My fiancé and I had the most enjoyable mattress buying experience. This is our first time mattress shopping (shocking) and Nevaeh made it super easy and enjoyable. We found our perfect comfort profile using the “mattress matcher”. Of course the one we picked at first was way outside of our price range (having expensive taste is honestly a talent) but Nevaeh was able to easily help us find something we liked just as much within our price range. Bonus! The mattress that we picked in the end was on sale and we are able to get it delivered on Monday (today is Saturday). The whole process took maybe 20 minutes. Love it. Come here. They’ll get you right.

He was gracious with military customers and gave us a great deal on a quality mattress. We were also able to get it delivered same day from their warehouse! Much better than the air mattress we were on during our move. The delivery guys communicated well about their arrival, and were in and out in a blur, and documented their delivery. Overall, really wonderful experience.

Nigel really helped me out after the delivery team forgot to deliver the mattress cover. Mattress Firm's policy of only email correspondence resulted in 3 weeks of email tag and no solution, but within 20 minutes of walking in the store the problem was solved. Oh and yeah the bed is nice too.

We bought our mattress and box springs and frame from Mattress Firm two years ago. Our sales person was Roger Arrand - he is great!! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Not at all pushy. We just realized that the box spring has some issues and Roger worked with us to help us get a warranty replacement with as little effort and expense as possible. Highly recommend.

We tested a ton of mattresses and wound up with the Tulo brand... the bed is so comfortable (one of our friends who spent the night in our guest room liked it so much she bought one for herself)! Adwale gave us the background on the engineering of the various brands, had us try out several mattresses that interested us and made us feel that our purchase of this product was a very important and personal decision for both of us - which it was. Adwale gave us examples of other customers (no names mentioned), along with the mattress he and his wife purchased and why. In the end, we felt 100% satisfied with the decision to buy the king size, adjustable mattress we did. Adwale was highly knowledgeable, professional, personable and more. Mattress Firm on Washington St. is an extraordinarily fine place to deal with. I walked in the store with every intention of buying a new mattress. The helpful sales person looked up my most recent mattress purchase (at a different store entirely) and said the mattress might well be still under warrenty from the manufacturer, as it turned out to be. So instead of making an easy sale for himself, he has saved me several thousand dollars. A straight-arrow, standup guy, who takes honesty and a fair deal seriously. Terrific all around. Biggest drawback is it’s a smaller store. So not everything I had marked from the big website was available. I’d still recommend coming in if you want some help finding something.

Be very wary of the “90 days same as cash” option. Failure to disclose that customer are paying $60 to initiate a lease (does not count towards the mattress costs) that defaults to 12 months and double the price of the mattress. If you do pay it in 90 days, you’ll pay the advertised price + $60 lease start up. Depending on the price of the mattress, it is equivalent to paying an interest rate of 40% for a 3 months pay period. Otherwise, on time delivery and expedient set-up if you opt for delivery.

Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my wife and I and let us try out beds for like 45 minutes guiding us through the process. After about a week we came back to place the order and he remembered both our names. He did not pressure us to the most expensive and even kicked in free delivery. Delevery was prompt, actually earlier in the day than we were quoted, and the delevery guys wore booties as to not track dirt into the house. Overall great experience and look forward to new bed.
