I had a wonderful customer service experience today!! Ray, the store manager, worked with me to get a mattress, box spring and frame as a Christmas gift for my cousin. I live in another state and Ray spent over an hour with us - me on the phone and my cousin in the store. After having back surgery, it is very important that she has a good mattress and Ray made that happen. My cousin was sooo happy!! And it was all due to Ray's efforts. He went above and beyond and I appreciate everything he did to ensure that she could get a quality mattress. I highly recommend this store. Thanks Ray and Happy Holidays!

I have to share the excellent customer service I received today! My husband & I we’re both looking for mattresses. We had no clue as to what type, style or mattress we needed for better rest. Well, Ms. Corneice completed a sleep style analysis on us to determine what style promoted better rest for us both. It was eye opening and I appreciated her going the extra mile. Then Ms. Alvenia provided detailed information based on the sleep study to include the bells & whistles of each recommended type. They practiced social distancing and had the paper strips available for us to lay on & test the mattresses. They were so friendly, personable, kind and shared the benefits of proper mattresses and the accessories such as mattresses protectors. We were so grateful for their time, education and professionalism. And guess what- we walked out with a queen & king mattress...a adjustable base and the mattress protectors! The best money spent because our concerns mattered and they provided excellent customer service! Looking for the twin mattress went smoothly upon arrival. My son laid on the a few mattresses and out of the selections he wanted the pillow top mattress. It is very comfortable and was very affordable. Thanks to God he saw what he wanted and the Lord answered his prayers. Nobody can beat getting a pillow top twin mattress for $150.00. Definitely pleased!

Not only was she professional, she was genuine, she understood and directed me in every direction to accommodate my needs. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience at the District Heights location of Mattress Warehouse. We walked into the store on 2/10/21 looking for a new mattress but we had no idea what we needed. Alvenia —the store manager— provided OUTSTANDING customer service! She took care of us from the moment we walked in. You can really tell that she isn’t driven by making the sale; rather she truly cares about her potential customers. She was exceedingly patient- from conducting the sleep analysis, to walking us around from mattress to mattress, taking time to explain why she made recommendations and repeating herself when asked (we asked A LOT of questions). Alvenia is the consummate professional and expert in her field— as we tested mattresses she could tell immediately when they didn’t provide the amount of support we needed. Using the eye test! She is a gem; I hope the company continues to promote her because she should definitely train employees regionally/nationally. We ended up buying a mattress that is perfect for us right now, and we WILL be returning to Alvenia when we’re ready to upgrade.

The facility was clean and Alvenia ensured we practice social distancing and took hygiene precautions due to COVID. We did the sleep test and was provided the disposable covers for protection. Alvenia gave us the BESSSTTT pricing and she threw in a few freebies. We were going to ride to Dunkirk, but glad we didn’t. I was able to do great quality shopping in my community. My husband and visited the District Heights location looking to upgrade from our current queen bed to a king. Our sales rep Rhonda immediately greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. What I appreciated the most was her keen attention to detail, not only did she take her time to update us on the new technology available to help us select a newer mattress but she also keep my younger sister occupied as well. Although it was her first day she was extremely knowledgeable and proactive in given us various options. With us not moving into our knew home for sometime Rhonda assured us that we would be able to lock in the price today and have the mattress delivered at our earliest convienence. As mentioned earlier this was our second time purchasing from mattress warehouse and due to Rhonda’s diligence we were able to discover that we NEVER received our mattress protector from our first order back in 2014. I went into the store on September 20, 2018, to inquire about the selection of mattresses that was offered there. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and welcomed by Marie. A very nice spirited lady. I explained my current mattress situation with her and asked for the Bed Match analysis to be performed, so I could see what would be generated for me. The test was performed along with a few recommendations. Well, I did not go with any of the recommendations from the test. I further expressed my concerns with Marie, and she guided me over to the Tempur-Pedic selection. OMG... what a difference!!!!!!! I loved what she suggested in the series of the Tempur-Pedic, and didn't have to look any further because the way it felt, I knew that was the one. I returned the next day to make my purchase with Alevnia. Both of these ladies were so helpful and kind. If you are looking to purchase a mattress, this store will be place you need to go to. I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress, and forever resting peacefully on my Tempur-Pedic Adapt. Any mattress needed in the future, will truly be a Tempur-Pedic.
