We came to Mattress Firm after leaving a furniture store right across the street, feeling pretty dejected. But when we came in, Joshua greeted us and provided us with the best service imaginable. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and listened to our sleep concerns and budget concerns. We left with a fantastic bed for both ourselves and my mom. I was helped by a nice young gentleman and he was very informative when trying to select said mattress and I walked out of there that afternoon with a Queen set and a full Box Spring For under $1000 which was within my budget range. I am very satisfied with their help with my needs and trying to get a new mattress on such short notice. This would be our 4th mattress purchased in the past 6 years. This is the first time that a salesman took the time to learn the detailed sleeping preferences of my husband and self. James was our salesman and he was thorough and knowledgeable about the mattresses that would best fit our preferences. If we had James as our initial salesperson, I strongly believe he would have spared us from sleepless nights, back pain (mattress-induced), lots of research, and wasted money!

Albert was phenomenal I had a break in my day and went there at lunch. Told him what I needed and when. He recommended a box memory foam bed that woul fit in my jeep as well as the platform. I swung by after work and he was with a customer but acknowledged I was there and was able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes. Not sure what to expect from the bed yet but Albert was absolutely awesome!!

I’ve had my bed for about 2 months now and it has honestly changed my life!! I went in and the gentleman who helped me was working alone that day. He spent a lot of time showing me the different beds, discussing pros and cons, pricing, comfort, etc. Once I’d narrowed down that I wanted a firm mattress we discussed which one would be right for me. I wasn’t wanting to spend a huge amount of money but after trying out the adjustable frame I was sold on it. My guy went to WORK to find me all the best deals he could and I walked out spending less than I’d anticipated and getting EXACTLY what I wanted! I waited less than a week for it to be delivered and set up for me and I’ve been sleeping well ever since. The reason I waited to review this experience is that he told me it would change my life and I was skeptical…. He was absolutely right!! I have noticed an incredible difference in my daily life. Less pain, fewer headaches, better sleep, better moods, easier to fall asleep, honestly my digestion has been better too. I can’t praise this bed highly enough. The adjustable frame makes a world of difference. The new mattress was just what I needed. The service was completely unmatched as I’d spent weeks reviewing different beds online but without going in and trying them out you’ll never know which is right for you AND you may not be getting the best deal you can. The people at Mattress Firm will work extremely hard to get you the right fit for your body and your budget. Definitely go in. Especially if you’re noticing a general “off” feeling with nothing “wrong”… my sleep wasn’t atrocious beforehand (or so I thought) but my health, both mental and physical, is dramatically improved since getting my new mattress and adjustable bed frame.

My experience with Mattress firm has been exceptional. Virginia Beach Blvd location. This is my 3rd time purchasing from this location. 1st time was years ago. 2nd and 3rd time was just within these few months. For the 2nd purchase the associate Josh was helpful with picking out the right mattress. For the 3rd purchase Doug assisted us and he went above and beyond. I want to make sure to point that out. There is an issue with a delivery and have been in contact with this location. What I seen during this time was not a team approach. The concern presented to an associate was about the delivery and the response was nothing of the sort of a team player. This is why I want to recognize Doug so if the manager of the location see this, Doug was great!

Aima was wonderful! Helped us pick out the perfect bed and my 9 mother old daughter had so much fun laying on the purple mattress. We decided on a Serta mattress and it was reasonably priced. Thank you Aima! Only thing I think would be better is if a real person actually called me the day after, to schedule a delivery time, rather than a robot calling me just to tell me what time it's going to be delivered. I missed the call and the robot never even told me the time it was scheduled for, after repeat call backs the robot kept saying there is no action neccessary at this time, but wouldn't ever tell me when the time was scheduled for. It did say I could check online, as did the guy on the phone when I called back, but I have a tiny child at home who needs constant care, a phone call was infinitely better at the time than checking their website. I think the whole delivery thing could be a lot friendlier, and functional than it already is. But the experience in the store itself was nice. Thanks again Aima!

I had called the store to see if a bed was available in stock the same day and Josh was so very helpful! I explained to him our emergency situation with my disabled brother's accident and he kindly advised of a slightly upgraded bed of the same product and on top of that gave us a small discount to help us out! We were looking at the cheapest full size as my current full bed was 10 years old and Uber plush and the one he suggested had better support for getting up and out of. We will definitely be coming back and purchasing a much nicer quality ved once my brother heals and can pick it out himself, and definitely getting the adjustable platform. In a serious need of some new mattresses, my husband and I went into Mattress Firm. We had no idea what we wanted or how much they would cost, we just knew we needed them ASAP. Alphonso exceeded our expectation. He was knowledgeable on every mattress, understood our concerns and made the process smooth a possible. We initially thought it would be an all day search for new mattresses, going between Mattress Firm and furniture stores, but after running into Alphonso, we had no need to look any further. Even after encountering a hiccup in the delivery we were able to contact Alphonso and inform him of the situation after trying to walk us through it with no resolve, he rescheduled the delivery men to come back out, he called back when he said he would and kept us in the loop of everything. In a world of bare minimum customer service, it is a relief to have the service we experienced, and is well worth the review. When we upgrade our bedroom suite to a king, we’ll be returning Mattress Firm and be looking for Alphonso.

I went into two different mattress firm store. The first store had what I was interested in but I told them I'll come back tomorrow after my decision. 5 minutes on the road I saw another mattress firm store. I decided to stop by to check out why they were so close and if they were any different. As soon as I walked in I saw the same exact mattress for the same price. I told the salesperson Jonathan that I was previously looking at that one at the other store. He asked me how much were they asking. I told him the same price as yours. He then says, "well we are closing soon so I'll give you $100 off if you buy tonight." I was shocked. I thought about it and we sealed the deal. He also hooked me up with a fair delivery fee than what they were asking. He told me delivery may be the evening of next day but depending on how fast they can work it could be earlier. The next day, delivery came earlier than projected. Delivery guy was professional and put on covers on his shoes before stepping in the house with the mattress. For the mattress, I have researched the web and could not find a better price than what I paid.

I expressed to Robert how urgently I needed a mattress and he said he’d have one for me in a week. He is a man of his word and I got a call from him a few days later that he had a mattress from my top brand for the price I was looking for.
