He listened to our needs, took us to the perfect mattress and within minutes we had all the information we needed, we made our choice, bought our mattress set and were out the door with our delivery date. We were very pleased with our excellent experience!!

He listen us and show us different mattress then ask us to try them.After we try them he ask which felt the best. We found one that made both mine and my wife’s need thanks to Darnell. When I had questions, after I was done looking, he answered them but wasn’t embarrassed to look things up if he didn’t know the answer off hand. He was honest and very helpful. I went to 3 MattressFirm stores in VA Beach and this was by far the best experience of the 3.

Graham guided me through the various brand mattresses and explained their features. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made my buying experience a pleasant one. Jessica OlsenHad a great experience with Darnell at the Red Mill location. We went on on Saturday, he was very helpful and explained all of our options. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and adjustable base and it was delivered today. Delivery was super easy, the delivery guys were polite and quick. They hauled out the old mattress and set up the new. We tested to make sure everything worked and they were on their way. I’m very happy with our purchase and with the customer service.

Darnell acknowledged us and promised to come over as soon as he completed business with the previous customer. We found two mattresses that we considered buying. Darnell understood what we were looking for and found a third option that was more comfortable and at a better price for the quality. Even more satisfying, he had one available for immediate delivery.
