Our mattress was totally ruined in a pod, and we were in a time-crunch to replace it after moving back into our house. Osman at Mattress Firm was extremely helpful. Our specific mattress was discontinued but he found something very similar and offered several options to keep us within our budget and have it delivered as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

Our sleep consultant (James) provided great customer service, taking plenty of time to help us evaluate multiple mattress options to identify the absolute most appropriate product for our sleep styles. He also struck the right balance between product attributes in the various options and our budget, ensuring we chose the perfect bed for us (good amenities but not more than necessary for our interests.). His aim was to help us select the RIGHT bed, not just the most expensive bed! A GREAT experience at this location and thanks also to store management for cheerfully helping with a slight price reduction to account for a competitor’s new customer offer.

Roxy is awesome!!! This is the second mattress we have purchased and she has gone above and beyond to make us happy. We were not thrilled with the firmness and we're able to return and replace our mattress for one we probably should have bought initially. Just purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress at this location. Sleep expert, James, was very patient with me as I tried several beds out and finally sold me on one of the best. His Manager, Roxanne, gave me several discounts in closing the deal and was very convincing with all the information about the beds. Definitely give them a try if you want a bed. With their platinum service you get delivery and removal of old bed and where can you find that nowadays.

Osman showed us a bunch of mattresses in various price ranges and having a variety of firmnesses. We narrowed it down to 2, which became 1 after we tried out a couple of adjustable bases. Overall a very thorough yet easy experience.
