I bought two beds from Mattress firm 4 years ago and loved them, it’s time to size up to a king mattress. I called Mattress Firm, they looked my previous purchase up to see the name of the mattress and since it was discontinued they matched me up to what they said was the most similar to what I have. They are very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal as well! Could not be happier with their customer service! Stephanie in Wesley chapel was fantastic, she went above and beyond!!

Purchased a bed here at the beginning of July and had a great experience with Linda helping me find the perfect mattress for me. Decided to make a big change from a plush to firm mattress so Linda went over every option with me, let me test multiple beds and answered all the questions I had. Delivery was also super easy. Very welcoming and knowledgeable sales staff. Although they provided a veteran discount, their mattresses are still overpriced. I liked that the sales person didn't pressure us at all but I didn't appreciate the store's rigid package deal by not allowing to substitute although willing to pay the difference (i.e. queen adjustable bed frame to king size)

Will, our salesman, did a fantastic job. He never seemed in a hurry to push a sale or try to sell something we didn’t want. Very personable and truthful. His knowledge was impecable and he let the product speak for itself. He is truly a sleep expert.

There was no pressure from William to buy. I brought my fiancé back that night and we bought our bed. We got the same discount that we could online. My wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience in the store this afternoon. We purchased our Tempur-Pedic mattress (I believe from Mattress Firm) about 15 years ago and, due to my fragile back, were in the market for another. We stopped by the store just to get information and were pleasantly surprised with Stephanie. Stephanie was polite, knowledgeable, and patient with us and respected our time. She walked us around the store, answered all our questions, explained options available, and took the time to explain the differences between the different mattresses. At no time did she pressure a sale which made my wife and I comfortable. A couple of hours after leaving the store we called her and made a purchase…It was a Tempur-Pedic for us again. We went in this Mattress Firm location because we had previously bought there. We had the best sales person which made for an excellent experience. Linda was very knowledgeable, patient and allowed us to take all the time we needed. She answered all our questions and even showed us a video to further explain. She measured different mattresses for us since the height was a concern. We knew we were buying a Tempurpedic but she helped guide us to the one she felt would be best suited for us, after truly listening to our needs. We highly recommend you ask for Linda. One thing I don't like about shopping for a major purchase, such as furniture or vehicles, is that salespeople always seen to rush you through everything to close the sale. On the other hand, they might also waste your time with unnecessary filler that isn't relevant to your needs. At this Mattress Firm establishment, I spoke with Linda, who maintained a friendly demeanor from start to finish, and struck an ideal balance between the two extremes I mentioned. She quickly identified my needs for a new mattress, figured out my budget, and demoed three or so mattresses that fit my comfort need and budget range. I was pleased that she cut to the chase, but also was patient in answering my questions and concerns. I selected one that I thought was the best deal, and we finalized the purchase. If I had to buy another mattress, I would certainly visit this store again.

Stephanie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and courteous with me. She guided and walked me through numerous brands. She allowed me to take my time and lay on each bed as if I was laying in my own. My cousin suggested I go to this Mattress Firm location as she purchased her mattress there too. We spent approximately 2 hours at the store and Stephanie did not at any time seem to be impatient with me. Nor was she pushing me with high pressured sale tactics. I am in the process of furnishing my newly purchased 2-bedroom condo, have been to many furniture stores and have been turned off by a number of salespeople. I do not appreciate being followed around the store and constantly badgered as far as getting to the door to leave. My cousin said, "you don't go to a furniture store to buy a mattress". I originally went a few weeks back when my brother needed a new mattress . We were so impressed at the impeccable customer service, I knew when I needed my mattress where I was going back to. On my second visit I went in and I met the sleep expert Linda (who originally was showing me the various mattresses while my brother was buying his). She was extremely knowledgeable about mattress types and had a good sense of humor to make the whole experience pleasurable. Linda was quick and efficient at checkout and really has me looking forward to a restful nights sleep on my new mattress. We had a wonderful experience choosing our new mattress yesterday. After trying out several different ones, we told the salesperson, Nacha, what we were looking for. She narrowed down our choices to two, and gave us the most comfortable pillows so we could lay down till we were comfortable with our decision. We didn't feel rushed, and she went through all the features and got us just what we wanted. The only downside is that it won't be delivered for two weeks. But we can't wait!!!

I rarely leave a five star review. This location, company and sales staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was stellar. We worked with Tarek and he was phenomenal! I came in on a Friday afternoon and left with a quote for over $2500 LESS than what other furniture retailers were giving us. I was looking for a queen bed, mattress and adjustable King size base without the typical heavy pressure sales staff breathing down my throat. We originally purchased a queen mattress and bed with Macy’s and have had nothing but issues with them regarding the purchase. After the delivery of my daughter’s bed was delayed for the 3rd time (we’ve waited for over 5 months!) I began shopping for other options. I wasn’t expecting to find everything I was looking for at Mattress Firm, to be honest. However, Tarek walked my daughter and I through their promo specials and was extremely patient as my daughter looked for her bed and mattress. I applaud him because she changed her mind about 3 or 4 times with each item 🙄Of course the one she chose was more than I originally planned on spending, so Tarek did everything he could to get us the best deal. He was very good about finding us what we needed without the added salesman high pressure and typical up selling tactics you get from other retailers. I returned later that afternoon to complete the purchase and Tarek was very busy and the only associate in the store, but he made sure to make me comfortable while I waited (I’m extremely petite and 6 1/2 months pregnant.) He was personable and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Even though the phone was ringing off the hook, he made sure that we were happy with our purchase and weren’t neglected in any way. I was beyond thrilled to not only save a ton and get a better deal, but to have the delivery scheduled within the week. With all the complications that Covid has caused, it’s evident that this company has their ducks in a row. We will now only be shopping Mattress Firm for our bedding needs. Don’t waste your time and money with other retailers, if your looking for a good deal, personable service and a quick delivery, this is your best shot! I’ve spent 20+ years in retail management and would have easily poached Tarek as a part of my sales team if I hadn’t retired from that industry. If I had known that this experience would’ve been this smooth, I would’ve shopped them first! Value, quality, and a dying breed of customer service is what you’ll get when you shop here! I’d leave 6 stars if I could!

Wow! Who would’ve thought shopping for mattresses would be so fun! Do not go anywhere else. Make sure you come to this location and see Linda!!! My family just moved to Wesley Chapel and Linda really helped us get our beds in order before the move. Steve was great, this was our second experience with the chain but the first time we purchased in this store. About 5 years ago we bought a queen mattress there and we loved it so we wanted the same mattress but in a king. We told Steve what we wanted and he showed us the mattress we asked about, and did not try to push us into something else. I love it when a sales person actually listens to me. He got us in and out with everything we needed and had the mattress delivered the next day which blew me away because it was a Sunday on a holiday weekend! The delivery guys were great (even wore the booties) and were very polite and on time. Great experience, I know where I will be buying any future mattresses I may need.

My wife and I went into Mattress Firm to shop for two new queen mattresses. We were there within an hour of the store closing so we thought we'd just look around. Thanks to the great customer service from Tarek, we were able to find the beds we wanted at a tremendous price. Tarek was very patient with us while we were shopping, even stayed 15 minutes after the store had closed to answer all of our questions. Incredible service by Howard and Linda! Went into Mattress Firm not knowing what to expect. It was the first time my wife and I were getting ready to make real investment in a mattress. The fact of the matter was we went into it completely blind. You just don’t know what you don’t know. We were pleased to have met Howard who greeted us right away and asked all the right questions. His approach was all about discovery and seemed completely invested in finding out the what’s and why’s so he can guide us with recommendations. He was very informative and made us feel comfortable about the process. We took a day to shop around at other stores but decided to revisit the mattress Howard helped us narrow down to the previous day. Came back in late in the day (about an hour before closing time 😬) and we were again greeted warmly at the door. This time by Linda. She affirmed all the information we learned from Howard (though we hadn’t clued her in on our previous visit). She also made us feel at ease about the questions we had and made it apparent that she was truly interested in helping us make the right decision. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Linda and Howard. Mattress Firm is lucky to have them, and we’re certainly glad we decided to make the visit when we did. A definite recommend.

Upon moving i was twice delivered the wrong adjustable base. I tried calling the store where i live now (Pensacola) but i didn’t get much help. So i decided to call the Wesley Chapel location and speak to Josh about the issue... but he was on vacation. I went in one night about 30 minutes before closing and met Brad at the front desk. He was the only one in the store and was quick to meet me. His knowledge, experience, and straight down to earth personality was huge for me and I knew within 5 minutes that I was going to buy from him. It was just a matter of finding the right mattress. That's where knowledge kicks in. He asked me what I was looking for and what my price range is, and frankly I didn't know because I've never purchased a mattress before. He showed me to a bunch of examples and I tried and tried and then one he showed me (Beautyrest Black Hybrid Gladney) was an instant yes. The second I laid on it I knew it was the one. Another customer came in and he tended to them while I soaked into the awesomeness of my soon to be new mattress. He was back and forth with me and the other customer while both of us made up our minds. By the time the other customer purchased his mattress it was right at closing time and I decided I wanted to give it a week to get my finances in order and Brad was very understanding. I work in sales so I know how annoying it is to spend time with a customer and they end up not purchasing. While I wasn't ready to buy that night, I told Brad that I was sold on him and the mattress, I just needed to be ready and I would definitely come back in to see him. Sure enough, a week later I returned and happily purchased my dream mattress and I absolutely LOVE it! With the new Beautyrest black ice pillows and new bedding, I have gotten the best sleep I've ever had. Thank you BRAD for being an incredible knowledgable and FUN person to work with. My wife and I suffer from neck and back problems due to car accident and on the job accident. We been searching for comfortable pillows for a long time and have not found the proper pillows, as a result we have compiled a collection of brand new pillows which we have stocked for guest.
