Erica FassettI was very hesitant about coming to a mattress store like this because of past experience at other places, but I was very happy with the customer service here. Victoria was wonderful! She didn’t force anything on us and was very friendly. Her and the other associate were both great, especially on Black Friday when things are busy. We left with a new mattress and we’re very satisfied.
Lorrie AulJason from the Brandon store was awesome. We were not planning on purchasing today just looking for information. He explain several beds and the technology of them we realize he knew his stuff. We appreciated the patience he had with us. We left got pizza next door and went right back an purchased our bed. Yes the bed was awesome but the customer service he gave us was definitely fabulous. Thank you Jason
Kip HartI have back issues and Jason was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for. He knew exactly what beds would give me the most benefit. He did not try to show me the highest priced items in the store. Showed me all ranges that would help me. Helped me find a headboard as well to go with my adjustable bed. Thanks for the experience definitely better then expectations.

Walt RaynorThis was the fifth mattress stop for the day and I was expecting the same ol same ol, which was to be greeted by a sales person who was more interested in making a sale than helping and educating me about mattresses.
HOWEVER at the Brandon location, by Sonic, we met Tom! Tom was friendly, patient, helpful, and assisted us with selecting a mattress that would suite our expectations and needs! Tom was so fantastic we ended up buying two mattresses tonight! Thank you Tom!
