feel he was honest, compassionate and an overall good guy who probably forfeited a big chunk of a possible commission to do the right thing for a customer in need. I highly recommend visiting with him if/when you have the need!

Starting with salesperson Emil, he was a no pressure strictly fact guy. We looked at a lot of stores and they were $4000 or more compared to the deal he gave us at $850 Then we did the delivery option and setup. TJ and Ethan delivered it before timeframe given, set it up, and showed my elderly mother how it worked. They even offered to haul out the old bed. They were efficient and respectful. I never write reviews, however they did an awesome job at this location and I will be back to get myself one especially for the price's they have! It's truly appalling that for exactly the same thing is 3x the price anywhere else.

Well I forgot to post yesterday but I found a bed for a really good deal at the mattress hub over here by my house. I only went in to price them but man the guys were really nice and personable. They asked me what my budget was and kept me under it and even gave me free delivery and hauled off my old bed that was beyond worn out. I had researched mattresses for a month before heading to The Mattress Hub out west where Ryan introduced us to the Quilbed which we loved but decided to wait and do some research. Ryan was very knowledgeable and knew all about what bed would best fit our needs! We later found the Outlet where Nick showed us to a few additional mattress that would fit in our budget and give us the best mattress for our money. We ended up walking away with a very nice Tempurpedic mattress which was originally way out of our budget. Nick was also very knowledgeable about each mattress and was able to show point us to the right mattress without wasting a any time! Insanely discounted mattresses at unbelievable prices that are basically new, just are floor models. I got a Serta pillowtop midrange for only around 300 plus tax. Free delivery too. Even the highest luxury kings were only around 600. Nick was awesome and definitely went above and beyond to help me and explained all the differences in each type to make sure I understood the kind of bed I was getting. I ended up buying FOUR mattresses from these guys to replace a bunch of sagging ones, they seriously are that good and affordable! A true hidden gem in Wichita. You can find them by the Cricket store by the Walmart on Pawnee. Awesome quality beds coupled with fantastic customer service and low prices so they get my highest recommendation. By far the best pricing to value ratio I’ve seen around Wichita. You won’t regret checking these guys out!

I really could not believe the prices for these Great name, high quality Mattresses. I had driven by there store on Broadway lots of times, but never really believed their 75% off sign. But I was in the market this month for a Mattress, so I went in, really expecting the bait and switch old scam. But much to my surprise and really disbelief its not that way at all. The sales man did not push me in any direction, just said go ahead and lie down on one or two or even all of them, and if you have any question just ask. Tony was very knowledgeable about the fabrics and new materials each company used. There was not one single off brand mattress there. Simmons, Serta, icomfort, Sterns and Foster ( my personal favorite ), also Beauty Rest, and Tempedic. I got my individual spring coiled Sterns and Foster for $ 500.00, 80% off the $1800.00. That price is in ever other Big Mattress Store today. I Had a Sterns and Foster in the past, and paid the big mattress price and gladly did becaused i absolutely loved it. Not only the most comfortable for My Body type, but held up 100% . Unfortunately was ruined during a move. But I have to tell you today after purchasing my mattress, I felt as if I ripped them off. Now that is a new feeling in todays world. I was absolutely giggy leaving Mattress Hub. People in Wichita I urge you to just stop by The Mattress Hub on S. Broadway if your in the market for Mattress or not. I do believe you too will be surprised. Priced on beds are orginal prices, so just as Tony the Salesman to give you the off price.
