I got help from Alberto and was in and out of the location within 45 minutes. Tried a range of mattresses and landed on one we liked. We were able to select an open delivery date so we could call when we were ready. We priced checked places and he was open to working on price post-purchase if we found it cheaper anywhere else. Very easy process and big store with lots of options to test. It’s also sanitary since they use disposable sheets before customers try any of the beds.

Great experience here! Was interested but not necessarily 100% set on purchasing a new mattress, so I came to Mattress Warehouse to browse and try out some options. Key, who assisted me, was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful in recommending some mattress options to try. She had specific recommendations that were spot on based on what I was looking for, but made the experience extremely comfortable -- I never felt pushed or rushed into purchasing options, and she always emphasized quality or fit of mattress vs. trying to sell the most outrageously expensive option. The purchase process and logistics were explained clearly and thoroughly. Very excited to get my new mattress, and strongly recommend coming here!

Went to Mattress warehouse totally expecting a horrible experience but I received such outstanding service from Beza that I left with a big smile on my face. She is very knowledgeable about the product and was able to educate me so I was able to make a selection and leave the store in a relatively short spae of time.
