Charles was so amazing and helpful at this outlet! He asked for my budget upfront and asked what I was looking for. He found me exactly the hybrid mattress that I wanted! It was so comfortable and such an amazing price! It was a great quality mattress and only a fraction of the price compared normal mattress stores. Charles was so willing to help out and not trying to push a sale at all. My mattress got delivered and setup in 3 days which was awesome!

We had a great experience with Fabian. I was very impressed with the service and deal we got. We had no idea about mattresses and didn't do our research prior to shopping, and Fabian lead us in the right direction based on how we slept, softness ect. We didn't know if we needed a box spring or not - so he suggested just waiting and then we'd be able to just go in and add onto our order ( the mattress was available however we were waiting for our house to be available). I was treated like family with unlimited help vs a paying customer who didn't know what she wanted. They were genuinely concern about my comfortability. For someone like me who is usually indecisive I came to the right place. I just want to sincerely give them the praise they deserve. After doing a lot of research and considering purchasing a memory foam mattress online I finally decided to visit the BMC Mattress store on Hillsborough Ave. This was the best decision I made. We were greeted and helped by Charles, who is very knowledgeable, and he helped us to narrow down our options and we were then able to make a decision in a short amount of time. I believe we got an awesome bed at a great price. The delivery was scheduled for the following Wednesday, but I got a call asking if the bed could be delivered two days earlier. Great customer service and the delivery crew were extremely pleasant and helpful. They removed the old bed and set up the new bed and did not leave until they were convinced I was happy. If you are looking for a great bed at a great price do not hesitate to call on Charles at this store.

Full disclosure...while they did ask me to do a review, I've written many other reviews on Google and I always try to be objective and fair. If this place wasn't worth checking out, I say so. But seriously, Fabian deserves all the great accolades that other reviews have given him and the place isn't some run-down dump selling garbage products. I feel like I got a great deal and had plans to shop around but he made everything so seamless and easy, I just decided to buy here and forego visiting other mattress dealers. Time will tell if the mattress was worth the price I paid and if it isn't, I'll come back and edit my review accordingly. But, if you're in the market for a mattress, make sure you at least check this place out. I'm confident that you won't be disappointed.

He was also able to get the Clearwater store to deliver it to the Tampa location(because this one is way closer to our house) so I could pick it up same day. There needs to be an option for more than 5 stars...BMC not only offers amazingingly unbeatable prices on top brand mattresses, bases, and accessories, they also have out of this world customer service. I’ve dealt with Charles, Tampa store manager, Josh, Palm Harbor store manager, and Michael, regional operations manager. All three of them were a pleasure to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions, and the one question they didn’t know the answer to, they searched the web until they found a PDF of the product manual to find the answer!!!! If that’s not unparalleled customer service, I don’t know what is!
