Stopped in while perusing the mall one day. I didn't feel the need to replace my bed at the time and had no intention of purchasing one that day. After getting a quote for a king size I got cozy on, I ended up buying it then and there. Five years later, I'm still sleeping on the same bed and can't believe how desperately I needed the upgrade all those years ago.

Really nice to be able to go somewhere physical to actually try out and compare mattresses with someone knowledgeable. We made a purchase the same day.

First of all, I know a lot of these reviews talk about how great Scott is. None of the reviews do him justice. He is absolutely amazing!!! He is more than just knowledgeable, and professional. I wish I had gone here from the beginning. What has been a nightmare, between pushy salesmen trying to sell me something, and over priced cheaply made products that I've seen everywhere else. He helped select the perfect mattress for me, without all of the games. He genuinely cares about his customers. I love my bed and adjustable base.I have an all natural bed now and I sleep knowing I am on the best bed for my body. I have full support and comfort, without toxins and chemicals. Great customer service, great product! A++

We met Scott day before. He is very educated about all the products in store. He answered all our queries in depth and details. He has spent 10 years in the store and super knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience visiting the store. There are very few people in this space and it is not easy to get professional help. If you are very serious about your mattress for spine and lumbar support , I highly recommend a visit to the store.

Scott Brown at Somnas deserves recognition and praise for the excellent customer service that he provided me and my wife during our visit to this store. My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress due to some medical issues and problems with insomnia that I have. We wandered into this store and Scott immediately acknowledged our presence and listened to what are needs and concerns were. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show us multiple options and describing the benefits for each one. He also discussed with us the option of a power base and how using this with a high quality mattress could help me with my medical issues and provide a more restful sleep. Scott was very patient with us and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and never once made us feel like we were taking too much of his time. We did end up buying a powerbase, mattress, and pillows; after we got the product home we had a small issue with the operation of the powerbase and I called the store and Scott was very quick to respond and help us over the phone to resolve the issue. We are very happy and satisfied with the excellent customer service that we experienced (which unfortunately seem to be an uncommon thing anymore) and I have to say that Scott was spot on in his advice. My sleep quality has never been better and I actually feel rested and rejuvenated every morning. I highly recommend this company for its superior products and for that personal touch they give every customer. I sleep better now knowing that I am part of the Somnas “family”.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Somnis. George at Countryside was so friendly and so good at helping me select the perfect frame and mattress for my medical needs. What a difference the perfect bed makes! And when I needed some followup after delivery and George wasn't available, Ron in Tampa and Scott the General Manager were right on it. I definitely felt taken care of from the get-go. I feel so lucky that I found this store! Would completely recommend, without hesitation! So happy with my new bed! (So many exclamations points!) :)

The salesman Scott was great on sharing his knowledge on the product. We were desperate looking for comfortable pillows. I bought the most expensive pillows ever, I hope it lives up to tge hype. We'll see. But I like this place and they had some really good deals. On beds. When the time comes, I'll probably visit them again for a new mattress.

Scott helped me with all the different types of pillows they had, even explaining the different pillows that were infused with essential oils. I throughly enjoyed my visit because he was so patient and kind, because you couldn’t ask for anything better. I have had a difficult experience with two other beds that I purchased online so I was extremely cautious about the bed that I purchased and Scott was just great. I was looking for a organic bad and he knew a great deal about OMI Organic beds and I went in there probably 10 times before I finally purchased the bed. Scott. Actually participated in my bed purchasing experience rather than just sitting there watching. The delivery was fast the delivery company was great they were right on time and very professional I just had a great experience with this company. It’s about two years later and I still love my bed
