I came in here to buy a new bed for my sister, because the first time around buying a bed for my mom was so easy. I met with Kelly and she was fantastic. She asked all the right questions and made sure to find something for us that we really loved. We found a great bed and she made sure to get it delivered the following day. I can't say more for Kelly, not only was she such a great salesperson but she made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed us with a great conversation. I will always come here if I ever need a new bed!

So yesterday I had a not so perfect experience when calling the store to find out where my order was. I initially made a review from feeling as if I did not matter to the company I gave my hard earned money to. About an hour or so after I posted the review, I received an apology from Kelly about how the matter was handled. I accepted the apology and she went above and beyond to help me out after that. I understand she was overwhelmed being alone with customers in store as well as one calling inquiring about a delivery. She was very adamant about giving me something as a token of her apology. I accepted. Thank you Kelly for even calling me back and holding yourself accountable for just being human. And congratulations on being a manager at your new store.

I could not wait to enter this review! Chuck at This Mattress Firm was hands- down one of THE BEST sales associates I’ve EVER experienced! From the moment I entered the store he was greeting me with a warm and sincere smile. He gave me eye contact and full listening ears when asking what I was shopping for. He listened to my needs according to the type of mattresses I was looking for as well as my budget range and he could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. He checked his system for me to see what was in stock and what was at the best price. Since I had only begun shopping, I gave him my name and phone number so that he could let me know if what I was shopping for was on sale . When I left the store, I knew I wanted to give Chuck my business simply because of the quality of the service he gave me. He went above and beyond my expectations and called me a few days later to inform me that he found specific discounts in the system on the mattresses I was looking for. I purchased two mattresses from Mattress Firm (Chuck), and I am not exaggerating when I say that I will tell all my friends, neighbors, and acquaintances that if they are mattress shopping, they need to meet Chuck! You WILL NOT be disappointed! It was the best and most pleasant purchase experience I’ve had in a very long time (maybe ever)! Go visit Chuck at the South Tampa (415 Dale Mabry Hwy.) Mattress Firm! I only do reviews when I can give a 5 star rating. Walked into this store not really ready to buy mattresses for the guest rooms of our new house. We were met by Chuck who was absolutely incredible. He understood our needs, was patient, respectful, friendly and knew more about the product than I could ever imagine and we wound up buying 3 mattresses. Better yet, when we found out the bed we bought for the master bedroom couldn’t accommodate the mattress we had purchased elsewhere I said let’s go back to Chuck. Once again he helped us navigate the incredible selection, with totally honest opinions and direction and wound up selling us a top of the line mattress. The store and selection were great but what made the place really great was Chuck. Rare to meet and be so well taken care of by a sales person as Chuck took care of us.

I had gone to 4 other mattress stores before coming to the mattress firm at soho where I was helped by Rachael. Upon walking in the door, she was already helping another customer, but she immediately took the time to greet me. The atmosphere just felt welcoming and comfortable. I really appreciated her honesty about each of the mattresses I was considering and she made it very easy for me to make the most informed decision on what would be suitable for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and attention. She also knew that I was working with a certain budget and did not pressure me in any way to buy something outside of my means. In fact, she did a fabulous job on working with me on making my purchase affordable and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I went to this place this morning just after it opened, and was greeted by Rachel. She really knows her stuff! I have little to no experience in the “buying a mattress” department, but after a few questions, Rachel was able to narrow down and guide me to just the bed I had longed for! As more customers came in, Rachael began helping me make a decision. She was knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was having a pleasant shopping experience, and worked diligently to stay within my budget. I spent at least two hours in the store, and both Rachael and David couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant the entire time. They even gave me a balloon for my birthday (cheesy, but showed the dedication to their job and customers to have a pleasant shopping experience). I will continue to refer my family and friends, and personally shop with them in the future.

Well, I originally came in just to checkout mattresses, but Fernando was awesome. He didn't try to sell me at all. He just taught me about matching my sleeping style with the firmness, gave me options, and let me decide for myself. Plus, he gave me a great deal and I didn't have to haggle!! He was warm, genuine in his approach, and efficient - wasting no time in finding out exactly what we needed. He found the perfect fit within our price range and even helped us save some money via delivery fee. I walked in feeling a little defeated and almost hesitant on what to do but thanks to Airan, I left feeling so relieved and confident that I made the right decision. Airan Valdes at Mattress Firm SoHo was super awesome! I had originally planned to come to a Mattress Firm but I had happened to be near a Mattress 1 Saturday so I had purchased from them instead. WELL... although their sales guy was awesome, their corporate delivery team and customer service SUCKED! I purchased a floor model Saturday and they said they would deliver it Monday and never called or showed up. Then Tuesday they tell me that I have to wait until Wednesday for my mattress even though it was supposed to be delivered MONDAY! I canceled the entire order, walked into Mattress Firm SoHo and told him, I hope you can help me! An hour later, after he properly educated me on what is best for ME, Airan not only got me into an even BETTER mattress, he also offered me free delivery (Mattress 1 charged me $100), I got a better adjustable base that’s BRAND NEW (not a floor model), AND he saved me over $2500!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
