It's easy to see why they have been in business so long. They focus on customers and quality service. My husband and I went to the Florida Home Show at the end of April this year. There, we found the Relax in Comfort team. They had a selection of beds and massage chairs. We were looking for a massage chair. We visited all of the concessions who were offering massage chairs and tried them all. We decided on the Ocho M.DX. Here's why. The Ocho experience was like no other. This chair is like someone has perfectly orchestrated just the right movements for relaxation. Most other chairs were simple repetitive movements that seemed uncoordinated and were too light or far too rough. When I experienced the Ocho chair, I was like goldilocks, it was just right. The Relax in comfort team made the buying experience informative and easy. We ordered one that was not in local stock so. we had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Where the Relax in Comfort folks really shined was how they handled a delivery hiccup caused by the end point delivery folks who could not figure out how to get the chair into the room. The relax in Comfort team was incredibly responsive. They sent out their top installers who knew just what to do. They got the chair moved into position, set it up, provided a tutorial and were so friendly and helpful.

Shish truly believes in delighting customers is more important than making the sale. My wife visited Shish's store Last Saturday to find a new Massage Chair. Shish spent 2 hours with us to be sure we got the one that worked for my wife. He asked questions, demonstrated chairs with the features we need, and was very patient. Finally we selected one that was a perfect fit for our needs. Shish became a personal friend, rather than just a nice patient salesperson during our visit. We ordered it on Saturday, Shish worked with the Delivery team to get it to us ASAP. The chair was delivered on Tuesday morning. The delivery people were excellent. They set it up, spent 45 minutes showing my wife how it works, cleaned up, and took away the packaging materials. What a great experience from the time we walked in the store to waving goodbye to the delivery team!!!

I came in for an X-Chair and before trying any of them out myself, Shish took the time to demonstrate the functionality and options offered to ensure I was best informed to make the right decision. My wife and I were due for a new bed; the years at sea has taken their toll on me so we decided to purchase an adjustable bed. We did copious amounts of research and comparisons but We were not going to purchase a bed on line without trying it out. We figured we could try the bed in the store, and if we liked it, we would just purchase the bed online… Until we met Shish… Shesh is the true embodiment of a professional and knowledgeable salesman that knows the products he sells and is loyal to their quality. No sales pressure, no games, no price juggling. Shish teaches the customers about sleep, listens to the customers needs, then helps the customer decide on which bed is right for them. Shish let’s the product sell itself. The delivery was fast and sooner than we expected with full communication, each step, of the way. Ben and Chris went out of their way with patience, professionalism and kindness. Ben’s organization made the process seem effortless. He patiently explained the beds features and control functions. We decided to try the bed out for a week before writing this review. I can say that we are very pleased with the overall comfort and the adjustably of the bed. We both are achieving a deeper nights sleep than we ever had, and the difference in our mood and energy levels show.

My experience with the owner of this store, Shish, was phenomenal. He answered every single question I had before purchasing an X-Chair from him and he had it delivered quickly. When I got my chair, it was damaged and I needed replacement parts. I reached out to Shish and he had a request in for replacement parts the same day. He always kept in constant communication while I dealt with the shipping issue and made sure I was taken care of.
