Brock was very informative and most helpful. He took time to listen to my needs and advised on the best mattress for me. The only problem was with delivery. I agreed to 1-3pm. But bed was delivered around 6pm. Delivery man, Wade, said it was entered as 3-6. His paperwork had 1-3 written on it. So, I was lied to.

The salesman was extremely helpful in letting me decide what was best for me. I enjoyed him working with us and not being pushy about any of his recommendations. It was a very peaceful viewing of all the selections in their store. The salesman was very knowledgeable about all the inventory. I will highly recommend this store the everyone.

Kind, patient, no hassle buying experience. Anthony was beyond helpful and didn't try to pitch us something we didn't want. Showed us several models and talked about differences rather than trying to push a specific model. Also, they are a Kansas company, so love supporting local.

I am beyond happy with my new BeautyRest Black Mattress and adjustable base! The sales staff is amazing! Loved the amount of knowledge they gave us to find the right mattress for our needs. The delivery and set up went super smooth and was right on time. So glad we chose to come here instead of the other places around the area. Would 10/10 recommend Beds For Less!!! You guys rock!!!

Brock, Thank you for the expedited service, military discount, and being straightforward. Here is the reason for the review updated to now become a zero star! As I kept my word through out this three week ordeal, it seems to me that not all are honest at this location. The business model definitely needs to have some improvement as well as logistics for deliveries. When comes to the business model; try starting by being straight forward, clear, and concise. Something I was under the impression that everyone was. I will use an exact quote given to me here, " No, we don't do that anymore because we have been burned to many times in the past!" So much for straight forward! As for your logistics, I happen to be in logistics with a CDL, many States and Customers. I had arranged for a Family friend to house sit between our previously arranged time window for delivery. Somehow, someone along the chain here failed as they were pulling out of my driveway one solid hour past the closing of that time of expected delivery. I know to some this sounds harsh but I assure you that it is not. I called this location about fifteen minutes shy of the end of this window to find out what was going on as we hadn't heard anything yet. I then get a call from the delivery guy no more than ten minutes later to say they would be there in an hour.🤯 I then clarify that he needs to call the other number listed as specified yesterday as I have a four legged child at home that will need to be up before entry. He does, and tell them it will take an hour to drive thirty six miles.... Wait... Why? As most of the drive is a minimum of fifty five til you get into town and it drops to forty five for less than one mile and twenty five for less than half a mile. Someone should answer for the lack of competent behavior. One final note, your delivery driver asked in an almost demanding manner the he be given a five star rating in the link he provided! **Here is your ZERO STAR rating, that is not appropriate to treat someone who literally waited unreasonablely for two and a half hours for you to show up as an hour of that was past the delivery window! ** I left the original rating to intentionally show the contrast of before and after the completed purchase. ****Jody, Thanks you for reaching out to me to make this situation right. As we discussed, I definitely agree that communication is key. You Sir, have demonstrated this! I appreciate you being willing to help prevent stuff like this from happening in the future! Note to future customers, give them a chance to correct the situation and if anyone is unclear ask these gentlemen, they can and will assist. Thank you again Jody! Would recommend to others.
