We have had a great experience at this store.The sales person was able to pull up our old mattress purchase so we could compare the mattress we are already sleeping on to the new ones he was showing us. The person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. But mostly, he was super nice to our 4 year old child who brings chaos wherever she goes. We walked away having purchased a new mattress, scheduled the delivery date, and with a happy child.

I needed a replacement bed because the remotes and lift feature no longer worked on my old bed. I had a new mattress so needed only the bed. Addie was fabulous and helping me and I recommend her in the firm highly. She was straightforward and efficient and delivered exactly what she promised. There is one negative however for the firm. While they take old mattresses back they do not take the bed frames which creates inconvenience For customers

I went to purchase My first mattress yesterday to the location in Bethesda. Before heading there, i called the location and Fazil picked up. He’s a very pleasant gentlemen and listened to my requirements carefully and told me to come in. He kept his word and didn’t disappoint. There were a variety of mattresses and he gave me a great explanation on each so I can make an informed decision. I took advantage of the deal they were having at the time and bought my mattress! I’m pleased with my experience. If you’re looking to purchase a quality mattress at an affordable place, go to Mattress firm in Bethesda and specifically ask for Fazil!! There are simply not enough good things I can say about my recent experience with Mattress Firm! It was an absolute pleasure working with Tamsir from start to finish. In addition to being professional and accommodating, he was knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and customer-centric. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was immediately greeted and assisted with selecting a mattress, making the process quick, seamless, and enjoyable. The delivery and installation process was just as fast and easy! The delivery men literally took five minutes to install my bed and accompanying electronic equipment. It has only been a week since my mattress arrived, but it has been a great addition to my home so far. My mattress is soft, comfortable, and fit just for my sleep preferences and style. Before purchasing my mattress, I would have difficulty sleeping with aches and pains, often waking from my sleep in the middle of the night multiple times each evening. Since purchasing my new mattress, I can easily fall asleep, and when I wake up in the morning, I don’t want to leave the bed due to the comfort and ease of my mattress. When I finally have to leave my bed each morning to start my day, I feel energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the day! Needless to say, I highly recommend Mattress Firm for your mattress needs.

Tamsir Jobe and Fazil Hamil were not only the very rare kind of outstanding sales people, those who truly take the time and extend consideration to help you make the decision that's right for you. But they were also kind and genuine human beings. I recently moved to the area, without a single piece of furniture. I worked in sales before, and know it takes tact to handle the position well, which these gentleman exemplify. He never made me feel pressured, and checked on me from time to time, sharing his radiant joy and laughter. Fazil helped provide second opinions, and just helped create a peaceful ambiance. It meant so much to me to feel so confident about my purchase, and select a special piece to build the foundation for my new home. I came back a few days later to arrange shipping, and Fazil was there again, a delight to see. He helped arrange a perfect delivery option and we shared a warm chat. Prior to coming into the shop, I read some negative reviews about this company which made me doubt I would buy anything, but rather would just scope my options. I bought a mattress at Mattress Firm in Seattle before I moved cross country to Maryland back in March. I brought my boyfriend to this Mattress Firm yesterday and worked with Tamsir. While we had hoped we would get a better deal than what they offered online by going into the store, we did break even cost wise and Tamsir was very accommodating with everything! I had a $50 off code for signing up for emails and he added that to the discounts. We did have a choice between the $50 discount and a free bunkie (something I received when I went in Seattle) which was unfortunate since I knew I would receive the $50 off regardless online and was hoping to negotiate a free bunkie in store. Just for context, if your order online, delivery is free but if you order in store, it isn’t. Tamsir was able to take off the $30 pick up fee to ensure that getting the mattress would still be free but just would require us to pick it up. I gave this experience 3 stars because we did walk away with some regrets of not buying it online as we ended up with the same product but having to pick it up in Bethesda to drive it to Ashburn instead of getting it delivered.
