Best mattress shop I have been to. No pressure no hawking over is as we laid out trying different mattresses. Build quality seems far better than most, good assortment of sizes and types. Built on site. Prices were higher than big box or the other mattress stores. Get what you pay for

This is a simple and straightforward type of store .you can get your mattress made in store.i Purchased a twin size mattress for my son and the quality is so amazing. We had to get rails to change a double bed to a queen. The directions for the assembly were nor helpful. Peter from Mattress Factory came to my house and put it together for us. I will go back to Mattress Factory.

Absolutely wonderful experience. One of the few retailers that sells traditional flip beds without hype, pushiness, or scams. I've had my mattress for over a year and love it. Very comfortable and durable. Top notch experience from the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly sales crew, reasonable pricing, and impeccable prompt and courteous delivery. You can't go wrong here!

Very pleased with our experience.... and our mattress is everything we were looking for. We purchased a Serenity Memory Foam Mattress (King). Courteous, knowledgeable and no pressure professional sales staff. I asked for a tour of the on site manufacturing facility and they were happy to oblige. Courteous and on-time delivery .... as promised. We will purchase our next mattress, for the guest room, from there as well.

Great experience. No pushy sales people. Our salesperson answered our questions, made some recommendations based on sleeping style, but also gave us private time in which to talk. We bought a great queen mattress and had it in the house two days later all set up!

Let me first say, I hate buying mattresses it's worst than buying a car. At least when you're buying a car you can check the specs, prices, and see how they are built. Mattress are different, the comfort is very subjective and you will find other companies will not show you what is in their mattress. We went to the VB store and the salesman told us about the mattresses and their construction. He did not hoover and let us lay on the mattresses as we tested the different models. If we had a question, he knew the answer. We found the one my mother in-law wanted and purchased it with delivery. They called the day before and gave us a window between 8-10 am for delivery. They pulled up in the driveway at 8 a.m. on the dot and had the mattress and boxspring on the bedframe in less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied with the mattress, keep up the good work.

We have bought 4 matrresses here--3 of the same version (the 2nd from the top--which is the 2nd most plush one). I struggle with chronic pain & insomnia, and I find these mattresses to be extremely comfortable. The sales process is easy & low pressure. The delivery is prompt as well. Unfortunately, we moved out of the area or we'd be buying our next mattress (an adjustable one this time!) from them as well!

Good sales people, excellent product knowledge and quite a selection to choose from. I even got to pick out how firm I wanted the corners of the mattress compared to the rest of it. Some features I could not get on certain mattress types...but that's ok. All in all a very good experience (versus a plain box store mattress).

Probably the best sales experience I've ever had. The mattress is wonderful! I was actually given the wrong mattress to take home. They called me to let me know the mix up, and within 2 hours they delivered my mattress to my house. Customer service is the best!

If you're looking for a mattress or anything related, there is no other choice but this company! Amazing service, prices are unbeatable, and mattresses made right at the location. My wife and I were helped by H. Kumar and he was very knowledgeable, super transparent, walked us through how they're made and how competitors don't even compare. Definitely ask for H. Kumar when visiting the VA Beach location on the Blvd because he'll take care of you!

We love our mattress. The whole experience was great. The employee explained the whole history behind the store and the owner, we learned a lot about how their mattresses are made compared to their competitors. I wholeheartedly believe our mattress is better than anything else. I used to struggle to fall asleep so much and would wake up with sore hips and aching back, this mattress doesn’t make me feel that way and I’m also amazed with the mattress not sinking in when I sit on the edge. I truly believe we made a great choice coming here. Thank you for giving me plenty nights of good sleep!

I am a 2nd time customer, we purchased our queen size mattress set through Original Mattress factory over 8 years ago. Today I went in to purchase a king size bed frame. Rich, the sales associate, immediately took care of everything and it was a fast, smooth transaction. He even carried it out to the car for me. I love their products and their customer service is top notch as well!! HIGHLY recommend!

I think their sales people were awesome Lisa was totally non pushy she asked our needs, let us sit on a bunch of beds and showed us how they're made... Whatever questions we had she gave us technical answers not sales answers....she didn't push you to make any sort of upsell at all. The prices are more than reasonable and non negotiable so you don't need to worry about feel like you're getting screwed.

Bought a mattress a few years ago and love it. Very well made and sleeps great. Deserves a 5 star rating based on value and quality. Only complaint is salesman will try to upsale more expensive mattress. I bought one of the cheaper mattresses and get great sleep and can't believe the value! Went back to buy another and salesman talked us out of it. Don't understand why they offer the cheaper mattresses if they don't want to sell them.

We were given a tour of their factory. Mattresses are made in the factory which is behind the showroom. They don't take mattresses back so you can feel safe that you are getting a brand new mattress. We learned so much about turning the mattress and the box spring. The showroom wss nice and clean, Kumar was not pushy, he gave us time to lay on the mattress and he gave us demos.
