I went by with my husband to pick out a new mattress today and Takaya was awesome! She showed us all of our options and gave us plenty of information and time to pick out the perfect mattress, base, and pillows to go with it. She even threw in a free pillow along with the gifts and deals that were already available. She was very helpful and friendly too. This type of customer service is rare nowadays.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service by Tychiah Harrison. She is knowledgeable, patient, extremely professional, and just an all-around amazing person to have a conversation with. She knew the products she knew the directions appointment and based on the way I sleep. This was an absolute no-brainer decision. She was not pushy, nor was she thirsty to make a sale…. Don’t walk to the Mattees Firm at Hilltop- RUN!! Tychiah was so knowledgable, helpful and patient with my husband and I today!! My husband and I both suffer from lower back pain for different reasons and our old mattress has been unbearable. Tychiah helped us pick out a fantastic mattress just right for both of us within our budget and she also suggested an adjustable frame. She said being able to manipulate the body with raising the bottom and/ or the top of the mattress will ease the pressure on our backs and shoulders. We were so excited to find this relief and we were even more excited to find out the Black Friday deals they have going on. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
